Item تطوير نظام معلومات صحي باستخدام جافا بالتطبيق على مستشفى الأطباء(جامعة النيلين, 2018-08) ايمان محمد صالح عبدونالمستخلص:- ان الحاجة للبيانات الدقيقة في المؤسسات الطبية ككل تعد من اولى الاولويات واهمها وذلك لأنها من المجالات الحيوية والحساسة والتي تتعلق بصحة الانسان وحياته لذلك لابد من توفر هذه البيانات الخاصة بالمرضى وحالاتهم الصحية بصورة دقيقة ومحدثة دوريا وتوفر كل ما يساعد في متابعة ذلك بصورة عامة. وكل ذلك من اجل الوصول للعلاج الصحيح والصحة التامة للإنسان، واتخاذ القرارات الصحيحة في الحاضر والمستقبل. ومن هنا يتبين اهمية نظم المعلومات في عملية ادارة المستشفيات وتسيير اعمالها بصورة عامة واهمية المعلومات الخاصة بالمرضى التي تقدمها نظم المعلومات للأطباء لمساعدتهم في اداء مهامهم على أكمل وجه، وهذا ما نحن بصدده في هذه الدراسة. والمشاكل التي تعاني منها مستشفى الاطباء البطء الشديد في الاجراءات والمعاملات وذلك نتيجة عدم حوسبة بعض اجزاء النظام، كما ان هنالك اختلاف في مواقع وجود البيانات، وعدم وجود ارشفة لبيانات المرضى في حالة المتابعة الدورية يؤدي الى صعوبة معرفة الحالات المرضية السابقة ومتابعة المرضى بصورة جيدة. يهدف البحث الى حل المشاكل السابقة بتوفير الوقت والجهد، وحماية البيانات عن طريق تخزينها مباشرة في قاعدة بيانات واحدة، تم تصميم هذا النظام بحيث يعمل على توفير كل التقارير المطلوبة بسهوله ويسر مما يساعد الادارة في اتخاذ القرارات المناسبة في الوقت المناسب. في الختام نرى لابد من الاهتمام بنظم المعلومات الصحية لما تحتويه من فوائد عظيمة، وتطوير هذا البحث وتطبيقه على ارض الواقع، وتوفير الكوادر القادرة على تشغيل هذا النظام ، المداومة على صيانة النظام ودعمه بالتقنيات الحديثة لمساعدته على اداء واجبه بأكمل وجه . ABSTRACT :- The need for accurate data in medical institutions as a whole is one of the first priorities and the most important one, because it is a vital and sensitive areas that relate to human health and life so that the patient data and their health conditions must be accurate and updated periodically and provide everything that helps in the follow-up In general. All of this is in order to reach the right treatment and complete health of the human being and make the right decisions in the present and the future. Hence, the importance of information systems in the process of hospital management and operation in general and the importance of patient information provided by information systems to physicians to assist them in the full performance of their tasks, and this is what we are looking for in this study. The problems experienced by the doctors hospital are very slow in procedures and transactions as a result of the failure to computerize some parts of the system, especially those related to patient records, and there is a difference in the locations of the existence of data and the lack of link to a center resulting in inconsistencies and differences in data and frequency, not The presence of patient data archiving in case of periodic follow-up makes it difficult to know the previous cases and to follow patients well. The aim of the research is to solve the previous problems by saving time and effort, and protecting the data by storing them directly in a single database, this system is designed to provide all the required reports easily and easy, which helps the administration to make appropriate decisions in a timely manner. The system is easy to handle and highly flexible, enabling us to make any necessary adjustments in a way that helps the relevant parties to control financial matters in order to make appropriate decisions about them. In conclusion, we need to be attentive to health information systems because of the great benefits they contain, the development of this research and its application on the ground, and the provision of cadres capable of operating this system, maintaining the system and supporting it with modern technologies to help him to perform