نظام إدارة الإمتحانات والنتائج بإستخدام إدارة إجراءات الأعمال

يهدف هذا البحث الي إدارة نظام الإمتحانات والنتائج وإحكام العمليات في جامعة النيلين لكية علوم الحاسوب وجعلها اكثر دقة وإنتاجية وذلك لان عملية إدارة الإمتحانات والنتائج تمثل صمام أمان الكلية فإن إدارة الوقت الخاص بالإجراءات المتعلقة بالإمتحانات والنتائج والتنسيق الأمثل بين الأساتذة والموارد المتاحة لهم من قاعات واجهزة ومعدات تدريس وغيرها تؤدى الي إدارة ناجحة ومحتوي علمي أمثل. تم إستخدام طريقة التحليل من اسفل الي أعلي اي أن نظام إدارة الإمتحانات والنتيجة يعتبر نظيم من النظام الكامل لجامعة النيلين وذلك بتحديد الكينونات الخاصة بالنظيم وتحديد العلاقة بينها وربطها بعضها البعض كما هو موضح في الفصل الرابع. تم إستخدام نظام الـ BonitaBPM كمنصة برمجية لتصميم ال‘جراءات وعمليات النظام وتم إختيار هذه المنصة نسبة لإستقرارها وإتاحتها وسهولة إستخدامها كما انها مبنية على لغة البرمجة Java ومخدم صفحات الإنترنت tomcat Server وقاعدة البيانات Postgresql. من أهم نتائج هذا البحث أنه من الإمكان الوصول الي المعلومات بسهولة وإمكانية معرفة وقياس تأخير الأساتذة فى تصحيح كراسات الإمتحانات مع إمكانية تصعيد التإخير في تنقيذ المهام للمدير الإعلي بصورة ديناميكية، ومن اهم التوصيات ان يتم ربط النظام بالإنظمة الإخرى مثل نظام الجداول والقاعات ونظام النتيجة علي مستوي قاعدة البيانات.

Abstract This research aims the exams and results operations management system and make it more accurate in Alneilan University collage of Computer Science and Information Technology, This is because the exams and results process management represent the overall safety valve of the collage, and the examinations time management and procedures of optimal results and coordination between the teachers and the resources that is available to them like class rooms, equipment and other teaching Brady to a successful content management and scientific optimizations. The Method of analysis has been used from the bottom up, that mean this system is a part of a hole system of overall university’s system so am specify the man entities of the system and determine the relationship between them then link them to each other as described in Chapter 5. To implement this system we use the bonitaBPM system platform to design the processes and create the form, it has been chosen because of it is stability and availability and it is easy of use, also it is based on java programing language, and apache tomcat server for BonitaBPM portals web server, and postgresql database. Of the most important outcomes of this research it is possible to access information easily and the possibility to know and measure and know the teachers delay in the correcting brochures exams with the possibility of escalating the delayed tasks of the delayer’s director dynamically, and the most important recommendations that is to link the system with other such as time tables and halls system and the result.
