Abstract

ملخص الد ا رسة تهدف الد ا رسة للتعرف على حوسبة أنظمة العمل في المنظمات الطوعیة باستخدام ادوات برمجیة مفتوحة المصدر، كما تهدف لتسلیط الضوء على انظمة العمل التقلیدیة المعتمدة بشكل كامل على الأو ا رق و حركة السیركي و المشاكل الناجمة عن ذلك و المقارنة مع استخدام الأنظمة الإلكترونیة و الم ا زیا التي توفرها. ان استخدام النظم القائمة على الویب في تسییر العمل الإداري یولد العدید من الم ا زیا و التي تنعكس ایجابیا على جوانب المختلفة من العمل الاداري و الفني في منظمات الأعمال و منها منظمات العمل الطوعي، كما ان ت ا زید اعداد المنظمات التي تعتمد على تقنیة المعلومات في أداء أعمالها خطوة هامة في طریق التوجه نحو بناء مجتمع المعرفة. و التي هي لغة مفتوحة المصدر و الأكثر استخداما عالمیا في تصمیم php قام الباحث باستخدام لغة ال مما دلل على امكانیة MySQL المواقع كما ربط الموقع بقاعدة بیانات مبنیة باستخدام نظام ادارة قواعد البیانات استخدام البرمجیات مفتوحة في بناء انظمة تتمتع بالحمائیة العالیة و الكفاءة في أداء الأعمال . تهدف الد ا رسة بصورة جزئیة الى تسلیط الضوء على مشكلة سرطان الفم في السودان و هي المشكلة المغیبة عن الإعلام الرسمي و الأهلي و أهم مسببات هذا المرض و الإحصائیات المتعلقة به و الجهود التي تقوم بها جمعیة بسمة في إطار مكافحته. Abstract The study spots the light on the computerization of the working system inside the volunteering organizations using open source programming tools & identifying the main drawbacks of the traditional working systems which depends fully on the paperwork & its cycle and compare that to the electronic systems & benefits. Using the web based systems in managerial functions promotes many advantages technically & managerially which has a positive reflection on the business organizations including the volunteering ones, plus the increment of organizations that depends on the information technology is an important move towards building the knowledge society. The student used php language in building the website which is an open source web designing language & built the data base using MySQL DBMS. The study proofs that the open source programs is useful building an efficient and secure business systems. Partially the study enlightens the oral cancer problem in Sudan, oral cancer is absented from official & public media, plus mentioning the main causes of it & the different efforts held by Basma charity organization in do fighting oral cancer
