Item تطوير نظـام تقييم أداء العامـــــلين بالتطبيق علــى الوكــيل لخدمــات المرور(جامعة النيلين, 2019) ربيعة الضو آدم أحمدالمستلخص عملية تقييم الأداء هي أحد الوظائف الأساسية لإدارة الأفراد فهو العملية التي بموجبها يتم قياس أداء الافراد العاملين طبقاً لمهام وواجبات الوظيفة في ضوء الإنجاز الفعلي للفرد وسلوكه وادائه ومدى استعداده لتحسين وتطوير أدائه ومستوى الإنجاز الذي يقدمه لغرض معالجه جوانب الضعف والخلل وتدعيم وتعزيز جوانب القوة، ويعتبر تقييم الأداء جزءاً من التطوير الوظيفي. تكمن مشكلة المؤسسة الوكيل لخدمات المرور بأنها تستخدم الأسلوب التقليدي لتقييم أداء الأفراد نتج عنه التساهل أو التشدد في تقويم الموظفين علي حسب ميول المقوم، وعدم وجود معايير واضحة لتقييم الأداء من جانب الإدارة. ويهدف البحث الى تحديد وتحليل وتقدير مستوى الإنجاز الفعلي للأفراد في فتره زمنية ماضية، وتوفير الوسائل التي تساعد المديرين وتسهيل عملهم باتجاه تطوير أداء الأفراد. وتم إستخدام لغات وتقنيات (Laravel Framework،JavaScript ، Bootstrap 4 Framework). وتم استخدام لغة النمذجة الموحدة Unified Modeling Language (UML) في مخططات التحليل والتصميم. وتم التوصل الى جعل الادارة قادرة على اكتشاف مواقع القوة والخلل في أقسام المؤسسة ومنح الأفراد فرصاً كثيره للتطور الوظيفي وتشجيع العاملين لتحسين أدائهم وتنمية وتطوير مهاراتهم وقدراتهم. Abstract The performance evaluation process is one of the basic functions of individuals management, as it is the process by which the performance of individuals working is measured according to the tasks and duties of the job in light of the actual achievement of the individual, his behavior, his performance and his willingness to improve and develop his performance and the level of achievement that he provides for the purpose of addressing weaknesses and defects and strengthening and strengthening aspects of strength. Performance is part of career development. Al-Wakeel Corporation for Traffic Services uses the traditional method to evaluate the performance of individuals, which resulted in leniency or strictness in evaluating employees according to the tendency of the evaluator, and the absence of clear criteria for evaluating performance by the administration. The research aims to define, analyze and estimate the actual level of achievement for individuals in the past time period, and to provide means that assist managers and facilitate their work towards improving the performance of individuals. Languages and technologies (Laravel Framework, JavaScript, Bootstrap 4 Framework) were used. UML was used in analysis and design charts. It was reached to make the administration capable of discovering the positions of strength and defect in the departments of the institution, giving individuals many opportunities for career development and encouraging workers to improve their performance and develop their skills and capabilities.Item تطوير نظام متكامل لإدارة المطابع التجارية (دراسة حالة مطبعة آفاق للطباعة والنشر)(جامعة النيلين, 2020) عبدالقادر محمدالأمين يوسف مصطفىالمستخلص: تشكل نظم المعلومات أهمية كبيرة للمؤسسات في العصر الحالي والمطابع التجارية ليستر استثناءً في ذلك، حيث تشكل أهمية كبرى لما توفره من سرعة ودقة وتكاملية للمعلومات. تكمن مشكلة البحث في الحوجة للسرعة الدقة في عمليات إعداد التكاليف وصعوبة إعداد التكلفة بالنسبة للأشخاص غير ذوي الصلة بمجال الطباعة ، بالإضافة لمشكلة متابعة المطبوعات في خط الإنتاج حيث تتنوع المراحل والمطبوعات الموزعة بين المراحل في ذات اللحظة ما يصعب عملية المتابعة ، بالاضافة إلى مشكلة متابعة المخزون الناتجة من تعدد المواد والمطبوعات وتنوعها. تمثل الحل المقترح في تطوير نظام معلومات متكامل لإدارة المطابع التجارية ، وتم اتباع المنهجيات العلميات المتمثلة في المنهج الاستقرائي