Dataminging tools have been used to analyze a dataset composed from the previous listings and produce correlation rules that links the different factors with each other and introduces the impact of each factor over the other factors. A comparison between Sudanese universities for showcasing the openness factor is introduced and performed to view openness as the key factor for achieving content enrichment and visibility. If these criteria applied appropriately on Sudanese government institutions, they will increase and enhance the quality and enlarge the number of visitors to those sites. Moreover, they will increase the level of satisfaction of employees and regular visitors. A special instruction for this study is technically taken into account and simple language is used for the customers to enable them to use these websites properly. This study aimes to recognize how to extend electronic and traditional sources used by researchers in their researchers, recognize the problems and difficulties facing researchers in using electronic sources. Descriptive and case study methods were used. Using a questionnaire data was collected from a sample consist of (100) high education students in Elneelnain university. The study showed that most high researchers students still use traditional information sources. Those who use electronic information sources depend only on Internet rather than on other sources and they experienced some difficulties such as lack of knowledge in using electronic sources, foreign languages barriers particularly English language. Many people use mobile phones in their daily activities, and sometimes, those activities might be criminal in nature. When a mobile device is encountered during an investigation, many questions arise: What is the best method to retrieve the evidence? What type of data should be retrieved? What software should be used? The key to answering these questions begins with understanding of the hardware and software characteristics of mobile devices. This paper discusses procedures for the preservation, acquisition, examination, and analysis digital evidence in android smartphone, because it’s the most public in smartphone world. I have used MOBILEDIT forensic tool in my example. Hypothesis: There is a correlation between the informal organization and the effectiveness of the decisions in the company. The paper used the analytical description method to examine the hypothesis, this include the Spss, the correlation and other statistics techniques. Main results of the paper proved that the informal organization in the company play vital role in achieving its objectives. Moreover, the informal organization speeds up the communication in the company and make it more effective. The company's corporate (Top Management) will not inter into a conflict with the informal organization as long as it serve its need, yet it may support it. The production relations could be defined as the whole relations confined and involved by those members who undertake together a production process. These relations include the degree of cooperation, labor division between them, whereby the position of each participant group of individuals within the production organization could be decided, and precisely therefore described the relations of individuals with the production means, and the proper way of their implementation, ways of cooperation and labor division between them. There are two relations of production systems used at Gezira Project, one of them is the collateral account investment, in which the production process is a joint partnership between the State, the Board of the Project and the farmers. They are collectively considered as partners in the production process according to the production relations system. The second pattern of production relation systems is the private individual investor account, in which the investor bears all production costs of cotton crop plantation, and receives the net production revenue after having cut the costs of production inputs, and other relevant agricultural loans have been extended to the farmer during the agriculture season. The farmer deduces the land and water charge in favor of State administration revenue, instead of the ratios staple charge stipulate previously on cotton production under partnership system. The study in its course has used descriptive and analytical methods and case study patterns, plus data collection from both main and subordinate sources (Questionnaire), on randomly selected sample population pertained to the subject of the research. This data is being analyzed by using SPSS statistics program. The researcher has come to certain conclusions, of which the reciprocal relationship between the individual and collateral investment accounts. Furthermore, the researcher has put forward definite suggestions as well as recommendations, namely the resume of working with the individual production relationship account after putting some certain amendments into effect.
