Item تطوير نظـام تقييم أداء العامـــــلين بالتطبيق علــى الوكــيل لخدمــات المرور(جامعة النيلين, 2019) ربيعة الضو آدم أحمدالمستلخص عملية تقييم الأداء هي أحد الوظائف الأساسية لإدارة الأفراد فهو العملية التي بموجبها يتم قياس أداء الافراد العاملين طبقاً لمهام وواجبات الوظيفة في ضوء الإنجاز الفعلي للفرد وسلوكه وادائه ومدى استعداده لتحسين وتطوير أدائه ومستوى الإنجاز الذي يقدمه لغرض معالجه جوانب الضعف والخلل وتدعيم وتعزيز جوانب القوة، ويعتبر تقييم الأداء جزءاً من التطوير الوظيفي. تكمن مشكلة المؤسسة الوكيل لخدمات المرور بأنها تستخدم الأسلوب التقليدي لتقييم أداء الأفراد نتج عنه التساهل أو التشدد في تقويم الموظفين علي حسب ميول المقوم، وعدم وجود معايير واضحة لتقييم الأداء من جانب الإدارة. ويهدف البحث الى تحديد وتحليل وتقدير مستوى الإنجاز الفعلي للأفراد في فتره زمنية ماضية، وتوفير الوسائل التي تساعد المديرين وتسهيل عملهم باتجاه تطوير أداء الأفراد. وتم إستخدام لغات وتقنيات (Laravel Framework،JavaScript ، Bootstrap 4 Framework). وتم استخدام لغة النمذجة الموحدة Unified Modeling Language (UML) في مخططات التحليل والتصميم. وتم التوصل الى جعل الادارة قادرة على اكتشاف مواقع القوة والخلل في أقسام المؤسسة ومنح الأفراد فرصاً كثيره للتطور الوظيفي وتشجيع العاملين لتحسين أدائهم وتنمية وتطوير مهاراتهم وقدراتهم. Abstract The performance evaluation process is one of the basic functions of individuals management, as it is the process by which the performance of individuals working is measured according to the tasks and duties of the job in light of the actual achievement of the individual, his behavior, his performance and his willingness to improve and develop his performance and the level of achievement that he provides for the purpose of addressing weaknesses and defects and strengthening and strengthening aspects of strength. Performance is part of career development. Al-Wakeel Corporation for Traffic Services uses the traditional method to evaluate the performance of individuals, which resulted in leniency or strictness in evaluating employees according to the tendency of the evaluator, and the absence of clear criteria for evaluating performance by the administration. The research aims to define, analyze and estimate the actual level of achievement for individuals in the past time period, and to provide means that assist managers and facilitate their work towards improving the performance of individuals. Languages and technologies (Laravel Framework, JavaScript, Bootstrap 4 Framework) were used. UML was used in analysis and design charts. It was reached to make the administration capable of discovering the positions of strength and defect in the departments of the institution, giving individuals many opportunities for career development and encouraging workers to improve their performance and develop their skills and capabilities.Item بناء موقع لإدارة المشاريع للمنظمة العالمية للمياه(جامعة النيلين, 2019) مصطفى سعيد جيب الله عبد الرسولالملخص قد تحكمت ثورة المعلومات والاتصالات في ادارة التغيير بشكل حاسم وأصبح متاح الان توظيف المعلومات المتاحة من اجل تحقيق اهداف المؤسسة. وقد أصبح الاعتماد على تقنية المعلومات والاتصالات أحد اهم الركائز الهامة التي تنطلق منها الادارة الحديثة. تم في هذا البحث بناء موقع لإدارة المشاريع لمنظمة المياه العالمية، حيث تواجه المنظمة مشكلة في جمع التبرعات وتحديد أولوية البدء في تنفيذ المشروع. ويهدف البحث لتسهيل عملية جمع التبرعات وتسهيل اجراء الدراسات اللازمة لتحديد أولوية تنفيذ المشروع، عن طريق توفير الوقت والجهد بالاستفادة من التقنيات. وتم استخدام لغات وتقنيات (Laravel ، JavaScript ، Ajax ، Json ،JQuery ). وتم إستخدام لغة النمذجة الموحدة UML في مخططات التحليل والتصميم. وتم التوصل إلى تقليل الزمن المستغرق والجهد المبذول في عملية طلب المشروع وجمع التبرعات عن طريق التحويل البنكي. Abstract: The information and