والوصفي إضافة للتحليل والتصميم والمنهج التجريبي بتطوير النظام. تم عمل نظام متكامل يتكون من نظام لمتابعة طلبات الطباعة وإعداد التكلفة وقد حقق تسريع إعداد التكلفة وتسهيلها، وأيضاً تم تسهيل عملية متابعة مراحل الإنتاج المختلفة للمطبوع من خلال نظام مختص بمتابعة الإنتاج، إضافةً لتوفير نظام متابعة للمواد والمطبوعات الداخلة للمخزن والمسلمة للعميل ، وكل ذلك بالتكامل بين الأنظمة عبر قاعدة بيانات موحدة، مع تدعيم الأنظمة بالتقارير المختلفة. Abstract: Information systems are of great importance to institutions at the present time, and commercial presses are not an exception in that, as they are of great importance because of the speed, accuracy and complementarity of information they provide. The research problem lies in the need for speed, accuracy in cost preparation processes and the difficulty of cost preparation for people who are not related to the field of printing, in addition to the problem of following up the publications in the production line where the various stages and publications distributed between stages at the same moment make the follow-up process difficult, in addition to the problem of following up the resulting inventory From the multiplicity and diversity of materials and publications. The proposed solution was to develop an integrated information system for the management of commercial printing presses. The scientific methodologies represented in the inductive and descriptive approach in addition to the analysis, design and experimental approach to developing the system were followed. An integrated system was created consisting of a system to follow up printing orders and prepare the cost, and it achieved speeding up and facilitating cost preparation, and also the process of following up the various production stages of the printed matter was facilitated through a system specialized in following up production, in addition to providing a follow-up system for the materials and publications entering the store and delivered to the customer, and all of this with integration Systems through a unified database, with systems supported by various reports.Item تطوير نظام إدارة الكورسات القصيرة بمعاهد التدريب المهني بالسودان(جامعة النيلين, 2021-12) أروي ناصر تاج الدين حسب اللهالمستخلص تناولت الدراسة ادارة نظام الكورسات القصيرة بالمعهد الكوري للتدريب المهني والتلمذة الصناعية ,حيث تواجه المعهد مشكلة عدم وجود نظام فعال للطلاب المسجلين في الكورسات القصيرة بالمعهد . حيث يتم اعتماد النظام التقليدي اليدوي للتسجيل والذي هو طريقة غير امنة وغير فعالة وتؤدي الي الكثير من الاخطاء والمشاكل مثل تلف السجلات ,ضياع البيانات واهدار الوقت والجهد .لذلك تناول هذا البحث بتطوير وتصميم نظام ويب الكتروني لتسهيل عملية ادارة الكورسات بفعالية ويسر , حيث يوفر النظام الوقت والجهد ,السرعة والدقة في استخراج البيانات .كما يسهل عملية الرجوع للبيانات وتوفيرالتقارير اللازمة مما يؤدي الي تنظيم العمل ورفع كفاءة الاداء. لوصف وتحليل هذا النظام تحليلا وصفيا منهجيا استخدم الباحث لغة النمذجة الموحدة UML اما في البرمجة والتصميم تم استخدام اطار العمل ADF مع قواعد بيانات My SQL . ومن اهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث توفير إلاعتمادية ,الموثوقية والمرونة . حيث يوفر النظام الدقة والسرعة والسهولة في حفظ البيانات واسترجاعها عند الحوجة وباقل تكلفة وجهد ,استخراج التقارير الدورية وامكانية الوصول للبيانات في اي مكان وزمان مما يؤدي الي رفع كفاءة الاستخدام . اما من اهم التوصيات هي تصميم تطبيق هاتفي للنظام (نظام اندرويد) للعمل علي الهواتف النقالة لجعل النظام اكثر سهولة ومرونة وايضا ربط النظام بنظام وزارة العمل مباشرة. Abstract The study is dealt with the management of the system of short courses at the vocational