تطوير نظام تـــــوثيق وارشفــــة البيانات للشركات الخاصة (دراسة حالة شركة قودويل للتقنية والتجارة المحدودة)

Abstract

مستلخص البحث تناول البحث الارشفة الالكترونية التى تلعب دورا هاما فى تحقيق المستوى المرغوب للشركة لانها حلقة الوصل بين الشركة والعملاء .المشكلة التى تواجه الموظفين فى الشركة كثرة الاخطاء فى التدوين بطء فى استخراج التقارير وخلط بين العملاء – تاخر فى التسليم والداخل للمخزن عدم معرفة الدفيات للعملاء فى البنك بسرعة. والهدف الرئيسي للبحث هو تصحيح اخطاء النظام اليدوى عن طريق نظام الحوسبة الذى يساعد فى عملية دعم اتخاذ القرارو سهولة ادخال البيانات. ثم تناول مشكلة توثيق وارشفة البيانات بشركة قودويل للتقنية والتجارة التى تعتبر ادارة الارشيف من اهم الادارت بها. استخدم الباحث منهج الوصف التحليلى مع منهجية تحليل وتصميم النظم والمنهج التحليلى لوصف النظام المقترح والمنهج التطبيقى والاستنباطى. تناول البحث تحليل بيانات شركة قودويل باستخدام لغة النمذجة الموحدة ((Unified Modeling Language UML)) ولتصميم الشاشات استخدمنــــــا (Oracle ADF) ولقـــاعدة البيانات .(Oracle 10g) وذلك ليتم تسجيل البيانات الكترونيا حتى تتمكن الشركة بادارة وظائفها بصورة فعالة ودقيقة. بعد تطبيق نظام الارشفة توصل الباحث الى توفر المعلومات بسرعة وساعدت فى اتخاذ القرار بشكل فعال وايضاً وجود السرية والامان وشهولة البحث والاسترجاع ومنح الصلاحيات للمخولين فقط وتوفر الاستعلامات والتقارير واصبح الموظف فى رضى تمام يصل للمعلومة بكل سهولة. نجح النظام فى ادارة اقسام الشركة بصورة جيدة وفعالة حيث يحتوى على الية لتسجيل كل البيانات وكل العمليات التى تتم عليها مما اسهم بصورة جيدة فى عملية اتخاذ القرار لذلك . يوصي الباحث ادارة الشركة ان تقوم بتدريب الكوادر وتعين المختصين فى مجال الارشفة حتى ترقى الى المستوى المطلوب فى مجال الارشفة الالكترونية كما يوصي الباحث بتدريب الكوادر وتصميم قواعد بيانات موزعة فى المستقبل حتى يسهل تبادل الوثائق داخل وخارج الشركة واستخدام اداه من ادوات التنقيب عن البيانات فى المستقبل.

Abstract In this search we talked about electronic archiving that plays an import role in achieving the desired level of the company as it is the link between the company and the customers. The problem facing employees in the company is a lot of slow blogging errors in extracting reports and mixing between customers. Delayed delivery of inward delivery of the storage and not knowing the payments to customers in the bank quickly. The main objective is to correct manual system errors by computing system that assists in the process of decision – making an easy data entry. the research focus also in documentation problem and archiving data at the Goodwill Tech. & Trade Co, archiving is one of the most important departments in the company. System analysis and design methodology and the analytical approach to describe the proposed system and the applied and developmental approach. In Methodology we analyses the data of the company by using Unified Modeling Language (UML) ,and interface by using Oracle ADF, and Oracle 10g for Database to record the data Electronically so the company could managing function effective and accuracy way. The system succeeded in managing the departments of the company in a good and effective manner, as it contains a mechanism to record all the data and all the operations performed on them, which contributed well in the decision-making process. The researcher recommends the company's management to train cadres and appoint specialists in the field of archiving even live up to the required in the field of electronic archiving level as recommends researcher trained cadres and the design of distributed databases in the future so as to facilitate the exchange of documents inside and outside the company and use the tool of data mining in the future tools.