communication revolution has governed decisively the change management and it is now available to use the available information to achieve the goals of the institution. Dependence on information and communications technology has become one of the most important pillars from which modern management. In this research, a projects management site for the World Water Organization has been built, where the organization faces a problem in collecting donations and determining the priority of starting the implementation of the project. The research aims to facilitate the fundraising process and facilitate the conduct of the necessary studies to determine the priority of project implementation, by saving time and effort by utilizing the techniques. Languages and techniques were used (Laravel, JavaScript, Ajax, Json, JQuery). UML was used in analysis and design schemes. Reducing the time and effort involved in the project request and fundraising process through bank transfer was found.Item موقع إلكتروني إعلاني (حالة تطبيقية لوكالة سونا)(جامعة النيلين, 2018) منى خضر موسى علىمستخلص البحث الإعلان أو الدعاية أو الإشهار هو أحد الأنشطة الإعلامية التي لا غنى عنها للأنشطة الاقتصادية من صناعة وتجارة وخدمات وغيرها من الأنشطة الاقتصادية وكذلك بالنسبة للمؤسسات والمنظمات الخيرية والغير ربحية والتي بدون الإعلان عن مجهوداتها فلن تحصل على الدعم المجتمعي والتمويل المادي اللازم لاستمرارها في عملها وأدائها لرسالتها. يهدف البحث الي التعامل الالكتروني بين الوكالة وزبائنها، وكذلك تقريب المسافات فأصبح بالامكان الاعلان في اي مكان دون الحوجة للتواجد في هذا المكان، ايضا تقليل التكاليف المتعلقة بالاعلان، ووجود اليات دفع الكترونية . دراسة المشاكل التي تعانى منها الوكالات منها تقديم استراتيجيات اعلانية تناسب التطور التقني الهائل والمستمر حيث يعتبر الاعلان الداعم لشتي النواحي الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، صعوبة إدارة الاعلان الالكتروني ، بالإضافة الى عيوب الأنظمة التقليدية للوكالة ، عدم مواكبة العملاء واصحاب الوكالات للمهارات اللازمة للتعامل مع التقنية الحديثة ، ضعف التواصل بين اطراف العملية الاعلانية. يهدف البحث الي بناء موقع اعلاني الكتروني ويتضمن الانتقال إلى الأنظمة المحوسبة و الالكترونية بدلا من الأنظمة اليدوية التقليدية , وذلك من خلال الاستفادة من مفاهيم تقنية المعلومات وتطبيق مفاهيم التجارة الالكترونية في مجال الإدارة لموقع الوكالة الاعلانية الالكترونية استخدام المنهج العلمي والوصفي والتطبيقي في مجال علوم الحاسوب باستخدام اسلوب التحليل الكائني. رغم كل الاجتهاد لي بعض التوصيات منها تطوير أمنية وخصوصية الموقع والارتقاء بها من اجل جذب اكبر عدد من العملاء، الاهتمام بتدريب الكوادر البشرية المستخدمة للموقع على كيفية التعامل الإلكتروني عبر شبكة الإنترنت. Despite all my efforts I have made some recommendations, including the development of security and privacy of the site and upgrading in order to attract the largest number of customers, attention to training the human resources used for the site on how to deal online through the Internet.Item تطوير نظام محوسب لمستوصف طبي (بالتطبيق علي مستوصف السلامه الطبي)(جامعة النيلين, 2018) محمد عبد الباقي محمد1-1 المقدمة أصبحت أجهزة الحاسب اللآلي ونظم المعلومات المحوسبة وسيلة أساسية من وسائل العمل والإدارة خاصة في مجال إدارة المعلومات الصحية وتخزينها ومعالجتها واستعادتها . وكما أن العمل في مجال البنوك أو الطيران أو الصناعة أصبح معتمداً بشكل رئيسي على استخدام تقنيات المعلومات , فقد بدأ الأطباء والمتخصصون في الرعاية الصحية بدورهم في محاولة الإستفادة من هذه التقنيات بشكل حقيقي من خلال تطوير فكرة إدارة المعلومات ودور الكمبيوتر في الطب والرعاية الصحية التي تعد من أهم المجالات العلمية واكثرها تأثيراً على المجتمع فقد قامت نظم وتكنولوجيا المعلومات بتقريب المسافات بشكل لم يفهمه الإنسان من قبل .