his duty to the fullest.Item نظام مصادقة كلمة المرور الرسومية باستخدام تقنية (Cued Click Point)(جامعة النيلين, 2020-01) عبد الرحيم السني الدليل حاج الضوالمستخلص يعتبر أمن البيئة الرقمية اليوم مهم للغاية، لذلك حماية كلمة المرور ضروري جدا حيث تتوفر تقنيات لحماية كلمة المرور المختلفة، حيث يتم استخدام كلمات المرور المستندة إلى نص للمصادقة بشكل شائع وهو عرضة للهجمات، للتغلب على عيوب كلمة المرور النصية ، يتم استخدام كلمات المرور الرسومية باستخدام تقنية Cued Click Point وهي تقنية كلمة مرور رسومية تعتمد على النقر وتتكون من عدد من الصور حيث يقوم المستخدمون بالنقر فوق نقطة واحدة لكل صورة وتستند الصورة التالية المعروضة إلى نقطة النقر السابقة لإنشاء كلمة المرور، حيث من السهل حفظ كلمات المرور الرسومية ولكن يصعب اختراقها بواسطة المهاجمين. في هذا البحث استخدم الباحث هذه التقنية لأنشاء كلمة المرور الرسومية، وتهدف هذه الدراسة الى بناء نظام كلمات مرور رسومية سهل الاستخدام وأكثر تذكرا ويوفر الحماية والأمان. اتبع الباحث في هذا البحث المنهج التحليلي في التحليل واستخدام اداة UML كأداة مساعدة في التحليل والمنهج الوصفي في وصف المشكلة والمنهج التطبيقي في تصميم وتنفيذ النظام. وتوصل الباحث الى العديد من النتائج اهمها ان كلمات المرور الرسومية توفر أمانًا جيدا حيث يصعب استنتاجها أو تخمينها وأقل عرضة لهجمات brute force من كلمات المرور النصية. Abstract Today's digital environment security is very important, so password protection is very necessary as different password protection technologies are available, where text-based passwords are commonly used for authentication and are vulnerable to attacks, to overcome textual password defects, graphic passwords are used with Cued Click Point is a graphical password-based technology that consists of a number of images where users click one point for each image and the next image displayed is based on the previous click point to create the password, where graphical passwords are easy to save but difficult to penetrate By the attackers. In this research, the researcher used this technique to create a graphical password, and this study aims to build a graphical password system that is easy to use and more remembered and provides protection and security. In this research, the researcher followed the analytical method in the analysis and the use of the UML tool as an aid in the analysis and the descriptive approach in describing the problem and the applied approach in designing and implementing the system. The researcher reached many results, the most important of which is that graphical passwords provide good security as they are difficult to infer or guess and less prone to brute force attacks than text passwords.Item تطوير دليل الصيدليات و الأدوية الإلكتروني دراسة حالة (ولاية الخرطوم)(جامعة النيلين, 2019) هبه أحمد محمد نورالمستخلص تمثل الأدوية عنصراً هاماً ومورداًاستراتيجيا يعتمد عليها المواطنين وذلك بالاعتماد على نظام معلوماتي يساعدهم في اتخاذ القرارواختيار الصيدلية المناسبة والتي يوجد فيها الدواء بسرعة وبأقل جهد ،لذلك كان لابد من عمل نظام متكامل يعمل على تسهيل عملية البحث عن الدواء إلكترونياً. تكمن المشكلة في صعوبة عملية البحث عن الأدوية والصيدليات في وقت مناسب للمواطنين كما تكمن المشكلة ايضا في صعوبة متابعة نشاط الصيدلية. ويهدف البحث إلى بناء نظام إلكتروني يمكن من خلاله البحث عن الصيدليات والأدوية بسهولة. استحدام المنهج العلمي التطبيقي الوصفي باستخدام لغة نمذجة البيانات (UML) في تحليل النظام واستخدام لغة PHP وHTML في تصميم وتنفيذ النظام وقواعد البيانات من نوع SQL . تم الحصول على عده نتائج من أهمها ان النظام يساهم في إدارة الصيدلية وساعد المواطنين في الحصول على معلومات عن توفر الأدوية والصيدليات التي يوجد فيها. ومن التوصيات التي خرج بها البحث هي ربط الموقع من خلال تطبيق أندرويد يستطيع المواطن من خلاله البحث عن الصيدلية أو الدواء بسهوله. Abstract Medicines are an important component and strategic resource that citizens rely on by relying on an information