Item معايير اختيار مديري المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس بمحافظة الطائف(جامعة النيلين, 2005) محمد رده محمد الحارثيabstract Title Of The Study : Criteria of selecting high school headmasters from school headmasters, perspective . - Objectives of study : This study aims at the following : 1- Recognizing personal criteria for selecting high headmasters in Saudi Arabia from headmasters perspective n Taif Province . 2- Recognizing the social criteria for selecting high headmasters in Saudi Arabia from headmasters perspective n Taif Province . 3- Recognizing the educational criteria for selecting high headmasters in Saudi Arabia from headmasters perspective n Taif Province . 4- Recognizing the occupational criteria for selecting high headmasters in Saudi Arabia from headmasters perspective n Taif Province . 5- Recognizing the statistical differences relevant for selecting high school headmasters which are attributed to ( years of service in management – years of service in education – age ) from high school headmasters in Taif Province . - Sample of study : The sample of study consist of all high school headmasters in Taif Province . High school headmasters The researcher used questionnaire from his own design as a tool for the study . -Findings 1- It has been found that the degree of acceptance was ( very high ) for the personal criteria for selecting high headmasters .
