Abstract

This study aims at investigating the quality and criteria of electronic websites.

If these criteria applied appropriately on Sudanese government institutions, they will increase and enhance the quality and enlarge the number of visitors to those sites. Moreover, they will increase the level of satisfaction of employees and regular visitors.

A special instruction for this study is technically taken into account and simple language is used for the customers to enable them to use these websites properly.

In a nutshell, this study focuses on some of the most common issues in government websites including the following criteria: accessibility, design and ease of use and content.
