الحال بين التّنكير والتّعريف

Abstract

من شروط الحال عند جمهور النّحويين أن تكون نكرة، و ما وردّ منها معرّفاً لفظاً فهو منكَّر معنى. وذكر بعض النحويين أنَّ لزوم تنكيرها لدفع اللَّبس، فصاحب الحال معرفة في الأصل، فإنّ جاءت الحال معرفة، وصاحبها منصوب تُوُهِّمَ أنَّها نعت له، لا حال منه، فإنَّما كانت الحال نكرة؛ لأنَّها لو كانت معرفة لالتبست بالنعت. لذا إن جاءت بعض الأحوال في صورة المعرفة لفظاً أُوِّلت بالنكرة نائبة عنها، ومذهب الجمهور أنَّها تحفظ ولا يقاس عليها، وخالفهم يونس بن حبيب والبغداديون، إذ ذهبوا إلى أنَّه يجوز تعريف الحال مطلقاً بلا تأويل، وأنَّ الحال تتعرَّف بقياسٍ، وهذا مردود عند الجمهور، وفصّل الكوفيون، فقالوا: إن تضمنت الحال معنى الشرط صحَّ تعريفها لفظاً، وإلا فلا. واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي في دراسة مسألة التعريف التنكير في الحال، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: إنَّ الحال لا تكون إلا نكرة، وما ورد منها معرَّفاً لفظاً فهو منكّر معنى، والذي ورد منها بلفظ المعرفة هو الاسم الجامد المصدر، وغير المصدر، وعلم الجنس، و أما الضمير فلا يقع حالاً خلافاً لما ذهب إليه بعض العلماء.

Abstract : The adverb between definition & indefintion One of the conditions of the adverb in the opinion of the majority of grammarians is the adverb must be indefinite , and what has been contained is defined in pronunciation but indefinite in meaning . The majority of grammarians have justified the necessity of keeping it indefinite is to avoid the confusion , thus the adverb owner is definite . If the adverb is definite and its owner is Mansoub it will be thought that it is an adjective and if the adverb was definite it will be confused with the adjective . Accordingly if the some adverbs come in the definite form in terms of pronunciation thus it will be interpreted as indefinite . Younis Bin-habaib & Al-baghadadiyon had disagreed the grammarians where they have explained and clarified that the adverb can be defined absolutely without the interpretation as well as they clarified that the adverb is identified by a specific measurement . The Kovions had clarified that ( If the adverb contained the meaning of the condition so its definition is correct by pronunciation otherwise it is not right The results of the study are detailed as follows : 1 ) The origin of the adverb is to be indefinite , if presented with definition pronunciation it will be interpreted indefinitely . 2) The definite adverb which is interpreted indefinitely has been show common in the Arabs' words by three ways of definition : The source , The non-source and sexology . 3 )Giving response for the ones who had parsed the pronoun as an adverb.
