تطوير نظام ادارة التحصيل الالكتروني للشركة السودانية للموارد المعدنية المحدودة

Abstract

مستخلص البحث يتلخص البحث في تطوير نظام إدارة التحصيل الإلكتروني والمطبق على الشركة السودانية للموارد المعدنية المحدودة المفوضة من قبل وزارة المالية والتخطيط العمراني – جمهورية السودان لتكون الكيان المسؤول عن إدارة التحصيل للثروة المعدنية بالبلاد . هذا النظام يحوسب جميع الإجراءات الإدارية من تعيينات المشرفينوالمتحصلين وشراء أجهزة التحصيل كما يتم من خلال النظام توزيع المشرفين على الولايات والمتحصلين يتم توزيعهم على الأسواق بعد تمليكهم جهاز تحصيل ,و تقوم الشركةأيضاً بمتابعة إيراد التحصيل مع المشرفين المسؤولين من المتحصلين وتتابع بلاغات الأجهزة المتعطلة وصيانتها . تشير الأصول التقنية إلى أجهزة التحصيل وشرائح الاتصال المقدمة من شركات الاتصالات والورق المستخدم في طباعة الأورنيك الإلكتروني . كانت جميع الإجراءات تتم بصورة يدوية مما جعلها تواجه العديد من المشاكل مثل التكرار والتعقيد والأخطاء والبطء وغيرها من الأخطاء المتمثلة في عيوب الإدارة التقليدية.تم التحليل بلغة النمذجة الموحدة باستخدام أداة UML Enterprise Architect .تمت برمجة النظام بلغة سي شارب بواسطة Microsoft Visual Studio Enterprise 2015وباستخدام قاعدة بيانات من نوع Microsoft SQL Server 2012. وبحوسبة النظام تم تنظيم العمل داخل الشركة بعد توفير قاعدة بيانات مما يسهل مهام متابعة التحصيل في مجال الثروة المعدنية وذلك بتوفير تقارير شاملة ودقيقة تمكن من اتخاذ القرارات المثلى بعد الوقوف على الوضع الراهن بكل دقة ووضوح .تمت حماية النظام بتوفير خدمة النسخ الاحتياطي لقاعدة البيانات و بجعل النظام مركزي في بيئة محلية إضافة لتوعية وإرشاد المستخدم بقواعد سرية وسلامة كلمة السر .

Abstract The research is summarized in developing Electronic collection management system which Applicated in the Sudanese Company for Mineral Resources Co., Ltd. Delegated by the Ministry of Finance And urban planning - Republic of Sudan To be the entity responsible for managing the collection of mineral wealth in the country. This system is computerize All administrative procedures like Leaders assignments , Collectors assignments and Buy collection devices . The system is also distributed Leaders to the states , And the Collectors are distributed to the market after Own them collection devices. The company also monitors collection revenue with the responsible Leaders of the Collectors and follows up Notification of broken Devices and the maintenance of it . Technical Assets refer to collection devices And communication segments (SIM) provided by telecommunications companies And the papers used in Print the e-receipt. All the procedures were done manually, which faced many problems such as replication, complexity, errors, slowness and other errors of traditional management disadvantages. The analysis has done in UML using UML Enterprise Architect. The Software Code has Written in C# using Microsoft Visual Studio Enterprise 2015 with a Microsoft SQL Server 2012 database. Computerizing the system has organized Work within the company and After providing a database it is easier to track collection In the field of mineral wealth and that is By providing comprehensive and accurate reports that enable the best decisions to be taken after standing up to the current situation with all accuracy and clarity. The system has been protected by providing a database backup service and by making the system central in a local environment in addition to informing the user about the rules of secret and integrity of password .