training centers (applied to Sudanese Korean vocational training center) , where the institute faces problem of the lack of an effective system for students registered in short course at the institute , where is the traditional manual system is adopted The traditional system faces many problem such as security, damage of records, loss of data and waste of time and efforts. Therefore, this research developed and design an electronic system to facilitate the process of managing courses effectively and easily , as the system provide time and efforts , speed and security in extracting data .it is also facilitates the process of returning data and provide the necessary reports which lead to organize the work and raising the efficiency of performance. To describe the analyze this system in as systematic descriptive analysis , the researcher used the unified Molding Language (UML) while in programming and design , the Application Development Framework (ADF) was used with SQL data base. One of the most important results of the research is the provision of reliability and flexibility where the system provides accuracy, speed and ease saving and retrieval of data when needed with the lowest cost and efforts. One of the most important recommendation is to design an android application to make the system easier and more flexible and recommend linking the system to the ministry of labor system directly.Item تطوير نظام إلكتروني للصيدليات(جامعة النيلين, 2021) نهى ادريس عثمان عليمستخلص البحث تمثل التقنيات الحديثه ومانبع جراء ثورة المعلومات الهائله التي يعيشها عالمنا الحالي نبض الحياة وكما هو معلوم بان الحاسب الالي هو اهم تلك التقنيات التي ساعدت على انجاز الاعمال بسرعه ودقة فائقه. تمثلت مشكلة البحث في صعوبة الحصول على الادويه وخاصه النادره منها وصعوبة تحديد مواقع الصيدليات التي توجد بها كذلك الجهد والمشقه الناتجه من البحث الطويل عن الادويه في الصيدليات ووقوع بعض الاخطاء من الكادر الطبي في تحديد وجود الدواء او عدمه الناتج من ضغط العمل الشديد. يهدف البحث الى تصميم موقع الكتروني يمكن من خلاله البحث عن الادويه المطلوبه بكل سهولة ويسروفي وقت وجيز كذلك يمكن للمستخدم معرفه بيانات الدواء واسعار الادويه من خلال الموقع والبدائل المتوفره في حاله عدم وجود الدواء المطلوب. يتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التطبيقي في وصف وجمع المعلومات عن طريق المقابلات الشخصيه والمنهج التحليلي في تحليل مكونات النظام عن طريق مخططات لغة النمذجه الموحده والمنهج التطبيقي في بناء واجهات النظام. تم استخدام لغة البرمجه PHP لسهولتها وسرعتها في التنفيذ مقارنه بنظيراتها من لغات البرمجه واستخدمت قاعده بيانات MYSQL نسبة لتوافقها الكبير مع لغه البرمجه المستخدمه وامكانيه حفظ اكبر عدد ممكن من السجلات فيها. نتيجه لانشاء موقع الكتروني للصيدليات تم توفير خاصيه البحث عن الدواء وتحديد اماكن الصيدليات التي يوجد فيها كذلك يمكن للمسخدم معرفه بيانات الدواء واسعارها والبدائل المتوفره في حاله عدم وجود الدواء المطلوب. كما لخصت الدراسه مجموعه من التوصيات اهمها بناء نظام تطبيق اندرويد وربطه بالموقع الالكتروني وكذلك ربطه بالخرائط الجغرافيه GPS . Abstract: Modern technologies and what stemmed from the huge information revolution that our current world is experiencing represent the pulse of life. As it is known that the computer is the most important of those technologies that helped to complete work very quickly with very high accuracy. On the other hand, the research problem was the difficulty of obtaining medicines, especially the rare ones. Also, it is difficult to locate pharmacies where these medicines are located. As well as the effort and hardship resulting from the long search for medicines in pharmacies. Also, the medical staff