Abstract

Summary of the research an introduction The development of manual systems into computerized systems is an inevitable necessity, as it is considered a means of work, a management tool for enterprises, so controlling the conduct of work by means of computerized systems reflects positively on the good facilitation of enterprises, whatever the field of specialization. Due to the importance of this topic, the study dealt with traditional systems, how to develop them to become computerized, as well as the advantages of computerized systems, the time, effort and cost that they provide, the methods of their establishment and their life cycle, and how to use them to facilitate the pace of work. The study also extensively examines the concept of analysis and design, by presenting the advantages and benefits it provides, taking into account the obstacles facing its application. The study methodology and tools aim to design a computerized system, as the standard modeling language was used in system analysis (drawing diagrams, screen design) and PHP was used to design the system using SQL database.