system that helps them in decision-making and choosing the appropriate pharmacy in which the drug is located quickly and with minimal effort, so an integrated system was needed to facilitate the search for the drug electronically. The problem lies in the difficult on the process of searching for drugs and pharmacies at an appropriate time for citizens. The problem also lies in the difficulty of following up the pharmacy activity. The research aims to build an electronic system through which pharmacies and medicines can be easily searched for. UML has been used in system analysis and the use of PHP and HTML in designing and implementing system and SQL databases. Several results were obtained, the most important of which is that the system contributes to the management of the pharmacy and helped citizens to obtain information about the availability of medicines and pharmacies in which they are located. Among the recommendations that came out of the research is to link the site through the Android application through which the citizen can search for the pharmacy or medicine easily.Item تطبيق أندرويد لدليل المكتبات بالتطبيق على ولاية الخرطوم(2018-03) خالدة عبدالله المقبول شيخ إدريسالمستخلص تمثل المعلومات عنصرا هاما وموردا استراتيجيا تعتمد علية المؤسسات في الواجهة التنافسية مع المؤسسات الأخرى وذلك بالاعتماد على نظام معلوماتي يساعد متخذ القرار فيها على اتخاذ القرارات بالسرعة العالية والدقة والجودة المطلوبة لذلك كان لابد من عمل نظام متكامل يعمل على إدارة المعهد وسهولة ربطه بالمدربين والمتدربين عبر الإنترنت. تتمثل المشكلة الرئيسية في صعوبة إيجاد الكتاب والمراجع المطلوبة بسرعة ومشكلة إدارة المكتبة و فهرسة الكتب بالطريقة التقليدية. تكمن أهمية البحث في توفير تطبيق أندرويد يربط جميع المكتبات مع بعضها بحيث يستطيع الطالب البحث عن الكتاب من مجموعة من المكتبات في نفس الزمن. تم استخدام التحليل بالتحليل الكينوني في تحليل النظام وذلك بالتوجه نحو الكينونة الرئيسية من اعلى الى اسفل ومن ناحية برمجية تم برمجة التطبيق الاندرويد لغة جافا. نتائج البحث تكمن في تصميم برنامج مسهل بطريقه مميزه تجعله متاح لكل طبقات المجتمع بحيث يسهل عليهم عملية البحث عن الكتب وحجزها ويوفر الكثير من الوقت والجهد في عملية البحث عن الكتب. ومن حيث التوصيات كان السعي الى تطبيق هذا النظام على ارض الواقع وربطة بنظام بنكي ليسهل عملية الدفع الإلكتروني. Abstract Information is an important element and a strategic resource that institutions rely on in the competitive interface with other institutions. This is based on an information system that helps the decision maker to make decisions with high speed, accuracy and quality. Therefore, it was necessary to work an integrated system that manages the institute and easy to connect it with trainers and trainees via the Internet. The main problem is the difficulty of finding the required books and references quickly, the problem of managing the library and indexing the books in the traditional way. The importance of research is to provide an Android application that connects all libraries together so that the student can search for the book from a collection of libraries at the same time. Entity analysis was used in system analysis by moving towards the main being from top to bottom. In terms of software, the Android application was designed for Java. The results of the research lies in the design of a program facilitator in a way that makes it available to all layers of society so that it easier for them to search for books and booking and saves a lot of time and effort in the search for books. In terms of recommendations was to seek to apply this system on the ground and a link to the banking system to facilitate the process of electronic payment.Item تطوير نظام إلكتروني للمحاسبة المالية باستخدام ADF بالتطبيق على مصنع أطلس للبسكويت(جامعة النيلين, 2019) منال فتحي فضل محمدملخص البحث