نظام إدارة المكتبات الجامعية (بالتطبيق علي عمادة المكتبات والمكتبات الفرعية- جامعة النيلين)

Abstract

المستخلص : نظام إدارة المكتبات الجامعية يعتبر من انظمة المحوسبة لأدارة موجودات المكتبة حيث يستطيع امين المكتبة من تسير مهامة و اجراءاتة مع عمادة المكتبات في الامور المتعلقة بشراء وفهرسة وتجليد الكتب ومتابعة التقارير وغيرها من المعاملات ,من مشاكل الدراسة ان نظام المراسلات التقليدي يبطء من وصول الخطابات والتقارير وحضور الموظفين الي عمادة المكتبات واستخدام الاتصالات التقليدية يصعب من ادخال وتوصيل كافة احتياجات المكتبات وضعف اداء العاملين في المكتبات وعدم توفير الية لأرسال طلبات والمكتبات , ومن اهدافه الدراسة بناء نظام إدارة المكتبات الجامعية لتسهيل مراسلات المكتبة وضمان وصول الخطابات للجهات المعنية واظهار اهمية الاتصال بين عمادة المكتبات والمكتبات الفرعية للاستفاده من تبادل المعلومات والبيانات وتامين وحماية المراسلات للحساسية محتوها ,المنهج المستخدم هو منهج تحليل وتصميم النظم واستخدام اداة الــ UML كأداة حديثة داعمة لمنهج تحليل وتصميم النظم الكائني واستخدام لغه php كلغة للبرمجة وتنفيذ كافة متطلبات النظام بها ,ونتيجة من ذلك تسهيل ادارة المكتبات الجامعية لجامعة النيلين من خلال النظام وتحسين اداء العاملين وتأمين وحماية المراسلات والمعاملات.

Abstract : The library management system is a computerized system for managing library assets. The librarian is able to carry out an important task with the Deanship of Libraries in matters related to the purchase, cataloging, binding of books, follow-up of reports and other transactions, The problems of the study The traditional correspondence system slows down the arrival of letters and reports and the presence of staff to the Deanship of Libraries and the use of traditional communications is difficult to introduce and connect all the needs of libraries and poor performance of library workers and the lack of a mechanism to send requests and libraries,The purpose of this study is to build the university library management system to facilitate library correspondence, to ensure that letters reach the concerned authorities and to show the importance of communication between the Deanship of Libraries and the sub-libraries to benefit from the exchange of information and data,The methodology used is the method of system analysis and design and the use of the UML tool as a modern tool supporting the methodology of the analysis and design of the existing systems, use of PHP as the language of programming, the implementation of all system requirements,The aim of this research is to facilitate the management of the university libraries at University of Al-Neelain through the system and improve the performance of employees and secure and protect correspondence and transactions.
