تطوير نظام الكتروني لإدارة صيدلية (بالتطبيق على صيدلية الجزيرة)

Abstract

ملخص البحث : يهدف هذا البحث الى تطبيق مفاهيم ادارة المخزون السلعي والمبيعات والمشتريات على نظام ادارة الصيدلية وتعتبر عملية اكتشاف الادوية التى قاربت علي النفاذ ,والادوية التي قاربت مدة صلاحيتها علي الانتهاء,وعملية الجرد من المشاكل المتعلقة بالصيدلية لذلك هدف البحث الي تسهيل عملية الحصول على تنبيهات تبين الادوية التى قاربت على النفاذ والادوية التى قاربت مدت صلاحيتها علي الانتهاء وللحصول علي ذلك تم اختيار sql server لتصميم قاعدة البيانات وc# لتصميم شاشات المستخدم و crystal report لعمل التقارير ولغة النمزجة الموحدة uml لتحليل وتصميم النظام وقد توصل البحث الى التنبيهة عن الادوية التي قاربت علي النفاذ من الصيدلية والادوية التي قاربت صلاحيتها علي الانتهاء وعملية الجرد الكامل للصيدلية خلال فترة محددة ونجد انه يجب عمل تنبيه للعملاء الذين لديهم استحقاقات علي الصيدلية وكذلك الموردين الذين لديهم حقوق لدي الصيدلية. نسبة لتطور التكنلوجيا وكثرت استخدام الحواسيب وتوفرها في معظم المرافق نجد ان هناك مرافق لا يوجد لديها نظام محوسب وتستخدم النظام اليدوي ومن هذه المرافق الصيدليات لذلك رأينا القيام بعمل نظام محوسب للصيدلية لتسهيل وتنظيم العمل فيها وتسهيل ادارة العمليات التي تتم بشكل يومي كعمليات البيع والشراء وبالنسبة للادوية وكذلك لتوفير الوقت والجهد لتلافي الاخطاء في عمليات الادخال والاخراج وتحقيق اهداف النظام. يسعى الانسان دائما للحصول علي المعلومة التي تساعد في اتخاذ القرار في شتي مجالات الحياة فتجد الشخص الذي يرغب في استثمار مبلغ معين لديه يبحث عن معلومات كثيرة تساعده في اتخاذ القرار المناسب في عملية الاستثمار .فتوفر المعلومة مهم في هذه الحياة واذا كانت هذه المعلومة متعلقة بالأمور المالية فتزداد اهميتها . اذا ماهي الوسيلة التي تساعد في توفير هذه المعلومات هذا الدور المهم هو الوظيفة الاساسية للمحاسبة فهي معنية بتوفير المعلومات المالية المناسبة التي تساعد في عملية اتخاذ القرارات الاقتصادية . مع تطور كافة مجالات الحاسوب من معدات ووسائل اتصالات وشبكات الحاسوب إلى برمجيات ونظم تشغيل وقواعد بيانات تطورت ايضا نظم المعلومات الحاسوبية في تنظيم وتخزين و|إسترجاع البيانات والمعلومات ، وتلبية الطلبات الكثيرة عليها بصورة عالية جدا في السرعة والدقة والكفاءة.