هذا ما دفعنا للقيام بحوسبة قسم الاحصاء , وبتصميم هذا النظام نجنب المسؤولين مألات الأرشفة اليدوية للبيانات , ومعاناة الإسترجاع والتعديل لها. 1-2 مشكلة البحث تكمن مشكلة البحث في دور نظم المعلومات الصحية المحوسبة واثرة علي اتخاذ القرارات الادارية و الطبية حيث ان الباحثون من خلال بحثهم بالمستوصف شعروا بعدم مضاهاة المستوصف حاليا بالأنظمة المستخدمة عالميا المتمثلة في الاتي: 1. ضياع الوقت والجهد في عملية البحث لاسترجاع البيانات. 2. الحوجة الإضافية لمساحة تخزين الملفات. 3. التعرض لعوامل البيئة وتلف البيانات. 4. عدم توفير الحماية اللازمة لبيانات العاملين والتقارير السرية. 5. عدم توفر قاعدة بيانات المرضي وارشفة التواريخ المرضية لهم. 1-3 أهداف البحث يهدف هذا البحث الي تحقيق العناصر التالية: 1. التحول من الادارة التقليدية التي تعتمد علي المعاملات الورقية و تداولها يدويا الي الادارة الالكترونية. 2. متابعة الخرائط الزمنية للأمراض المزمنة للمرضي والمساعدة ف اتخاذ القرارات الطبية اللازمة بناء عليها. 3. التحول للحكومة الالكترونية من خلال الصحة الإلكترونية . 4. تصميم واجهات واضحه وسهل التعامل معها وتتمتع بالجاذبية والجمال . 5. اخراج تقارير عالية الدقة وبالصورة المطلوبة للجهة الطالبة والطالبة فقط . 6. تقليل التكلفة وذلك بخفض عدد العاملين و المعاملات الورقية. 1-4 اهمية البحث 1. البحث له اهمية عملية مفيدة لإدارة المستوصف لما يسفر عنه من نتائج الكثرة و القلة. 2. الاهمية التطبيقية من خلال ما يترتب عنه من نتائج يستفيد منها المسئولون و صناع القرار . 3. يتناول معالجة مشكلة الارشفة اليدوية التقليدية. 4. امنية البيانات حيث لأتعرض الا للجهة الطالبة والطالبة فقط وعدم السماح بالدخول لغير المخول لهم الدخول الي النظام 1.5 منهجية البحث استخدام المناهج التالية في البحث: أ- المنهج الوصفي و جمع البيانات: المقابلات الشخصية – المكتبة – مواقع الانترنت. ب - المنهج التحليلي وأدوات التحليل: لوصف النظام المقترح ج - المنهج التطبيقي. 1-6 حدود البحث :- الحدود المكانية: مستوصف السلامة الطبي – الثورة ح ( 14) الحدود الزمانية: 2017 - 2018 1-7 ادوات البحث سوف يتم استخدام - PHPقاعدة بيانات MySQL UML -. 1-8 هيكلية البحث يحتوي هذا البحث على خمسة فصول رئيسيه وهي كما يلي : الفصل الاول ويشمل المقدمة ، ومشكلة البحث، أهمية البحث، أهداف البحث، منهجية البحث، حدود البحث، أدوات البحث ، هيكل البحث والفصل الثاني يشمل على الإطار النظري للدراسة وشرح الأدوات المستخدمة في تنفيذ النظام ، الفصل الثالث يشمل التحليل من خلال إستخدام لغة النمذجة الموحدة في رسم المخططات ، الفصل الرابع : التصميم والتنفيذ لشاشات النظام ، أما الفصل الخامس يشمل النتائج و التوصيات و قائمه المراجع التي تم الإعتماد عليها.Item تطوير نظام معلومات صحي باستخدام جافا بالتطبيق على مستشفى الأطباء(جامعة النيلين, 2018-08) ايمان محمد صالح عبدونالمستخلص:- ان الحاجة للبيانات الدقيقة في المؤسسات الطبية ككل تعد من اولى الاولويات واهمها وذلك لأنها من المجالات الحيوية والحساسة والتي تتعلق بصحة الانسان وحياته لذلك لابد من توفر هذه البيانات الخاصة بالمرضى وحالاتهم الصحية بصورة دقيقة ومحدثة دوريا وتوفر كل ما يساعد في متابعة ذلك بصورة عامة. وكل ذلك من اجل الوصول للعلاج الصحيح والصحة التامة للإنسان، واتخاذ القرارات الصحيحة في الحاضر والمستقبل. ومن هنا يتبين اهمية نظم المعلومات في عملية ادارة المستشفيات وتسيير اعمالها بصورة عامة واهمية المعلومات الخاصة بالمرضى التي تقدمها نظم المعلومات للأطباء لمساعدتهم في اداء مهامهم على أكمل وجه، وهذا ما نحن بصدده في هذه الدراسة. والمشاكل التي تعاني منها مستشفى الاطباء البطء الشديد في الاجراءات والمعاملات وذلك نتيجة عدم حوسبة بعض اجزاء النظام، كما ان هنالك اختلاف في مواقع وجود البيانات، وعدم وجود ارشفة لبيانات المرضى في حالة المتابعة الدورية يؤدي الى صعوبة معرفة الحالات المرضية السابقة ومتابعة المرضى بصورة جيدة. يهدف البحث الى حل المشاكل السابقة بتوفير الوقت والجهد، وحماية البيانات عن طريق تخزينها مباشرة في قاعدة بيانات واحدة، تم تصميم هذا النظام بحيث يعمل على توفير كل التقارير المطلوبة بسهوله ويسر مما يساعد الادارة في اتخاذ القرارات المناسبة في الوقت المناسب. في الختام نرى لابد من الاهتمام بنظم المعلومات الصحية لما تحتويه من فوائد عظيمة، وتطوير هذا البحث وتطبيقه على ارض الواقع، وتوفير