تطبيق أندرويد لدليل المكتبات بالتطبيق على ولاية الخرطوم

Abstract

المستخلص تمثل المعلومات عنصرا هاما وموردا استراتيجيا تعتمد علية المؤسسات في الواجهة التنافسية مع المؤسسات الأخرى وذلك بالاعتماد على نظام معلوماتي يساعد متخذ القرار فيها على اتخاذ القرارات بالسرعة العالية والدقة والجودة المطلوبة لذلك كان لابد من عمل نظام متكامل يعمل على إدارة المعهد وسهولة ربطه بالمدربين والمتدربين عبر الإنترنت. تتمثل المشكلة الرئيسية في صعوبة إيجاد الكتاب والمراجع المطلوبة بسرعة ومشكلة إدارة المكتبة و فهرسة الكتب بالطريقة التقليدية. تكمن أهمية البحث في توفير تطبيق أندرويد يربط جميع المكتبات مع بعضها بحيث يستطيع الطالب البحث عن الكتاب من مجموعة من المكتبات في نفس الزمن. تم استخدام التحليل بالتحليل الكينوني في تحليل النظام وذلك بالتوجه نحو الكينونة الرئيسية من اعلى الى اسفل ومن ناحية برمجية تم برمجة التطبيق الاندرويد لغة جافا. نتائج البحث تكمن في تصميم برنامج مسهل بطريقه مميزه تجعله متاح لكل طبقات المجتمع بحيث يسهل عليهم عملية البحث عن الكتب وحجزها ويوفر الكثير من الوقت والجهد في عملية البحث عن الكتب. ومن حيث التوصيات كان السعي الى تطبيق هذا النظام على ارض الواقع وربطة بنظام بنكي ليسهل عملية الدفع الإلكتروني.

Abstract

Information is an important element and a strategic resource that institutions rely on in the competitive interface with other institutions. This is based on an information system that helps the decision maker to make decisions with high speed, accuracy and quality. Therefore, it was necessary to work an integrated system that manages the institute and easy to connect it with trainers and trainees via the Internet. The main problem is the difficulty of finding the required books and references quickly, the problem of managing the library and indexing the books in the traditional way. The importance of research is to provide an Android application that connects all libraries together so that the student can search for the book from a collection of libraries at the same time. Entity analysis was used in system analysis by moving towards the main being from top to bottom. In terms of software, the Android application was designed for Java. The results of the research lies in the design of a program facilitator in a way that makes it available to all layers of society so that it easier for them to search for books and booking and saves a lot of time and effort in the search for books. In terms of recommendations was to seek to apply this system on the ground and a link to the banking system to facilitate the process of electronic payment.
