Nevertheless, the Blll has several limitations as source of ll'lSCs, including MSC low frequency in this compartment, the painful isolation procedure and the decline in MSC characteristics with donor's age. Thus, there is accumulating interest in identifying altemative sources for lllSCs. To this end, ll'lSCs obtained from the Wharton's Jelly (WJ) and umbilical cords blood (UCB) have gained much attention over the last years since they can be easily isolated, without any ethicalItem Analysis and Comparison Between the hlain Techniques of GORE (Goal Oriented Requirement Engineering)(Alneelain university -Graduate College, 2017-12) lsraa Abdulrauof Othman, Alsamani A, talab; Sallam Osman FageeriItem Analysis of Agricultural Policy In The Sudan from 1954 up to 2013(Graduate College - Alneelain university, 2015-12) ADIL FARAH IDRISSItem Analysis of Some Contaminants Commonly Found in Local Alcoholic Beverages(جامعة النيلين - كلية الدراسات العليا, 2017-01-16) Abd Elhadi Awad Elgeed Mohammad Alradi; Suzan Zein Alabdeen MakawiAbstract Analysis of common contaminants as methanol, 5-Hydroxy methyl filrfural (HMF) and lead in local alcoholic liquors were carried out using the GC-FID, HPLC-UV and AAS methods respectively. Many people use mobile phones in their daily activities, and sometimes, those activities might be criminal in nature. When a mobile device is encountered during an investigation, many questions arise: What is the best method to retrieve the evidence? What type of data should be retrieved? What software should be used? The key to answering these questions begins with understanding of the hardware and software characteristics of mobile devices. This paper discusses procedures for the preservation, acquisition, examination, and analysis digital evidence in android smartphone, because it’s the most public in smartphone world. I have used MOBILEDIT forensic tool in my example. This paper make it clear that with each new android firmware update, there are initial challenges to the forensic community.Item Antagonistic effect of secondary Metabolites of Lactobacillus acidophilus isolated from Sudanese yoghurt against some isolated pathogenic bacteria(جامعة النيلين - كلية الدراسات العليا, 2017-01-16) Rodwan, Mohammcd Ziada Mohammed; Elnour Elemin AbdelrahmanAbstract Probiotics are living microorganisms which when taken in adequate amount provides benefit to the host. While this beneficial effect was originally thought to stem fi'om improvements in the intestinal microbial balance, there is now substantial evidence that probiotics can also provide benefits by modulating immune ftmctions. Probiotics are one such altemative that are supplemented to the host where by and large species of Lactobacillus, Bifidobacterium and Saccharomyces are considered as main probiotics. the isolate aimed to analyze the antibacterial potential against some Gram positive and gram negative bacteria. Antibacterial sensitivity was done by well diffusion method. The Antibacterial assay was performed on six types of isolate bacteria. Results showed the presence of antibacterial effects among the Lactobacillus acidophilus that was isolated from yoghurts. The spectrum of their antibacterial effects varied against the selected pathogenic bacteria. it found to be more effective against B.cereus (25mm) followed by K. pneumonia (24mm), E.coli (22mm), S. typhiItem Antibiotic Prescribing'l’ractice by Sudanese General Dental Practitioners in Khartoum Dental Teaching Hospital(Alneelain university -Graduate College, 2017-12) Tawassul A. lraheem, Lamis KaddamItem Anticancer activity of 5-Substituted 2-[2‘-(N,N- Dimethylamino)] ethyl-9- aza- anthrapyrazoles against LoVo epithelial tumor cell line-a QSAR mechanistic analysis(جامعة النيلين - كلية الدراسات العليا, 2017-01-16) Mohamed Osman El-FakiAbstract Anticancer activity of sixteen known 2-[2‘-(N,N- Dimethylamino)]ethyl-9-Aza-Anthrapyrazoles against LoVo Tumor Cell Line were picked up from literature. Some of their physicochemical parameters which include molar refiactivity, molar volume, and polarizability were calculated using ACD/lab freeware. The biological activity data was obtained as log IC50. Pairing of parameters with biological activities gave three main datasets. Regression analysis done for these main sets to give very poor correlations as indicated by R2. In order to extract good correlations from our sets, we divided of them according to the similarity of outermost moiety in the C5 side chain. This yields four sub sets (each of which composed of four compounds). We had traced activity pattern for these sub sets using