يتناول هذا البحث مفهوم تكنلوجيا المعلومات والإتصالات في عصرنا هذا إذ أنها أصبحت وسيلة لقياس مدى تقدم المجتمعات و لها أثر على المجتمع والإقتصاد وهي إقتناء المعلومات , معالجتها ,تخزينها ,توزيعها ونشرها في صورها المختلفه منها النصيه والرقميه وغيرها ويمكن الاستفاده منها لحوسبة نظام المعلومات المحاسبي و هو مجموعة الأعمال والإجراءات والترتيبات التي يتم عن طريقها تطبيق المراحل المحاسبيه للبيانات المتعلقه بالمعاملات الإقتصاديه ذات الصفه الماليه التي تقدم عليها المنشأه خلال الفتره المجاسبيه فنظام مصنع أطلس المحاسبي اليدوي بوجد فيه العديد من المشاكل منها البطء في تسجيل العمليات المحاسبيه وكذلك البطء في إستخراج التقارير وكانت أداة جمع المعلومات هي المقابله وكانت نتيجة المقابله هي المشاكل التي تم ذكرها في السايق ,وقد تم إستخدام التحليل الموجه نحو الكائنات وهو ذلك النوع من أنواع التحليل الذي ينظر للنظام في شكل أشياء أو كينونات و تم استخدام لغة النمذجة الموحده uml في تحليل وتصميم النظام وهي فهي تستخدم اللغة لعمل رسوم تخطيطية لوصف برامج الكمبيوتر من حيث العناصر المكونة لها ولديها العديد من الادوات وتم إستخدام Visual Paradigm والنظام المقترح يبدأ إسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور الخاصه بالمستخدم المعين وبعد ذلك يتيح النظام للمستخدم بإدخال البيانات ويكون الإدخال عن طريق الخيارات قدر الإمكان وبعد ذلك يتم التحليل المالي التلقائي للمصروفات ويتضمن العديد من المخرجات وهو من صلاحيات مسؤول النظام وأيضاً بعد مرحلة ادخال البيانات الخاصة بكل المعملات الحسابيه يمكن لمسؤول النظام أن يصل لجميع المخرجات التي تخص تلك المدخلات دون جهد أو تعقيد فبمجرد ضغط زر يمكن الوصول للمخرجات التي تخص ذلك الزر ونجد أن المستخدمين للنظام ليس عليهم سوى إدخال البيانات وتم بالفعل تحقيق ذلك وتم إدخال بيانات وتم الحصول على المخرجات وكان ذلك بإستخدام برنامج ADF لتنفيذ النظام هو اختصار لـApplication Development Framework وهو عباره عن مكتبة أدوات جاهزه للإستخدام تساعد المبرمج على أداء الأعمال البرمجيه بجهد أقل وسرعه عاليه وبعدالتنفيذ توصل الباحث لعدد من النتائج منها السهولة والدقة والسرعه في الحصول على مخرجات النظام وكذلك السهوله في ادخال البيانات ومن توصيات الباحث توسيع النظام بحيث يشمل نظام محاسبة التكاليف وكذلك نظام إدارة شؤون العاملين بالمصنع. Abstract This research deals with the concept of information and communication technology in our time as it has become A means of measuring the progress of societies and having an impact on society and the economy is the acquisition and processing of information It can be used to computerize the accounting information system and is the set of actions, procedures and arrangements through which the accounting stages of the data related to economic transactions with the financial character of the facility is provided during the accounting period as a factory system. The tool for collecting information is the interview and the result of the interview is the problems mentioned in the Object-oriented analysis is the kind of analysis that looks at the system in the form of objects or entities. UML has been used in the analysis and design of the system. It uses the language to make diagrams to describe computer programs in terms of their constituent elements. Many tools have been used Visual Paradigm and the proposed system starts the user name and password of the specific user and then the system allows the user to enter data and be input by options as much as possible and then is the automatic financial analysis of expenses and includes many outputs and It is the authority of the system administrator and also after the data entry stage for all the calculation transactions, the system administrator can reach all the outputs related to those inputs without effort or complexity. This was achieved by using data ADF program to implement the system is an abbreviation of Application Development Framework is a ready-to-use tools library that helps the programmer to perform the