made some errors. For example, failure to determine whether or not the drug was present. This is because of the intense work pressure. The research aims to design a website through which the required drugs can be searched easily and conveniently in a short time. The user can also know drug data and drug prices through the site. As well as knowing the alternatives available in the absence of the required medication. By looking at the research, we note that it follows the applied descriptive approach in describing and collecting information.This is done through the Unified Modeling Language schemas and the applied approach in building system interfaces. In this research,the PHP programming language was used because of its ease and speed of implementation compared to its counterparts in other programming languages. It also used the MYSQL database due to its great compatibility with the programming language used and the ability to save as many records as possible in it. In conclusion, as a result of creating a website for pharmacies, the ability to search for medicine and locate pharmacies was provided. The feature of knowing drug data, prices, and available alternatives in the absence of the required drug has also been added.The study also summarized a set of recommendations, the most important of which is building an Android application system and linking it to websites, as well as linking it to GPS maps.Item تطوير نظام باستخدام المعالجة التحليلية الفورية OLAP في تحديد العوامل المؤثرة علي توزيع المنتجات دراسة حالة المنتجات الدوائية لشركة تبوك للأدوية(جامعة النيلين, 2021-07) رويدا محمدأحمد بابكر بدرالمستخلص نحن نعيش اليوم في مجتمع قائم على التكنولوجيا، تتطور مقدار البيانات التي يتم جمعها فتجمع الاعمال التجارية كمية هائلة من البيانات حول عملائها، ومبيعاتها، ومنتجاتها، بل أكثر من ذلك. تأتي تطبيقات وحلول ذكاء الاعمال لرفع نفوذها، فذكاء الاعمال يرفع مستوى البرنامج والتكنولوجيا لتحويل البيانات التي تأتي من مصادر مختلفه إلى معلومات ورؤى عملية يمكن من خلالها التأثير غلى قرارات المؤسسة الاسترتيجية والتكتيكية، يتناول البحث مشكلة أساسية تتمحور في صعوبة تحديد العوامل المؤثرة على توزيع المنتجات الدوائية، لذلك جاءت الحاجة الماسة إلى الأساليب الحديثة للإحتفاظ بالكميات الكبيرة من البيانات التي تكون موزعة ومنتشرة في أماكن مختلفة داخل المؤسسات وخارجها والتي تكون مخزنة في الغالب في ملفات الجداول الإلكترونية أو ملفات ورقية، فضلاً عن ضرورة الوصول إلى هذه البيانات ومعالجتها وتحليلها لإكتشاف معلومات ومعارف قيمة تساهم في التنبؤ بحاجات ورغبات المستهلكين، وكل ذلك يدعم قدرة الشركة على اتخاذ قراراتها بشكل صحيح. تتجسد الأهداف الأساسية للبحث في تحديد العوامل المؤثرة على توزيع المنتجات المختلفة(الأدوية كدراسة حالة) وكذلك التنبؤ المستقبلي بموقف التوزيع الأمثل لها بشكل تتحقق معه الأهداف الرئيسية للمؤسسة أو الشركة وأخيراً تطوير وتنفيذ نظام لعرض الموقف الاحصائي الآني للأدوية بالشركة تم استخدام المنهج التحليلي الوصفي والمنهج الاستقرائي إذ تم تصميم مستودع بياناتData Warehouse بإعتماد برمجيات Microsoft SQL Server2012 وتم إعتماده لتخزين البيانات ذات الصلة بالأدوية والمستهلكين بشكل متكامل ولفترات زمنية طويلة، بالإضافة إلى إستخدام تقنية المعالجة التحليلية المباشرة OLAP وأدوات التقارير بوصفها من الأدوات المهمة لذكاء الأعمال. خرج البحث بجملة من المخرجات أهمها المساعدة في دعم القرارات بالشركة في توزيع المنتجات الدوائية وقد اعتمد نظام دعم القرار على تكنولوجيا ذكاء الأعمال، عمل النظام المقترح على تخفيف أعباء متخذ القرار من خلال توفير رسوم بيانية تسهم في السرعة والسهولة في رؤية النتائج المساعدة في وضع الخطط والاستراتيجيات التي يجب أن تتبعها المؤسسة، أجري البحث المعالجة التحليلية المباشرة OLAP على مستودع البيانات المطور التي