R2 as an index. All subsets followed consistent activity profiles explainable statistically and/or chemically.Item Archaeoloeical evidences from Eastern Sudan (Sitite reeion)(Alneelain university -Graduate College, 2017-12) Fawzi llassan BahhietThe National Corporation for Antiquities and Museums (NGAM) has been conducting an archaeological survey and excavation in the region endangered by the project of Sitite and Atbara Dam in eastem Sudan between 2010 and 2013. More than 44 archaeological sites were recorded, dated from the prehistoric period to the tlthman colonization, between lllilaga to Zahana in the end of the lake in sslnn length. Some archaeological sites have been chosen for excavation, as a settlement dated to the Neolithic period. Also, some cemeteries excavated which roughly dated to late periods, and it was formd that some graves composed different types aml bun'al customs, compared with the Gash culture.Item The Aspects Of Environmental Crime in Sudan(Graduate College - Alneelain university, 2010-10) Salma Mohamed SalihItem Assessment of Application of Organic and Inorganic Fertilizers on some soil Characteristics(جامعة النيلين - كلية الدراسات العليا, 2014-12-22) Sarra Ahmed Mohamed Saad; Nuha Abdalla Seed AhmedItem Assessment of Blood Glucose level in Schizophrema Sudanese Patients Treated with Olanzapine(Alneelain university -Graduate College, 2017-12) Afra badr Aldeen Alarnin, Abeer Mahmoud Almahy; Ruaa Mohamed Satti, Abdalmula Mohamed AbdallaItem Assessment of Drinking Water Quality from Different Sornces in Khartoum State(Alneelain university -Graduate College, 2017-12) Reham Ahmed Abdalah Mustafa, Abdel Karim Sabir Ali; Sarra A.M. Objectives: This study was carried out to apply the Asset Management and the Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA) to the old sewer network of South Campus of Sudan University of Science and Technology which erected in 1950 and rehabilitated in recent years. Materials & Methods: The Campus consists of four colleges, teaching staff houses in addition to girls‘ hostel. Data for this study were collected from available records; persomel interviews and field surveys. The Level of service of network was defined, performance goals were selected and all data were entered into sewer Cad Program for analysis and solving bottleneck problems and to build and prepare Information system. Network was evaluated based on intemational materials cost and national labor cost. The Failure modes & risk management were assessed and the condition of the sewer network assets was determined. The South Campus network had a sewer line with 769 meter total length (Asbestos cement and PVC) and its depth starts from 2 meters to ll meters, it has 19 manholes and one pump station. This Network serves 20,804 persons in the campus with total calculated capacity (Q= 6,505 m’/ d). Results: The analysis with Sewer Cad program showed the present performance of the studied network by detailed profiles and the main network problems found to be the over discharge and low pumping rate. Two modeled solutions were suggested to solve these problems. First Solution is to replace the current pump with another more efiicient one (Pump Design Solution) and the outcome result is found to acceptable but the problem of over discharge (surge) in pipes still exists. The other solution is to redesign the wet well with pump and changing some pipes diameters and slopes (wet well design Solution) and this solution gives a network free of problems. The total value of the network found to be 31,348.25 $$. Condition assessment reflects Fair to Good condition of this network with grades of 2-3. Risk Priority Numbers (RPN) were calculated and found to be in the range of 2 to 72 with the greatest RPN of failure modes as 72 for pump power failure and the lowest RPN was 2 for manholes corrosion. This network is very valuable; of good to fair condition; and can be well maintained with periodic preventive maintenance plans and erection of call centers with acceptable time of response to failures afier applying one of the above suggested solutions to overcome the existing problems. Conclusion: Information collected in this research can be used to begin comprehensive Asset management plan. The result in general shows that the Asset Management and the Failure Mode & Effect Analysis (FMEA) are very effective tools in analyzing old and voluble sewer networks.Item Assessment of Quality Systems Adoption Levels in Blood Transfusion Services in Sudan(Alneelain university -Graduate College, 2017-12) Khalid Mukhtar, Elshazali Widaa Ali; Elsir Ali Abugroun