software work with less effort and high speed and after implementation the researcher reached a number of Results of which the ease, accuracy and speed in getting the system outputs as well as ease of data entry and the recommendations of the researcher to expand the system to include cost accounting system as well as personnel management factory system.Item تطوير نظام إلكترونى لضبط المخالفات المرورية عبر كاميرات المراقبة (بالتطبيق علي مرور ولاية الخرطوم)(جامعة النيلين, 2019-03) عاصم محمد إبراهيم آدمتمثل التقنيات الحديثة وما نبع جراء ثورة المعلومات الهائلة التي يعيشها عالمنا الحالي نبض الحياة ، وكما هو معلوم بأن الحاسب الآلي هو أهم تلك التقنيات التي ساعدت على إنجاز الأعمال بسرعة و دقة فائقة ورحابة أكبر لذلك تم تطوير نظام إلكترونى لرصد المخالفات المرورية عن طريق كاميرات المراقبة بشرطة مرور ولاية الخرطوم حيث تمثلت مشكلة البحث في أن النظام المتبع في مرور ولاية الخرطوم لرصد المخالفات المرورية تواجهه عدة مشاكل ومعوقات تتمثل في عدم توفر الدقة والسرعة لرصد المخالفات وتسويتها وعدم التمكن من رصد جميع المخالفين وضبط المركبات وتنظيم حركتها كما لايوجد سجل إلكترونى للمخالفات بجميع أنواعها. يهدف البحث إلي تطوير طريقة رصد وتسوية المخالفات وتقليل الوقت والجهد فى إصدارها وضمان الشفافيه فى التعامل مع جميع المخالفين ، كذلك الدقة والسرعه والكفاءة في إسترجاع البيانات وتلافي الأخطاء اليدوية التى قد تحدث مع الإحتفاظ بجميع المعلومات الخاصه بالمخالفات ويمكن لسائقى المركبات الدخول لصفحة الإدارة العامة للمرور لإستعراض المخالفات. يتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج العلمي التطبيقي حيث قام الباحث بإستخدام لغة البرمجة (JAVA ) وقواعد البيانات MySQL لتصميم النظام) أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث تمكين شرطة مرور ولاية الخرطوم من ضبط ورصد جميع أنواع المخالفات والمساعده فى تسيير حركة السير بطرق الولاية المختلفه خاصه الأماكن الحيوية ، مراقبة الشارع والتحكم فى متابعة حركة المرور من خلال الغرفة عن طريق الكاميرات وتنبيه رجال المرور لأماكن الكثافه المرورية ، حصر وتصنيف المخالفات بأنواعها المختلفه ومعرفة سلوك مرتكبيها، إصدار التقارير الدورية التى تساعد فى إتخاذ القرار والقيام بالمعالجات المطلوبه بالتنسيق مع الجهات ذات الصله. أهم التوصيات التي خلصت إليها الدراسة ربط هذا النظام بغرفة السيطره والتحكم بشرطة مرور ولاية الخرطوم للإستفاده منه فى رصد المخالفة ، تطوير تطبيق موبايل يتم ربطه بالنظام ليساهم المواطن بنفسه فى ضبط حركة المرور ، تقليل الحملات المروريه العادية وتعميم تجربة عمل الكاميرات الذكيه ليتفرغ شرطى المرور لواجبه الرئيسي وهو تسيير الحركة وفك الإختناقات المرورية ، وضع الحماية اللازمة للنظام وتوفير المتطلبات الأمنية الضرورية له. The new technologies and the resulting information revolution are the pulse of life, and it is known that computers are the most important technologies that have helped to accomplish business faster, more accurate and more spacious. A traffic monitoring system has been designed through CCTV cameras for Khartoum state Traffic Police .The problem of research is that the current system in Khartoum Traffic Police to monitor traffic violations faces several obstacles, namely, lack of accuracy and speed to monitor and settle irregularities, inability to monitor all violators, control of vehicles and organize of movement, maintaining an electronic record of types of violations and alerting perpetrators. The aim of the research is to reduce the time and effort in monitoring the violation and maintain confidentiality and neutrality in issuing and resolving the violation, accuracy and efficiency in the recovery of data violators and avoid manual errors that may occur, and maintain data and the speed of access to information The research follows the descriptive analytical method and the applied scientific method. Programming languages (JAVA) and MySQL databases were used to design the system. The most important outcomes of the research are the