Item تنقيب بيانات الامراض الوبائية باستخدام العنقدة clustering )) دراسة حالة مستشفى امدرمان التعليمي ))(جامعة النيلين, 2017) هيام عمر علي عبداللهالمستخلص يهدف هذا البحث لحل المشاكل التى تعانى منها المستشفيات والأطباء و هى مشكلة صعوبة التعرف على المرضى المصابين و صعوبة التعرف على عدد المرضى ومعرفة نتائج التحليل وصعوبة التعرف على اكثر المناطق عرضة للاصابة بالمرض لعدم القدرة على التنبؤ بالمرض وتحديدة بدقة كما أنه توجد بيانات ضخمة دون الإستفادة منها , لذا جاء هذا البحث لحل هذه المشاكل بالإضافة إلى مساعدة الأطباء لإتخاذ القرار الصحيح وبهدف تنقيب بيانات الامراض الوبائية باستخدام العنقدة و تقييم صحة النتائج المستخلصة من خوارزميات العنقدة وفصل بيانات المرضى الى مجموعة عناقيد متشابهة و إيجاد العدد الصحيح للعناقيد ومن ثم الحصول على علاقات خفية أو غير متوقعة وبناء التنبؤات المستقبلية و استكشاف السلوك و الاتجاهات مما يسمح باتخاذ القرارات الصحيحة و اتخاذها في الوقت المناسب وذلك عن طريق خوارزمية العنقدة التجزيئية kmeans على بيانات الامراض الوبائية باستخدام لغة الجافا . ومن خلال الدراسة تم الوصول الى وجود علاقات بين البيانات توصلنا منها الى معلومات دقيقة وواقعيه ومعرفة اكثر المناطق عرضه للامراض الوبائية وتقديم نظام لمجتمع معافى من الامراض . ABSTRACT The aim of this research is to solve the problems that hospitals and doctors suffer from. It is difficult to identify the patients, the difficulty in identifying the number of patients, the results of the analysis, the difficulty in identifying the most vulnerable areas, the inability to predict the disease, Therefore, this research aims to solve these problems in addition to helping doctors to make the right decision and to investigate the epidemiological data using cluster, evaluate the validity of the findings from cluster algorithms, separate the patient data into a similar group of clusters and find the correct number of clusters and thus obtain hidden or unexpected relationships Building future predictions and exploring behavior and trends, allowing for the right decisions to be made in a timely manner through the k means cluster algorithm on epidemiological data using Java . Through the study, we found the existence of relationships between the data we have obtained from accurate and realistic information and knowledge of the most vulnerable areas of epidemic diseases and provide a system for a healthy community of diseasesItem استخدام تقنيات تنقيب البيانات في التنبؤ بمرض الملاريا وفقاً للعوامل المناخية(بالتطبيق علي ولاية الجزيرة)(جامعة النيلين, 2017-07) عبدالمولى حسن عبدالمولى حسينالمستخلص تعاني ولاية الجزيرة بالسودان من ارتفاع نسبة الاصابة بالملاريا تصل احيانا الي درجة الوباء. التنبؤ المبكر بالمرض هو عامل فاعل في عملية السيطرة علي انتشار المرض بالاضافة الي تقليل خطر الملاريا علي المجتمع كما انه يساعد متخذي القرار والعاملين في المجال الطبي و وزارة الصحة والمنظمات الصحية الاخرى علي توزيع الموارد الطبية بطريقة افضل لمواجهة المرض. يعمل النموذج المخترح كأداة انذار مبكرة بإحتمال ارتفاع اصابات المرض.في هذا البحث يتم تطبيق احد خوارزميات التصنيف في تنقيب البيانات وهي احد تقنيات تنقيب البيانات الا وهي خوارزمية الانحدار الخطي المتعدد علي بيانات الملاريا المجموعة من ولاية الجزيرة في الفترة من 2014 الي 2015 و البيانات التي تم اخذها هي متوسط درجة الحرارة الشهري ،متوسط الرطوبة النسبية الشهري ،معدل هطول الامطار الشهري و عدد اصابات الملاريا الشهري. اكد النموذج علي ان العوامل المناخية المتمثلة في متوسط درجة الحرارة الشهري ومعدل الرطوبة النسبي الشهري ومعدل هطول الامطار كانت ذات ارتباط ذو دلالة احصائية. فكل زيادة في متوسط درجة الحرارة بمقدار واحدي تؤدي الي خفض عدد اصابات الملاريا الي 2719.0 وكذلك كل زيادة في معدل هطول الامطار بمقدار واحد ملم يؤدي الي خفض اصابات الملاريا الي 0.2791 اصابة اما درجة الرطوبة النسبية تمثل العامل الاكثر فاعلية حيث كل زيادة بمقدار واحد درجة تؤدي الي رفع اصابات الملاريا الي 2.216 اصابة. حيث فسرت العوامل المذكورة اعلاه 97% من البيانات والباقي يرجع الي عوامل اخرى.