تطوير نظام معلومات صحي باستخدام جافا بالتطبيق على مستشفى الأطباء

Abstract

المستخلص:- ان الحاجة للبيانات الدقيقة في المؤسسات الطبية ككل تعد من اولى الاولويات واهمها وذلك لأنها من المجالات الحيوية والحساسة والتي تتعلق بصحة الانسان وحياته لذلك لابد من توفر هذه البيانات الخاصة بالمرضى وحالاتهم الصحية بصورة دقيقة ومحدثة دوريا وتوفر كل ما يساعد في متابعة ذلك بصورة عامة. وكل ذلك من اجل الوصول للعلاج الصحيح والصحة التامة للإنسان، واتخاذ القرارات الصحيحة في الحاضر والمستقبل. ومن هنا يتبين اهمية نظم المعلومات في عملية ادارة المستشفيات وتسيير اعمالها بصورة عامة واهمية المعلومات الخاصة بالمرضى التي تقدمها نظم المعلومات للأطباء لمساعدتهم في اداء مهامهم على أكمل وجه، وهذا ما نحن بصدده في هذه الدراسة. والمشاكل التي تعاني منها مستشفى الاطباء البطء الشديد في الاجراءات والمعاملات وذلك نتيجة عدم حوسبة بعض اجزاء النظام، كما ان هنالك اختلاف في مواقع وجود البيانات، وعدم وجود ارشفة لبيانات المرضى في حالة المتابعة الدورية يؤدي الى صعوبة معرفة الحالات المرضية السابقة ومتابعة المرضى بصورة جيدة. يهدف البحث الى حل المشاكل السابقة بتوفير الوقت والجهد، وحماية البيانات عن طريق تخزينها مباشرة في قاعدة بيانات واحدة، تم تصميم هذا النظام بحيث يعمل على توفير كل التقارير المطلوبة بسهوله ويسر مما يساعد الادارة في اتخاذ القرارات المناسبة في الوقت المناسب. في الختام نرى لابد من الاهتمام بنظم المعلومات الصحية لما تحتويه من فوائد عظيمة، وتطوير هذا البحث وتطبيقه على ارض الواقع، وتوفير الكوادر القادرة على تشغيل هذا النظام ، المداومة على صيانة النظام ودعمه بالتقنيات الحديثة لمساعدته على اداء واجبه بأكمل وجه .

ABSTRACT :- The need for accurate data in medical institutions as a whole is one of the first priorities and the most important one, because it is a vital and sensitive areas that relate to human health and life so that the patient data and their health conditions must be accurate and updated periodically and provide everything that helps in the follow-up In general. All of this is in order to reach the right treatment and complete health of the human being and make the right decisions in the present and the future. Hence, the importance of information systems in the process of hospital management and operation in general and the importance of patient information provided by information systems to physicians to assist them in the full performance of their tasks, and this is what we are looking for in this study. The problems experienced by the doctors hospital are very slow in procedures and transactions as a result of the failure to computerize some parts of the system, especially those related to patient records, and there is a difference in the locations of the existence of data and the lack of link to a center resulting in inconsistencies and differences in data and frequency, not The presence of patient data archiving in case of periodic follow-up makes it difficult to know the previous cases and to follow patients well. The aim of the research is to solve the previous problems by saving time and effort, and protecting the data by storing them directly in a single database, this system is designed to provide all the required reports easily and easy, which helps the administration to make appropriate decisions in a timely manner. The system is easy to handle and highly flexible, enabling us to make any necessary adjustments in a way that helps the relevant parties to control financial matters in order to make appropriate decisions about them. In conclusion, we need to be attentive to health information systems because of the great benefits they contain, the development of this research and its application on the ground, and the provision of cadres capable of operating this system, maintaining the system and supporting it with modern technologies to help him to perform his duty to the fullest.
