The study , as well , aims to identify the most important reasons of the females school escaping and the most appropriate methods to be followed to encourage fathers to be concerned about education in general and females education in particular . The sample of the study consist of tow groups much related to the study i l. 60 ( out of 388) male and female teachers of the basic stage of education working at the schools ofthe rural and nomad areas within the provinces three units . 2. 42 ( out of 182 ) females fathers from three villages . The most important tools used to collect and analyze the data is , in addition to the researchers remarks , the questionnaire , where tow questionnaire were designed and distributed for each of the tow aforesaid groups 4 Most important Results :- 1- Most important factors increasing the phenomenon 3 A no school is found near the residence , B Shortage of the number of the teachers working in the rural and nomadic areas . C The schools are of on infrastructures and of bad scholastic environment in addition there is lack of preschool education where it is not given concern . 2. Most important economic factors : A weakness of income and the large size of the family which provides less opportunities for the females compared with males B The need for the female either for the care of her small brothers or to be engaged in marginal works . 3. Most important Social Factors :- A Illiteracy of the parents or their being oflow education level . B Early marriage 4 4. Most important factors for females escaping the education after joining the school : A The academic fees prescribed in the rural society . B . The meed for the females in the pastoral society . C , Early marriage in both society . This is dealt with at Khartoum locality (central Khartoum unit) for the ,.;a.- 2004 -2005 . Research Sample: lt comprises Basic level Schools headmasters in central Khartoum unit, amounting to (26) as the range of the study. The researcher dismiss three sample uncotnpleted data. Research Data :- The researcher depended on the lield study , upon which the researcher contain questionnaires on primary information (sex, educational qualification , age , experience) together with the four fields of relationship , namely: 1- Relationship of Headmaster with Teachers. 2- Relationship ofllcadmaster with local community. 3- Relationship of Headmaster with the student. 4- Relationship 0fHeadmaster with staffand laborers . Most Important Results :- The researcher used statistical tools to analyze data and information in questionnaires, and came up with the following : l. _'l'hc existence of a relationship between the headmaster and teachers based _on respect, appreciation, cooperation, teamwork, affection and familiarity. H~ 2 3 4 Most head masters agreed to develop the spirit of forgiveness and lme among students and help solve their problems with the cooperation ofteachers. Most headmasters agreed that the nature ol" relationship that is common between them and their laborers and stall‘ is based on respect, appreciation and affection. Most headmasters confirmed the strength of relationship that ties them with local community. Recommendations : l 2. 3 4 Headmasters should be patient lo listen to problems ol‘ schools individuals and help find suitable solutions. The headmaster should help develop individuals characters and view each as on individual with its own capabilities, inclinations and trends. The headmaster should put interest in local community _ strengthen relationships with it and make use ofavailable capabilities.