تم تجاهل بعض عوامل الشذوذ ذات التأثير الضعيف علي مرض الملاريا . Abstract Malaria is one of the major public health problems in in Al-Jazeera state(Sudan). Early prediction of a Malaria outbreak is the key for control of malaria morbidity, mortality as well as reducing the risk of transmission of malaria in the community and can help policymakers, health providers, medical officers, ministry of health and other health organizations to better target medical resources to areas of greatest need. The model that built (climate base model to predict Malaria) can help as an early warning tool to identify potential outbreaks of Malaria. data mining classification algorithms and Multiple Linear Regression are used for malaria prediction using dataset of Al-Jazeera state .data were collected by ministry of health of Al-Jazeera state From all districts of Al-Jazeera state from 2014 to 2015.the factors used are average monthly temperature, average monthly humidity, average monthly rainfall and monthly number of positive case. The multi-linear regression model for malaria confirmed that the climatic factors (monthly temperature, average monthly humidity, average monthly rainfall) were statistically significant. These factors accounted for 97% of data and the rest due to other factors. حسینمستخلص البحث یهدف هذا البحث للتحول من الاستخدم الیدوي في ادارة تقلیل الخسائر من اج ا رء عملیات المسح للخطر والمسح للخسارة اضافة الي أستلام الطلبات من ادارتي الحریق والسرقة وادارة المطالبات والشروع في عملیة المسح للمواقع الم ا رد تأمینها او التي ی ا رد تحدید معدل الضرر الذي اصابها والسبب في ذلك الضرر وتقیدها في استما ا رت ورقیة یتم ملأها من قبل المندوب الموكل بعملیة المسح ومن بعد ارسالها الي الجها الطالبة للمسح لتتمكن من اتمام عملیة التأمین بقبول الطلب او رفضه و اخ ا رج وثیقة التأمین للزبون او في حاله طلب مسح الخسارة یتم تحدید التعویض , وللأستفادة من ممی ا زت الحاسوب ونظم المعلومات من خلال النظام الاداري المتكامل الذي یوفر كل المتطلبات الضروریة التي تلبي احتیاجات الادارة من تقید عملیات المسح التي تم انجازها في النظام والاحتفاظ بتلك المعلومات المتحصل علیها من خلال المسح والوصول ایها في اي وقت و زیادة درجة المصداقیة وعمل الاحصائیات المستقبیلة من التي تدعم عملیة اتخاذ الق ا رر اللجهات المسأولة و تسهیل عملها كما یوفر النظام تفصیل دقیق لكل تفاصیل عملیة المسح التي تتم من قبل المندوب وذلك من خلال تقسیم الاستمارة الي اج ا زء بناء على التقاریر التي یحتاج الیها كل من الزبون و ادارة تقلیل الخسائر و ادارة الحریق و السرقة للمساعدة على مرونة الق ا ر ا رت و بذلك یتم توفیر تقاریر تمكن من متابعة المنادیب لدى ادارة تقلیل الخسائر, و ایضا تفادي مشاكل ضیاع المعلومات التي تمثل مشكلة كبیرة تواجه الادارة و من ثم اخ ا رجها في شكل تقاریر یتم ارسالها للادارة الطالبة او الفرع الطالب من خلال الشبكة الموصلة في الشركة حسب الطلبات المقدمة من قبلها من غیر تأخیر , وكل ذلك من خلال الادوات التي تم استخدامها في المشروع من لغات والاستفادة من ممی ا زت قواعد البیانات الكبیرة (UML) وادوات للتحلیل (SQL) برمجة 6 التي تتیح لنا فرصة التوسع في النظام لاحقا بأضافة جمیع الفروع و (ORACLE) الادارة. 7 Abstract This research aims to shift from of Use manual management to reduce losses from the surveys of التحصيل الالكتروني للشركة السودانية للموارد المعدنية المحدودة(جامعة النيلين, 2017) شيماء محمد حسن الشيخمستخلص البحث يتلخص البحث في تطوير نظام إدارة التحصيل الإلكتروني والمطبق على الشركة السودانية للموارد المعدنية المحدودة المفوضة من قبل وزارة المالية والتخطيط العمراني – جمهورية السودان لتكون الكيان المسؤول عن إدارة التحصيل للثروة المعدنية بالبلاد . هذا النظام يحوسب جميع الإجراءات الإدارية من تعيينات المشرفينوالمتحصلين وشراء أجهزة التحصيل كما يتم من خلال النظام توزيع المشرفين على الولايات والمتحصلين يتم توزيعهم على الأسواق بعد تمليكهم جهاز تحصيل ,و تقوم الشركةأيضاً بمتابعة إيراد التحصيل مع المشرفين المسؤولين من المتحصلين وتتابع بلاغات الأجهزة المتعطلة وصيانتها . تشير الأصول التقنية إلى أجهزة التحصيل وشرائح الاتصال المقدمة من شركات الاتصالات والورق المستخدم في طباعة الأورنيك الإلكتروني . أداة UML Enterprise Architect .