تطوير نظام إلكتروني للمحاسبة المالية باستخدام ADF بالتطبيق على مصنع أطلس للبسكويت

Abstract

ملخص البحث يتناول هذا البحث مفهوم تكنلوجيا المعلومات والإتصالات في عصرنا هذا إذ أنها أصبحت وسيلة لقياس مدى تقدم المجتمعات و لها أثر على المجتمع والإقتصاد وهي إقتناء المعلومات , معالجتها ,تخزينها ,توزيعها ونشرها في صورها المختلفه منها النصيه والرقميه وغيرها ويمكن الاستفاده منها لحوسبة نظام المعلومات المحاسبي و هو مجموعة الأعمال والإجراءات والترتيبات التي يتم عن طريقها تطبيق المراحل المحاسبيه للبيانات المتعلقه بالمعاملات الإقتصاديه ذات الصفه الماليه التي تقدم عليها المنشأه خلال الفتره المجاسبيه فنظام مصنع أطلس المحاسبي اليدوي بوجد فيه العديد من المشاكل منها البطء في تسجيل العمليات المحاسبيه وكذلك البطء في إستخراج التقارير وكانت أداة جمع المعلومات هي المقابله وكانت نتيجة المقابله هي المشاكل التي تم ذكرها في السايق ,وقد تم إستخدام التحليل الموجه نحو الكائنات وهو ذلك النوع من أنواع التحليل الذي ينظر للنظام في شكل أشياء أو كينونات و تم استخدام لغة النمذجة الموحده uml في تحليل وتصميم النظام وهي فهي تستخدم اللغة لعمل رسوم تخطيطية لوصف برامج الكمبيوتر من حيث العناصر المكونة لها ولديها العديد من الادوات وتم إستخدام Visual Paradigm والنظام المقترح يبدأ إسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور الخاصه بالمستخدم المعين وبعد ذلك يتيح النظام للمستخدم بإدخال البيانات ويكون الإدخال عن طريق الخيارات قدر الإمكان وبعد ذلك يتم التحليل المالي التلقائي للمصروفات ويتضمن العديد من المخرجات وهو من صلاحيات مسؤول النظام وأيضاً بعد مرحلة ادخال البيانات الخاصة بكل المعملات الحسابيه يمكن لمسؤول النظام أن يصل لجميع المخرجات التي تخص تلك المدخلات دون جهد أو تعقيد فبمجرد ضغط زر يمكن الوصول للمخرجات التي تخص ذلك الزر ونجد أن المستخدمين للنظام ليس عليهم سوى إدخال البيانات وتم بالفعل تحقيق ذلك وتم إدخال بيانات وتم الحصول على المخرجات وكان ذلك بإستخدام برنامج ADF لتنفيذ النظام هو اختصار لـApplication Development Framework وهو عباره عن مكتبة أدوات جاهزه للإستخدام تساعد المبرمج على أداء الأعمال البرمجيه بجهد أقل وسرعه عاليه وبعدالتنفيذ توصل الباحث لعدد من النتائج منها السهولة والدقة والسرعه في الحصول على مخرجات النظام وكذلك السهوله في ادخال البيانات ومن توصيات الباحث توسيع النظام بحيث يشمل نظام محاسبة التكاليف وكذلك نظام إدارة شؤون العاملين بالمصنع.

Abstract This research deals with the concept of information and communication technology in our time as it has become A means of measuring the progress of societies and having an impact on society and the economy is the acquisition and processing of information It can be used to computerize the accounting information system and is the set of actions, procedures and arrangements through which the accounting stages of the data related to economic transactions with the financial character of the facility is provided during the accounting period as a factory system. Many tools have been used Visual Paradigm and the proposed system starts the user name and password of the specific user and then the system allows the user to enter data and be input by options as much as possible and then is the automatic financial analysis of expenses and includes many outputs and It is the authority of the system administrator and also after the data entry stage for all the calculation transactions, the system administrator can reach all the outputs related to those inputs without effort or complexity. This was achieved by using data ADF program to implement the system is an abbreviation of Application Development Framework is a ready-to-use tools library that helps the programmer to perform the software work with less effort and high speed and after implementation the researcher reached a number of Results of which the ease, accuracy and speed in getting the system outputs as well as ease of data entry and the recommendations of the researcher to expand the system to include cost accounting system as well as personnel management factory system.