تسمح بإجراء التحليل التفاعلي للبيانات وبمستويات متعددة وعلى ضوء النتائج أختتم البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات كان أهمها انشاء قاعدة بيانات مركزية بالشركة وربطها مع قاعدة بيانات الصيدليات حتى تتمكن من معرفة موقف الصيدليات من عملية التوزيع، أن يتم تطبيق هذا النظام لمنتجات آخرى للتأكد من فعاليته، العمل على دراسة العوامل الأخرى، إستخدام مستودع البيانات وتقنيات OLAP والتنقيب عن البيانات لاكتشاف المعرفة مما يساهم وبشكل كبير في زيادة معدل الأداء للشركة وبالتالي يزيد معدل الربح ايضاً، يجب تحميل بيانات دورية للمستودع لضمان ملائمة وحداثة البيانات داخل المستودع. Abstract Today we live in a technology-based society. The amount of data collected is evolving. Businesses collect a huge amount of data about their customers, sales, and products, and more than that. Business intelligence applications and solutions come to raise their influence. Business intelligence raises the level of software and technology to transform the data that It comes from different sources to practical information and insights through which to influence the strategic and tactical decisions of the organization. The research deals with a basic problem centered on the difficulty of determining the factors affecting the distribution of pharmaceutical products, so came the urgent need for modern methods to keep large amounts of data that are distributed and spread in various places inside and outside the organizations, which are mostly stored in electronic spreadsheet files or paper files, as well as the need to access, process and analyze this data to discover valuable information and knowledge that contribute to predicting the needs and desires of consumers, all of which supports the company's ability to make its decisions correctly. The main objectives of the research are embodied in determining the factors affecting the distribution of different products (drugs as a case study), as well as predicting the future position of their optimal distribution in a way that achieves the main objectives of the institution or company, and finally developing and implementing a system to display the instantaneous statistical position of medicines in the company. Data Warehouse is designed with Microsoft SQLServer2012 software and has been certified to store pharmaceutical and consumer related data in an integrated manner for long periods of time, in addition to using OLAP technology and reporting tools as important tools for business intelligence. The research came out with a set of outputs, the most important of which is helping to support decisions in the company in the distribution of pharmaceutical products. The decision support system relied on business intelligence technology. The proposed system worked to reduce the burdens of the decision maker by providing graphs that contribute to speed and ease of seeing the results that help in developing plans and strategies Which should be followed by the institution, the research was conducted direct analytical processing (OLAP) on the developed data warehouse that allows conducting interactive analysis of the data at multiple levels and in light of the results, the research concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which was the establishment of a central database in the company and linking it with the pharmacies database so that you can know the position of pharmacies From the distribution process, to apply this system to other products to ensure its effectiveness, work on the study of other factors, use data warehouse and OLAP techniques and