Abstract
This paper studying the impact of informal organization on the decision effectiveness in Sudanese National Grid company. the paper is also examining the impact of informal organization on the communication and performance environment.
Hypothesis:
There is a correlation between the informal organization and the effectiveness of the decisions in the company.
There is a correlation between the organization and the effectiveness of the communication in the company.
there is a correlation between the informal organization and achieving the company.
The paper used the analytical description method to examine the hypothesis, this include the Spss, the correlation and other statistics techniques.
Main results of the paper proved that the informal organization in the company play vital role in achieving its objectives. Moreover, the informal organization speeds up the communication in the company and make it more effective. The company's corporate (Top Management) will not inter into a conflict with the informal organization as long as it serve its need, yet it may support it.
The recommendations are to continue using the informal organization and direct it to assist in achieving the company's objectives, to enhance communication, to reduce and prevent the conflicts within the employees and to create the loyalty