الكوادر القادرة على تشغيل هذا النظام ، المداومة على صيانة النظام ودعمه بالتقنيات الحديثة لمساعدته على اداء واجبه بأكمل وجه . ABSTRACT :- The need for accurate data in medical institutions as a whole is one of the first priorities and the most important one, because it is a vital and sensitive areas that relate to human health and life so that the patient data and their health conditions must be accurate and updated periodically and provide everything that helps in the follow-up In general. All of this is in order to reach the right treatment and complete health of the human being and make the right decisions in the present and the future. Hence, the importance of information systems in the process of hospital management and operation in general and the importance of patient information provided by information systems to physicians to assist them in the full performance of their tasks, and this is what we are looking for in this study. The problems experienced by the doctors hospital are very slow in procedures and transactions as a result of the failure to computerize some parts of the system, especially those related to patient records, and there is a difference in the locations of the existence of data and the lack of link to a center resulting in inconsistencies and differences in data and frequency, not The presence of patient data archiving in case of periodic follow-up makes it difficult to know the previous cases and to follow patients well. The aim of the research is to solve the previous problems by saving time and effort, and protecting the data by storing them directly in a single database, this system is designed to provide all the required reports easily and easy, which helps the administration to make appropriate decisions in a timely manner. The system is easy to handle and highly flexible, enabling us to make any necessary adjustments in a way that helps the relevant parties to control financial matters in order to make appropriate decisions about them. In conclusion, we need to be attentive to health information systems because of the great benefits they contain, the development of this research and its application on the ground, and the provision of cadres capable of operating this system, maintaining the system and supporting it with modern technologies to help him to perform his duty to the fullest.Item تطبيق ذكي لدليل البحوث والرسائل الجامعية بالتطبيق على جامعة النيلين كلية علوم الحاسوب وتقانة المعلومات(جامعة النيلين, 2019) علاء الدين محمد خلف الله محمد خيرالمستخلص يدور محور هذا البحث حول تصميم تطبيق دليل متكامل للبحوث العلمية في الكليات المختلفة وايضاً في تسهيل الوصول إلي اصحاب البحوث السابقة لما في ذلك من تطوير لبحوثهم السابقة وتبادل الخبرات العلمية بين الباحثين. حيث تم تصميم هذا التطبيق بإستخدام برمجة الاندرويد عن طريق بيئة عمل android studio)(ولغة البرمجة كوتلن Kotlin) (وقاعدة بيانات (My SQL ) مماتتميز بالسهولة والسعة الفائقة في تخزين اكبر عدد من المعلومات , سنتبع طريقة البحث التطبيقي كمنهج علمي في البحث للوصول إلي اهداف البحث منها إدخال مستخلصات البحوث الجامعية لتسهيل خدمة البحث والاسترجاع الآلي لها كما توفر خدمة البحث من التطبيق باستخدام كلمات داله او عناوين البحوث أو أسم الطالب أو مجال البحث ومن أهم الاهداف خدمة الاستنساخ داخل الوحده (خدمة تعدد المتصفحين) وتلك الاهداف تكون حل لمشاكل التي قامت من اجلها الدراسه ومنها عدم وجود تطبيق اندرويد يوفر للباحث طريقة ميسره للإطلاع علي البحوث كا ان الرسائل الجامعية لاتعار خارج المكتبة ويقتصر استخدامها علي الاعاره الداخلية فقط وضياع الوقت في التنقل بين المكتبات وفي البحث داخل المكتبة. وقد وصلنا بعد حل هذه المشكلة نتائج ومنها تم ربط قاعدة البيانات بالشبكة العنكبوتية مما يجعله متاح للتصفح من اي مكان وفي اي وقت والاستفاده من خدمة تعدد المستخدمين