assistance of traffic police in Khartoum State in controlling and managing the movement of vehicles in various state roads, especially the vital places, monitoring the street from one place, the control room and control through cameras, the enumeration of violations and their type and the conduct of the perpetrators and their causes to help in making the decisions and treatments required. Reducing time at the time of issuance of the violation and disposal of paper handling, follow-up traffic control in all circumstances and weather conditions. One of the most important recommendations of the study is to connect this system to the control room of Traffic Police in Khartoum State to save time and effort in editing and issuing the violation. The use of advanced multimedia technologies to connect the traffic police and citizens through the implementation of a mobile application that is linked to the system, Traffic by sending pictures of the violator to the room to settle the violation by the police, disposal of traffic campaigns in the general road and generalize the experience of working smart cameras to devote traffic police to work in traffic management and decomposition of traffic jams with the status of protection The necessary security requirements.Item نظام إدارة المكتبات الجامعية (بالتطبيق علي عمادة المكتبات والمكتبات الفرعية- جامعة النيلين)(جامعة النيلين, 2019-03) صفاء خضر محمد أبكرالمستخلص : نظام إدارة المكتبات الجامعية يعتبر من انظمة المحوسبة لأدارة موجودات المكتبة حيث يستطيع امين المكتبة من تسير مهامة و اجراءاتة مع عمادة المكتبات في الامور المتعلقة بشراء وفهرسة وتجليد الكتب ومتابعة التقارير وغيرها من المعاملات ,من مشاكل الدراسة ان نظام المراسلات التقليدي يبطء من وصول الخطابات والتقارير وحضور الموظفين الي عمادة المكتبات واستخدام الاتصالات التقليدية يصعب من ادخال وتوصيل كافة احتياجات المكتبات وضعف اداء العاملين في المكتبات وعدم توفير الية لأرسال طلبات والمكتبات , ومن اهدافه الدراسة بناء نظام إدارة المكتبات الجامعية لتسهيل مراسلات المكتبة وضمان وصول الخطابات للجهات المعنية واظهار اهمية الاتصال بين عمادة المكتبات والمكتبات الفرعية للاستفاده من تبادل المعلومات والبيانات وتامين وحماية المراسلات للحساسية محتوها ,المنهج المستخدم هو منهج تحليل وتصميم النظم واستخدام اداة الــ UML كأداة حديثة داعمة لمنهج تحليل وتصميم النظم الكائني واستخدام لغه php كلغة للبرمجة وتنفيذ كافة متطلبات النظام بها ,ونتيجة من ذلك تسهيل ادارة المكتبات الجامعية لجامعة النيلين من خلال النظام وتحسين اداء العاملين وتأمين وحماية المراسلات والمعاملات. The librarian is able to carry out an important task with the Deanship of Libraries in matters related to the purchase, cataloging, binding of books, follow-up of reports and other transactions, The problems of the study The traditional correspondence system slows down the arrival of letters and reports and the presence of staff to the Deanship of Libraries and the use of traditional communications is difficult to introduce and connect all the needs of libraries and poor performance of library workers and the lack of a mechanism to send requests and libraries,The purpose of this study is to build the university library management system to facilitate library correspondence, to ensure that letters reach the concerned authorities and to show the importance of communication between the Deanship of Libraries and the sub-libraries to benefit from the exchange of information and data,The methodology used is the method of system analysis and design and the use of the UML tool as a modern tool supporting the methodology of the analysis and design of the existing systems, use of PHP as the language of programming, the implementation of all system requirements,The aim of this research is to facilitate the management of the university libraries at University of Al-Neelain through the system and improve the performance of employees and secure and protect correspondence and transactions.Item تطوير نظام تـــــوثيق وارشفــــة البيانات للشركات الخاصة (دراسة حالة شركة قودويل للتقنية والتجارة المحدودة)(جامعة النيلين, 2018-05) سناء محمد بشير محمدمستلخص البحث تناول البحث الارشفة الالكترونية التى تلعب دورا هاما فى تحقيق المستوى المرغوب للشركة لانها حلقة الوصل بين الشركة والعملاء .