data mining to discover knowledge, which contributes significantly to increasing the performance rate of the company and thus increases the rate of profit as well, periodic data must be downloaded To the warehouse to ensure the relevance and up-to-dateness of the data within the warehouse.Item تطوير نظام محوسب لمستوصف طبي (بالتطبيق علي مستوصف السلامه الطبي)(جامعة النيلين, 2018) محمد عبد الباقي محمد1-1 المقدمة أصبحت أجهزة الحاسب اللآلي ونظم المعلومات المحوسبة وسيلة أساسية من وسائل العمل والإدارة خاصة في مجال إدارة المعلومات الصحية وتخزينها ومعالجتها واستعادتها . وكما أن العمل في مجال البنوك أو الطيران أو الصناعة أصبح معتمداً بشكل رئيسي على استخدام تقنيات المعلومات , فقد بدأ الأطباء والمتخصصون في الرعاية الصحية بدورهم في محاولة الإستفادة من هذه التقنيات بشكل حقيقي من خلال تطوير فكرة إدارة المعلومات ودور الكمبيوتر في الطب والرعاية الصحية التي تعد من أهم المجالات العلمية واكثرها تأثيراً على المجتمع فقد قامت نظم وتكنولوجيا المعلومات بتقريب المسافات بشكل لم يفهمه الإنسان من قبل .هذا ما دفعنا للقيام بحوسبة قسم الاحصاء , وبتصميم هذا النظام نجنب المسؤولين مألات الأرشفة اليدوية للبيانات , ومعاناة الإسترجاع والتعديل لها. 1-2 مشكلة البحث تكمن مشكلة البحث في دور نظم المعلومات الصحية المحوسبة واثرة علي اتخاذ القرارات الادارية و الطبية حيث ان الباحثون من خلال بحثهم بالمستوصف شعروا بعدم مضاهاة المستوصف حاليا بالأنظمة المستخدمة عالميا المتمثلة في الاتي: 1. ضياع الوقت والجهد في عملية البحث لاسترجاع البيانات. 2. الحوجة الإضافية لمساحة تخزين الملفات. 3. التعرض لعوامل البيئة وتلف البيانات. 4. عدم توفير الحماية اللازمة لبيانات العاملين والتقارير السرية. 5. عدم توفر قاعدة بيانات المرضي وارشفة التواريخ المرضية لهم. 1-3 أهداف البحث يهدف هذا البحث الي تحقيق العناصر التالية: 1. التحول من الادارة التقليدية التي تعتمد علي المعاملات الورقية و تداولها يدويا الي الادارة الالكترونية. 2. متابعة الخرائط الزمنية للأمراض المزمنة للمرضي والمساعدة ف اتخاذ القرارات الطبية اللازمة بناء عليها. 3. التحول للحكومة الالكترونية من خلال الصحة الإلكترونية . 4. تصميم واجهات واضحه وسهل التعامل معها وتتمتع بالجاذبية والجمال . 5. اخراج تقارير عالية الدقة وبالصورة المطلوبة للجهة الطالبة والطالبة فقط . 6. تقليل التكلفة وذلك بخفض عدد العاملين و المعاملات الورقية. 1-4 اهمية البحث 1. البحث له اهمية عملية مفيدة لإدارة المستوصف لما يسفر عنه من نتائج الكثرة و القلة. 2. الاهمية التطبيقية من خلال ما يترتب عنه من نتائج يستفيد منها المسئولون و صناع القرار . 3. يتناول معالجة مشكلة الارشفة اليدوية التقليدية. 4. امنية البيانات حيث لأتعرض الا للجهة الطالبة والطالبة فقط وعدم السماح بالدخول لغير المخول لهم الدخول الي النظام 1.5 منهجية البحث استخدام المناهج التالية في البحث: أ- المنهج الوصفي و جمع البيانات: المقابلات الشخصية – المكتبة – مواقع الانترنت. ب - PHPقاعدة بيانات MySQL UML -. 1-8 هيكلية البحث يحتوي هذا البحث على خمسة فصول رئيسيه وهي كما يلي : الفصل الاول ويشمل المقدمة ، ومشكلة البحث، أهمية البحث، أهداف البحث، منهجية البحث، حدود البحث، أدوات البحث ، هيكل البحث والفصل الثاني يشمل على الإطار النظري للدراسة وشرح الأدوات المستخدمة في تنفيذ النظام ، الفصل الثالث يشمل التحليل من خلال إستخدام لغة النمذجة الموحدة في رسم المخططات ، الفصل الرابع : التصميم والتنفيذ لشاشات النظام ، أما الفصل الخامس يشمل النتائج و التوصيات و قائمه المراجع التي تم الإعتماد عليها.Item تطوير نظام الكتروني لإدارة صيدلية (بالتطبيق على صيدلية الجزيرة)(جامعة النيلين, 2018-08) مزدلفة وقيع الله عبد النبي محمدملخص البحث : يهدف هذا البحث الى تطبيق مفاهيم ادارة المخزون السلعي والمبيعات والمشتريات على نظام ادارة الصيدلية وتعتبر عملية اكتشاف الادوية التى قاربت علي النفاذ ,والادوية التي قاربت مدة صلاحيتها علي الانتهاء,وعملية الجرد من المشاكل المتعلقة بالصيدلية لذلك هدف البحث الي تسهيل