في آن واحد , تمت الاستفاده القصوي من تقنيات الهواتف الذكية في تسهيل العمليات التعلمية كما قللت الجهد الإجرائي حيث نفت الحاجة للذهاب لمواقع المكتبات المختلفة وقد تمت التوصية الي ربط التطبيق بإنظمة المكتبة الالكترونية بالجامعات لزيادة محتوي قاعدة البيانات من بحوث واوراق علمية , وتصميم تطبيق يدعم أنظمة (IOS) الايفون وفتح خط تواصل بين الباحثين وكاتبو البحوث لزيادة المعرفة. The study aims to create an information system that manages documents and archives them electronically as it works on a (Web) environment by using the method of analyzing and designing systems using the methodology of Unified Modeling Language (UML) and in the process of designing and drawing screens, the researcher used the program (Macromedia Dreamweaver 8) and in the process Implementation The researcher used PHP with Oracle database engine. Now the program has been applied to the Department of Technology and Information at the Tax Office so that problems are noticed and deficiencies are discovered and then dealt with, but to date it has been proven that the program works very efficiently in the process of recording documents and then attaching the attachments, following up the document and the recipient, and extracting a large group of reports. The program provides the necessary protection that prevents unauthorized access to the system documents and also provides protection for documents from loss and damage. It also provides speed and accuracy in following up the status of each document if it is issued or received by the administration.Item بناء نظام محوسب للمخازن بالتطبيق على أكاديمية العلوم الصحية(جامعة النيلين, 2019) عازة فيصل عبد الله حامدالمستخلص يهدف هذا البحث لي تصميم نظام محوسب لمخازن أكاديمية العلوم الصحية واستبدله بالنظام اليدوى وتحقيق مجموعة من الأهداف تقليل أخطاء النظام وزيادة سرعة إستخراج التقارير وحماية البيانات الخاصة بالمخزون وتقليل الوقت والجهد وضمان الالتزام بالزمن المخصص بالتسليم والشحن وتقديم صورة واضحة عن المخزون وتفادي الزيادة والنقصان. تكمن مشكلة البحث في ضعف النظام اليدوى للمخازن وماتمثلة المخازن من أهمية في عملية الرقابة على المخزون مثل كثرة أخطاء التدوين وبطء في إستخراج التقارير وضعف في امن البيانات وإستنزاف الوقت والجهد وتأخير في التسليم والشحن وزيادة أونقص في المخزون . تنبع أهمية البحث في الدور الكبير الذي تلعبه إدارة المخازن في توقير احتياجات الإدارة وما تلعبه النظم المحوسبة في تبسيط وتسهيل العملية والمساعدة في تقليل الوقت والجهد وتسهيل عملية إستخراج التقارير وسهولة البحث في الأصناف المطلوبة بدقة ويساعد في دعم واتخاذ القرار وتساهم في السيطرة علي المخزون ومن اهم نتائج التى توصل لها هذا البحث أن استخدام نظام محوسب لمخازن أكاديميه العلوم الصحية يعمل على توفير بيانات عن التقارير الموجودة داخل المخازن في الوقت المطلوب وبإمكانيات عالية ومواكبة التطور التقني وذلك خلال استخدام تقنيات قواعد البيانات الحديثه والإستفاده من لغات البرمجة الحديثة وتوفير بيانات الموردين وتحديد أنواعهم من خلال الخدمات التي تقدم وكذلك توفير بيانات عن فروع الاكاديمية والعملاء. Abstract The aim of this research is to design a computerized system for the correct science academy stores and replace it with the manual system and achieve a set of objectives. Reduce system errors, increase the speed of reports extraction, protect inventory data, reduce time and effort, ensure compliance with delivery and shipping time, and provide a clear picture of inventory and avoid increase and decrease. The problem of the research lies in the weakness of the manual system of stores and similar stores of importance in the process of inventory control, such as frequent errors of blogging and slow in the extraction of reports and weak in the security of data and the depletion of time and effort and delay in delivery and shipment and an increase in inventory.