تمت برمجة النظام بلغة سي شارب بواسطة Microsoft Visual Studio Enterprise 2015وباستخدام قاعدة بيانات من نوع Microsoft SQL Server 2012. وبحوسبة النظام تم تنظيم العمل داخل الشركة بعد توفير قاعدة بيانات مما يسهل مهام متابعة التحصيل في مجال الثروة المعدنية وذلك بتوفير تقارير شاملة ودقيقة تمكن من اتخاذ القرارات المثلى بعد الوقوف على الوضع الراهن بكل دقة ووضوح .تمت حماية النظام بتوفير خدمة النسخ الاحتياطي لقاعدة البيانات و بجعل النظام مركزي في بيئة محلية إضافة لتوعية وإرشاد المستخدم بقواعد سرية وسلامة كلمة السر . Abstract The research is summarized in developing Electronic collection management system which Applicated in the Sudanese Company for Mineral Resources Co., Ltd. Delegated by the Ministry of Finance And urban planning - Republic of Sudan To be the entity responsible for managing the collection of mineral wealth in the country. This system is computerize All administrative procedures like Leaders assignments , Collectors assignments and Buy collection devices . The system is also distributed Leaders to the states , And the Collectors are distributed to the market after Own them collection devices. The company also monitors collection revenue with the responsible Leaders of the Collectors and follows up Notification of broken Devices and the maintenance of it . Technical Assets refer to collection devices And communication segments (SIM) provided by telecommunications companies And the papers used in Print the e-receipt. All the procedures were done manually, which faced many problems such as replication, complexity, errors, slowness and other errors of traditional management disadvantages. The analysis has done in UML using UML Enterprise Architect. The Software Code has Written in C# using Microsoft Visual Studio Enterprise 2015 with a Microsoft SQL Server 2012 database. Abstract The study spots the light on the computerization of the working system inside the volunteering organizations using open source programming tools & identifying the main drawbacks of the traditional working systems which depends fully on the paperwork & its cycle and compare that to the electronic systems & benefits. Using the web based systems in managerial functions promotes many advantages technically & managerially which has a positive reflection on the business organizations including the volunteering ones, plus the increment of organizations that depends on the information technology is an important move towards building the knowledge society. The student used php language in building the website which is an open source web designing language & built the data base using MySQL DBMS. The study proofs that the open source programs is useful building an efficient and secure business systems. Partially the study enlightens the oral cancer problem in Sudan, oral cancer is absented from official & public media, plus mentioning the main causes of it & the different efforts held by Basma charity organization in do fighting oral cancerItem نظام شؤون الموظفين لشركة سودابوست(جامعة النيلين, 2017-04) امل ابوبكر محمد ابوبكرمستخلص البحث مع التطور السريع لتكنولوجيا الكمبيوتر، وشعبية من تطبيقات الحاسب الآلي في إدارة الأعمال، واستخدام إدارة شؤون الموظفين للشركات التي تنفذ الكمبيوتر أمر حتمي. هذا النظام جنبا إلى جنب مع نظام إدارة شؤون الموظفين الفعلي، من خلال تحليل الطلب الفعلي، واستخدام قويADF كأداة للتنمية وتطوير إصدار مستقل من نظام الموظفين لإدارة السجلات. النظام بأكمله من متطلبات بسيطة، واجهة ودية ومرنة وعملية والسلامة، والانتهاء