بناء نظام محوسب للمخازن بالتطبيق على أكاديمية العلوم الصحية

Abstract

المستخلص يهدف هذا البحث لي تصميم نظام محوسب لمخازن أكاديمية العلوم الصحية واستبدله بالنظام اليدوى وتحقيق مجموعة من الأهداف تقليل أخطاء النظام وزيادة سرعة إستخراج التقارير وحماية البيانات الخاصة بالمخزون وتقليل الوقت والجهد وضمان الالتزام بالزمن المخصص بالتسليم والشحن وتقديم صورة واضحة عن المخزون وتفادي الزيادة والنقصان. تكمن مشكلة البحث في ضعف النظام اليدوى للمخازن وماتمثلة المخازن من أهمية في عملية الرقابة على المخزون مثل كثرة أخطاء التدوين وبطء في إستخراج التقارير وضعف في امن البيانات وإستنزاف الوقت والجهد وتأخير في التسليم والشحن وزيادة أونقص في المخزون . تنبع أهمية البحث في الدور الكبير الذي تلعبه إدارة المخازن في توقير احتياجات الإدارة وما تلعبه النظم المحوسبة في تبسيط وتسهيل العملية والمساعدة في تقليل الوقت والجهد وتسهيل عملية إستخراج التقارير وسهولة البحث في الأصناف المطلوبة بدقة ويساعد في دعم واتخاذ القرار وتساهم في السيطرة علي المخزون ومن اهم نتائج التى توصل لها هذا البحث أن استخدام نظام محوسب لمخازن أكاديميه العلوم الصحية يعمل على توفير بيانات عن التقارير الموجودة داخل المخازن في الوقت المطلوب وبإمكانيات عالية ومواكبة التطور التقني وذلك خلال استخدام تقنيات قواعد البيانات الحديثه والإستفاده من لغات البرمجة الحديثة وتوفير بيانات الموردين وتحديد أنواعهم من خلال الخدمات التي تقدم وكذلك توفير بيانات عن فروع الاكاديمية والعملاء.

Abstract The aim of this research is to design a computerized system for the correct science academy stores and replace it with the manual system and achieve a set of objectives. Reduce system errors, increase the speed of reports extraction, protect inventory data, reduce time and effort, ensure compliance with delivery and shipping time, and provide a clear picture of inventory and avoid increase and decrease. The problem of the research lies in the weakness of the manual system of stores and similar stores of importance in the process of inventory control, such as frequent errors of blogging and slow in the extraction of reports and weak in the security of data and the depletion of time and effort and delay in delivery and shipment and an increase in inventory. The importance of research stems from the important role played by warehouse management in honoring management needs and the role played by computer systems in simplifying and facilitating the process, helping to reduce time and effort, facilitating the extraction of reports, One of the most important results of this research is that the use of a computerized system for the stores of the Academy of Health Sciences works to provide data on the reports in the stores in a timely manner and with high possibilities and keep abreast of the technical development through the use of modern database techniques and benefit from the modern programming languages ​​and provide supplier data and identify their types Through the services provided as well as providing data on the branches of the Academy and customers.