عملية الحصول على تنبيهات تبين الادوية التى قاربت على النفاذ والادوية التى قاربت مدت صلاحيتها علي الانتهاء وللحصول علي ذلك تم اختيار sql server لتصميم قاعدة البيانات وc# لتصميم شاشات المستخدم و crystal report لعمل التقارير ولغة النمزجة الموحدة uml لتحليل وتصميم النظام وقد توصل البحث الى التنبيهة عن الادوية التي قاربت علي النفاذ من الصيدلية والادوية التي قاربت صلاحيتها علي الانتهاء وعملية الجرد الكامل للصيدلية خلال فترة محددة ونجد انه يجب عمل تنبيه للعملاء الذين لديهم استحقاقات علي الصيدلية وكذلك الموردين الذين لديهم حقوق لدي الصيدلية. نسبة لتطور التكنلوجيا وكثرت استخدام الحواسيب وتوفرها في معظم المرافق نجد ان هناك مرافق لا يوجد لديها نظام محوسب وتستخدم النظام اليدوي ومن هذه المرافق الصيدليات لذلك رأينا القيام بعمل نظام محوسب للصيدلية لتسهيل وتنظيم العمل فيها وتسهيل ادارة العمليات التي تتم بشكل يومي كعمليات البيع والشراء وبالنسبة للادوية وكذلك لتوفير الوقت والجهد لتلافي الاخطاء في عمليات الادخال والاخراج وتحقيق اهداف النظام. يسعى الانسان دائما للحصول علي المعلومة التي تساعد في اتخاذ القرار في شتي مجالات الحياة فتجد الشخص الذي يرغب في استثمار مبلغ معين لديه يبحث عن معلومات كثيرة تساعده في اتخاذ القرار المناسب في عملية الاستثمار .فتوفر المعلومة مهم في هذه الحياة واذا كانت هذه المعلومة متعلقة بالأمور المالية فتزداد اهميتها . اذا ماهي الوسيلة التي تساعد في توفير هذه المعلومات هذا الدور المهم هو الوظيفة الاساسية للمحاسبة فهي معنية بتوفير المعلومات المالية المناسبة التي تساعد في عملية اتخاذ القرارات الاقتصادية . مع تطور كافة مجالات الحاسوب من معدات ووسائل اتصالات وشبكات الحاسوب إلى برمجيات ونظم تشغيل وقواعد بيانات تطورت ايضا نظم المعلومات الحاسوبية في تنظيم وتخزين و|إسترجاع البيانات والمعلومات ، وتلبية الطلبات الكثيرة عليها بصورة عالية جدا في السرعة والدقة والكفاءة. bstract : The aim of this research is to apply the concepts of commodity inventory management, sales and procurement to the pharmacy management system. Abstract Libraries are seriously seeking to develop and use the latest technologies in the availability of information, including what will be available of material and human resources, but it lacks the planning and organization, frameworks, human resources, technology and tools. We believe that some libraries suffer from the lack of technology, finance, planning and functional frameworks which specialized in the field of developing Libraries and information technology in preparation for digital transformation, which in turn reflected negatively on the services provided by these libraries in general in the era of digital excellence. In addition to the suffering of the student in the availability of curriculum and to keep pace with development. The research aims to: Establishing a Digital Library by using open sources, linking the digital library application with users and service applicants devices, sharing resources, references, periodicals, curricula, good planning and executive programs for the projects of the Digital Library and building capacity, qualifying and training of staff in those projects. This is done by using Greenstone Program. Results: A Digital Library can be established by using open sources, linking the digital library application with users and service applicant’s devices, sharing resources, references, periodicals and Curriculum, and provide financial support for it as national projects are the first elements of the success of those projects. Recommendations: Holding international conferences, meetings and dialogues and providing annual funding to support libraries, digitizing information resources and preparing appropriate software and training the staff.