من العملية برمتها من إدارة شؤون الموظفين، بما في ذلك إنشاء التعيينات الجديدة انضمام الملف، والموظفين القدامى تتحول، تغيير العمل، الخ الناجمة عن المعلومات غير الموظفين التغييرات الجديدة، التحقيق معلومات الموظفين والإحصاءات وإدارة شؤون الموظفين الآخرين وكذلك للأعضاء الجدد، والتغيرات الموظفين القديمة والإدارية الأخرى. بعد استخدام دليل فعلي، ونحن بحاجة إليها هنا نظام إدارة شؤون الموظفين والمصممة لتلبية إدارة شؤون الموظفين في الشركة iv ABSTRACT This research deals with the Staff Officer of Saudabost problem that a manual system in addition to the lack-mail site and because the previous regime system manual is known that the regulations handsets require a long time to accomplish tasks and inefficient regulations handmade and costly and the difficulty of Personnel Management, we have to dissolve these problems create a site electronic technique of users ADF and is known to be powerful technologies, safe and structured has overcome the problem of difficult to manage costs and the difficulty of research and management personnel, departments and sections are easy plus it plain from the expansion of the company where it was possible to manage branches outside the country (Sudan) and deal with them through the site users TechniqueItem بناء نظام الكتروني لادارة المخزون "بالتطبيق علي شركة برايم للتجهيزات الطبية"(جامعة النيلين, 2012-08) أشرف فاروق ابوبكر محمودمستخلص الدراسة:- يهدف البحث الي توضيح اهمية الادارة الالكترونية في عملية دعم اتخاذ القرار بالنسبة للمدراء ومتخذي القرار. وقد تم تصميم نظام الكتروني لادارة مخزون شركة برايم للتجهيزات الطبية لحل مشاكل كانت تتكبدها الشركة اثناء عملية ادارة المخزون من خلال استخدام نظام شبه الكتروني(الكتروني ويدوي) فكانت عملية ادخال بيانات الاصناف المخزنة يتم باسم الصنف وهذا مايسبب التاخير في بعض الاحيان لعدم معرفة اسم الصنف او لتعقيد اسم الصنف . فقد عالج النظام الالكتروني لادارة المخزون عملية ادخال البيانات من خلال التعامل مع كود الصنف بدلا من اسم الصنف ويتم قراءة كود الصنف من خلال قارئ الرموز المعدلة (Par code) ويحتم استخدام قارئ الرموز المعدلة انه لابد لاي صنف ان يحتوي علي كود. وقد عالج النظام ايضاَ عملية التاكد من كميات المخزون في المخزن هل هي اصبحت اقل من نقطة اعادة الطلب ام لا فاذا كانت اقل تظهر رسالة توضح ذلك ويساعد النظام في عملية دعم القرار من خلال توفير التقارير التي تساعد في عملية القرار الامثل في الوقت المناسب وبالدقه المطلوبة. وتناول مفهوم المصادر المفتوحة والتقنيات المستخدمة وايضا تطرق البحث الي الامنية باستخدام بروتوكول نقل النص التشعبي الامن HTTPS (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure) والفرق بين الـHTTP والـHTTPS وطريق عرض الطلبات المشفرة كما في مزود خدمة الانترنت الخاص بك ويقوم بروتوكول HTTPS بتشفير البيانات قبل ارسالها الي الـserver وذلك من خلال وجود مفتاح موجود لدي الـclient وبالتالي لايمكن لاي متجسس او مخترق من التعرف علي البيانات المرسله وعند وصول البيانات الي الـserver يقوم بفك التشفير عن طريق مفتاح موجود عند الـserver. Abstract :- The research aims to clarify the importance of E-Management in the decision support process for managers and decision makers. Has been designed electronic system to manage stock company Prime Medical Supplies to solve the problems were incurred during the process of inventory management through the use of semi- electronic (electronic and manual) was the entry of data items stored are name product and this which causes delay sometimes for not knowing the name of product or the complexity of the product name. Has dealt with the electronic system to manage inventory data entry process by dealing with product code instead of the product name and the product code is read from the through symbols amended reader (Par code) and requires the use of modified code reader that he must for any item that contains the code. He has treated the system also the process