Abstract
Two samples of porvskite Sr2Zn 0.5Cu 0.5WO6 and Sr2Zn 0.75Cu 0.25WO6 were synthesized using solid stated reaction method The structure and optical properties were Studiedly using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and Ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer (UV-Vis).X - ray diffraction (XRD shows a cubic structure. The absorption bands around 660, 820, 1110, 370,1630, 2920 and 3430 cm−1. The energy band gap was calculated for samples with different ratio and was found to be 3.7, 3.8eV.

تم تحضير العينات ذات الصيغة Sr2Zn0.5Cu0.5WO6 وSr2Zn0.75Cu0.25WO6 حيث X=0.25 , 0.50 ، 0.75 باستخدام طريقة تفاعل المواد الصلبة. وتمت دراسة الخصائص التركيبية والضوئية للعينات بواسطة مطيافية الأشعة فوق البنفسجية والمرئية (UV-Vis) ومطيافية الاشعة تحت الحمراء (FTIR) وجهاز حيود الاشعة السينية(XRD) ووجد ان تركيبها منتظم. وجدت ان الاطوال الموجية للامتصاص تتمركز حول 660 , 820 , 1110, 1370, 1630،2920 , 3430 سم-1. كما تم حساب فجوات الطاقة للعينات من بيانات المطياف الضوئي للاشعة فوق البنفسجية ووجدت 4.29, 3.8, 3.7 الكترون فولت.
