بدأت المكتبات تسعى جديا وراء التطوير واستخدام احدث التقنيات في اتاحة المعلومات وذلك بما يتوافر لها من إمكانيات مادية وبشرية إلا أنها تفتقر إلى التخطيط والتنظيم والأطر والموارد البشرية والتكنولوجيا والأدوات ونعتقد أن بعض المكتبات تعاني من نقصا في التكنولوجيا ، التمويل ، التخطيط والأطر الوظيفية المتخصصة في مجال تطوير المكتبات وتقنية المعلومات بها تمهيدا للتحول الرقمي ، مما انعكس بدوره سلبا على الخدمات التي تقدمها هذه المكتبات بشكل عام في عصر التميز الرقمي . اضافة الى معاناة الطالب في توفر المنهج ومواكبة التطور . يهدف البحث الى : بناء مكتبة رقمية باستخدام المصادر المفتوحة ، ربط تطبيق المكتبة الرقمية مع اجهزة المستخدمين وطالبي الخدمة ، مشاركة المصادر والمراجع والدوريات والمناهج ، التخطيط الجيد والبرامج التنفيذية لمشروعات المكتبة الرقمية ورفع مستوى تاهيل وتدريب العاملين بتلك المشروعات يتم ذلك باستخدام برنامج Greenstone النتائج : يمكن بناء مكتبة رقمية باستخدام المصادر المفتوحة ، ربط تطبيق المكتبة الرقمية مع اجهزة المستخدمين وطالبي الخدمة ، مشاركة المصادر والمراجع والدوريات والمناهج ، توفير الدعم المالي لها بوصفها مشروعات قومية أولى مقومات نجاح تلك المشروعات التوصيات : إقامة مؤتمرات دولية واجتماعات وحوارات ، تقديم تمويل سنوي لدعم المكتبات ، رقمنة مصادر المعلومات ، إعداد البرمجيات المناسبة وتدريب الكادر .

Abstract

Libraries are seriously seeking to develop and use the latest technologies in the availability of information, including what will be available of material and human resources, but it lacks the planning and organization, frameworks, human resources, technology and tools. We believe that some libraries suffer from the lack of technology, finance, planning and functional frameworks which specialized in the field of developing Libraries and information technology in preparation for digital transformation, which in turn reflected negatively on the services provided by these libraries in general in the era of digital excellence. In addition to the suffering of the student in the availability of curriculum and to keep pace with development. The research aims to: Establishing a Digital Library by using open sources, linking the digital library application with users and service applicants devices, sharing resources, references, periodicals, curricula, good planning and executive programs for the projects of the Digital Library and building capacity, qualifying and training of staff in those projects. This is done by using Greenstone Program. Results: A Digital Library can be established by using open sources, linking the digital library application with users and service applicant’s devices, sharing resources, references, periodicals and Curriculum, and provide financial support for it as national projects are the first elements of the success of those projects. Recommendations: Holding international conferences, meetings and dialogues and providing annual funding to support libraries, digitizing information resources and preparing appropriate software and training the staff.