of confirming inventory quantities in stock you are becoming less of reorder point or not If the lower message appears explaining that the system helps in the process of decision support through the provision of reports that help in the decision process optimization in a timely manner and the required accuracy. And the concept of open source and the techniques used and also touched search security using HTTPS (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol Secure) and the difference between the HTTP and the HTTPS and by displaying applications encoded as the Internet service provider and your the HTTPS protocol encrypts data before sending it to the server and so By having key is I have the client and thus can not be any hacker identify data sent and when the data reaches the server break the encryption by key exists at the server.Item نظام إدارة الإمتحانات والنتائج بإستخدام إدارة إجراءات الأعمال(جامعة النيلين, 2016-10) يوسف إسحق عبدالمولى آدمالمستحلص يهدف هذا البحث الي إدارة نظام الإمتحانات والنتائج وإحكام العمليات في جامعة النيلين لكية علوم الحاسوب وجعلها اكثر دقة وإنتاجية وذلك لان عملية إدارة الإمتحانات والنتائج تمثل صمام أمان الكلية فإن إدارة الوقت الخاص بالإجراءات المتعلقة بالإمتحانات والنتائج والتنسيق الأمثل بين الأساتذة والموارد المتاحة لهم من قاعات واجهزة ومعدات تدريس وغيرها تؤدى الي إدارة ناجحة ومحتوي علمي أمثل. تم إستخدام طريقة التحليل من اسفل الي أعلي اي أن نظام إدارة الإمتحانات والنتيجة يعتبر نظيم من النظام الكامل لجامعة النيلين وذلك بتحديد الكينونات الخاصة بالنظيم وتحديد العلاقة بينها وربطها بعضها البعض كما هو موضح في الفصل الرابع. تم إستخدام نظام الـ BonitaBPM كمنصة برمجية لتصميم ال‘جراءات وعمليات النظام وتم إختيار هذه المنصة نسبة لإستقرارها وإتاحتها وسهولة إستخدامها كما انها مبنية على لغة البرمجة Java ومخدم صفحات الإنترنت tomcat Server وقاعدة البيانات Postgresql. من أهم نتائج هذا البحث أنه من الإمكان الوصول الي المعلومات بسهولة وإمكانية معرفة وقياس تأخير الأساتذة فى تصحيح كراسات الإمتحانات مع إمكانية تصعيد التإخير في تنقيذ المهام للمدير الإعلي بصورة ديناميكية، ومن اهم التوصيات ان يتم ربط النظام بالإنظمة الإخرى مثل نظام الجداول والقاعات ونظام النتيجة علي مستوي قاعدة البيانات. Abstract: As a result of an enormous progress of information technology and the parallel and simultaneous track to assemble this technology with other sciences and that is represented in an information system. The Management Information System (MIS) is technical mixture between information technology and management science. This research shows the (MIS) as a torrid torch in bulky technical and procedural spaces, this research found a management package to solve the problem of insufficient information of employees’ performance records of several years, and the weakness to fix and the systems aims to pursue the evaluation process from the beginning with specifying the goals and strategies to the end with the Appraisal process. In the description of the goals, any job and the employees follows to this job and their fulfillment to these given goals, also the managers can assess their employees and their strengths and weaknesses toward the given goals and job requirements. The research has used Oracle Database, Application Development Framework (ADF) to build the graphical user interface, and Jasper Application to build the reports. The system aids the company with availing the appraisal information anytime and archive it to several years, which facilitates the follow up the employees’ performance with a manner can develop their abilities, and as a recommendations the need to avail the system on cloud as Software as a Service and present it to public. Besides, applying the descriptive approaches of evaluation to increase the integrity of appraisal outputs.