المشكلة التى تواجه الموظفين فى الشركة كثرة الاخطاء فى التدوين بطء فى استخراج التقارير وخلط بين العملاء – تاخر فى التسليم والداخل للمخزن عدم معرفة الدفيات للعملاء فى البنك بسرعة. والهدف الرئيسي للبحث هو تصحيح اخطاء النظام اليدوى عن طريق نظام الحوسبة الذى يساعد فى عملية دعم اتخاذ القرارو سهولة ادخال البيانات. ثم تناول مشكلة توثيق وارشفة البيانات بشركة قودويل للتقنية والتجارة التى تعتبر ادارة الارشيف من اهم الادارت بها. استخدم الباحث منهج الوصف التحليلى مع منهجية تحليل وتصميم النظم والمنهج التحليلى لوصف النظام المقترح والمنهج التطبيقى والاستنباطى. تناول البحث تحليل بيانات شركة قودويل باستخدام لغة النمذجة الموحدة ((Unified Modeling Language UML)) ولتصميم الشاشات استخدمنــــــا (Oracle ADF) ولقـــاعدة البيانات .(Oracle 10g) وذلك ليتم تسجيل البيانات الكترونيا حتى تتمكن الشركة بادارة وظائفها بصورة فعالة ودقيقة. بعد تطبيق نظام الارشفة توصل الباحث الى توفر المعلومات بسرعة وساعدت فى اتخاذ القرار بشكل فعال وايضاً وجود السرية والامان وشهولة البحث والاسترجاع ومنح الصلاحيات للمخولين فقط وتوفر الاستعلامات والتقارير واصبح الموظف فى رضى تمام يصل للمعلومة بكل سهولة. نجح النظام فى ادارة اقسام الشركة بصورة جيدة وفعالة حيث يحتوى على الية لتسجيل كل البيانات وكل العمليات التى تتم عليها مما اسهم بصورة جيدة فى عملية اتخاذ القرار لذلك . يوصي الباحث ادارة الشركة ان تقوم بتدريب الكوادر وتعين المختصين فى مجال الارشفة حتى ترقى الى المستوى المطلوب فى مجال الارشفة الالكترونية كما يوصي الباحث بتدريب الكوادر وتصميم قواعد بيانات موزعة فى المستقبل حتى يسهل تبادل الوثائق داخل وخارج الشركة واستخدام اداه من ادوات التنقيب عن البيانات فى المستقبل. Abstract In this search we talked about electronic archiving that plays an import role in achieving the desired level of the company as it is the link between the company and the customers. The problem facing employees in the company is a lot of slow blogging errors in extracting reports and mixing between customers. Delayed delivery of inward delivery of the storage and not knowing the payments to customers in the bank quickly. The main objective is to correct manual system errors by computing system that assists in the process of decision – making an easy data entry. the research focus also in documentation problem and archiving data at the Goodwill Tech. & Trade Co, archiving is one of the most important departments in the company. System analysis and design methodology and the analytical approach to describe the proposed system and the applied and developmental approach. In Methodology we analyses the data of the company by using Unified Modeling Language (UML) ,and interface by using Oracle ADF, and Oracle 10g for Database to record the data Electronically so the company could managing function effective and accuracy way. The system succeeded in managing the departments of the company in a good and effective manner, as it contains a mechanism to record all the data and all the operations performed on them, which contributed well in the decision-making process. The researcher recommends the company's management to train cadres and appoint specialists in the field of archiving even live up to the required in the field of electronic archiving level as recommends researcher trained cadres and the design of distributed databases in the future so as to facilitate the exchange of documents inside and outside the company and use the tool of data mining in the future tools.
