Item تطوير نظام متكامل لإدارة المطابع التجارية (دراسة حالة مطبعة آفاق للطباعة والنشر)(جامعة النيلين, 2020) عبدالقادر محمدالأمين يوسف مصطفىالمستخلص: تشكل نظم المعلومات أهمية كبيرة للمؤسسات في العصر الحالي والمطابع التجارية ليستر استثناءً في ذلك، حيث تشكل أهمية كبرى لما توفره من سرعة ودقة وتكاملية للمعلومات. تكمن مشكلة البحث في الحوجة للسرعة الدقة في عمليات إعداد التكاليف وصعوبة إعداد التكلفة بالنسبة للأشخاص غير ذوي الصلة بمجال الطباعة ، بالإضافة لمشكلة متابعة المطبوعات في خط الإنتاج حيث تتنوع المراحل والمطبوعات الموزعة بين المراحل في ذات اللحظة ما يصعب عملية المتابعة ، بالاضافة إلى مشكلة متابعة المخزون الناتجة من تعدد المواد والمطبوعات وتنوعها. تمثل الحل المقترح في تطوير نظام معلومات متكامل لإدارة المطابع التجارية ، وتم اتباع المنهجيات العلميات المتمثلة في المنهج الاستقرائي والوصفي إضافة للتحليل والتصميم والمنهج التجريبي بتطوير النظام. تم عمل نظام متكامل يتكون من نظام لمتابعة طلبات الطباعة وإعداد التكلفة وقد حقق تسريع إعداد التكلفة وتسهيلها، وأيضاً تم تسهيل عملية متابعة مراحل الإنتاج المختلفة للمطبوع من خلال نظام مختص بمتابعة الإنتاج، إضافةً لتوفير نظام متابعة للمواد والمطبوعات الداخلة للمخزن والمسلمة للعميل ، وكل ذلك بالتكامل بين الأنظمة عبر قاعدة بيانات موحدة، مع تدعيم الأنظمة بالتقارير المختلفة. Abstract: Information systems are of great importance to institutions at the present time, and commercial presses are not an exception in that, as they are of great importance because of the speed, accuracy and complementarity of information they provide. The research problem lies in the need for speed, accuracy in cost preparation processes and the difficulty of cost preparation for people who are not related to the field of printing, in addition to the problem of following up the publications in the production line where the various stages and publications distributed between stages at the same moment make the follow-up process difficult, in addition to the problem of following up the resulting inventory From the multiplicity and diversity of materials and publications. The proposed solution was to develop an integrated information system for the management of commercial printing presses. The scientific methodologies represented in the inductive and descriptive approach in addition to the analysis, design and experimental approach to developing the system were followed. An integrated system was created consisting of a system to follow up printing orders and prepare the cost, and it achieved speeding up and facilitating cost preparation, and also the process of following up the various production stages of the printed matter was facilitated through a system specialized in following up production, in addition to providing a follow-up system for the materials and publications entering the store and delivered to the customer, and all of this with integration Systems through a unified database, with systems supported by various reports.Item تطوير نظام إدارة الكورسات القصيرة بمعاهد التدريب المهني بالسودان(جامعة النيلين, 2021-12) أروي ناصر تاج الدين حسب اللهالمستخلص تناولت الدراسة ادارة نظام الكورسات القصيرة بالمعهد الكوري للتدريب المهني والتلمذة الصناعية ,حيث تواجه المعهد مشكلة عدم وجود نظام فعال للطلاب المسجلين في الكورسات القصيرة بالمعهد . حيث يتم اعتماد النظام التقليدي اليدوي للتسجيل والذي هو طريقة غير امنة وغير فعالة وتؤدي الي الكثير من الاخطاء والمشاكل مثل تلف السجلات ,ضياع البيانات واهدار الوقت والجهد .لذلك تناول هذا البحث بتطوير وتصميم نظام ويب الكتروني لتسهيل عملية ادارة الكورسات بفعالية ويسر , حيث يوفر النظام الوقت والجهد ,السرعة والدقة في استخراج البيانات .كما يسهل عملية الرجوع للبيانات وتوفيرالتقارير اللازمة مما يؤدي الي تنظيم العمل ورفع كفاءة الاداء. لوصف وتحليل هذا النظام تحليلا وصفيا منهجيا استخدم الباحث لغة النمذجة الموحدة UML اما في البرمجة والتصميم تم استخدام اطار العمل ADF مع قواعد بيانات My SQL . ومن اهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث توفير إلاعتمادية ,الموثوقية والمرونة . حيث يوفر النظام الدقة والسرعة والسهولة في حفظ البيانات واسترجاعها عند الحوجة وباقل تكلفة وجهد ,استخراج التقارير الدورية وامكانية الوصول للبيانات في اي مكان وزمان مما يؤدي الي رفع كفاءة الاستخدام . اما من اهم التوصيات هي تصميم تطبيق هاتفي للنظام (نظام اندرويد) للعمل علي الهواتف النقالة لجعل النظام اكثر سهولة ومرونة وايضا ربط النظام بنظام وزارة العمل مباشرة. Abstract The study is dealt with the management of the system of short courses at the vocational training centers (applied to Sudanese Korean vocational training center) , where the institute faces problem of the lack of an effective system for students registered in short course at the institute , where is the traditional manual system is adopted The traditional system faces many problem such as security, damage of records, loss of data and waste of time and efforts. Therefore, this research developed and design an electronic system to facilitate the process of managing courses effectively and easily , as the system provide time and efforts , speed and security in extracting data .it is also facilitates the process of returning data and provide the necessary reports which lead to organize the work and raising the efficiency of performance. To describe the analyze this system in as systematic descriptive analysis , the researcher used the unified Molding Language (UML) while in programming and design , the Application Development Framework (ADF) was used with SQL data base. One of the most important results of the research is the provision of reliability and flexibility where the system provides accuracy, speed and ease saving and retrieval of data when needed with the lowest cost and efforts. One of the most important recommendation is to design an android application to make the system easier and more flexible and recommend linking the system to the ministry of labor system directly.Item تطوير نظام إلكتروني للصيدليات(جامعة النيلين, 2021) نهى ادريس عثمان عليمستخلص البحث تمثل التقنيات الحديثه ومانبع جراء ثورة المعلومات الهائله التي يعيشها عالمنا الحالي نبض الحياة وكما هو معلوم بان الحاسب الالي هو اهم تلك التقنيات التي ساعدت على انجاز الاعمال بسرعه ودقة فائقه. تمثلت مشكلة البحث في صعوبة الحصول على الادويه وخاصه النادره منها وصعوبة تحديد مواقع الصيدليات التي توجد بها كذلك الجهد والمشقه الناتجه من البحث الطويل عن الادويه في الصيدليات ووقوع بعض الاخطاء من الكادر الطبي في تحديد وجود الدواء او عدمه الناتج من ضغط العمل الشديد. يهدف البحث الى تصميم موقع الكتروني يمكن من خلاله البحث عن الادويه المطلوبه بكل سهولة ويسروفي وقت وجيز كذلك يمكن للمستخدم معرفه بيانات الدواء واسعار الادويه من خلال الموقع والبدائل المتوفره في حاله عدم وجود الدواء المطلوب. يتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التطبيقي في وصف وجمع المعلومات عن طريق المقابلات الشخصيه والمنهج التحليلي في تحليل مكونات النظام عن طريق مخططات لغة النمذجه الموحده والمنهج التطبيقي في بناء واجهات النظام. تم استخدام لغة البرمجه PHP لسهولتها وسرعتها في التنفيذ مقارنه بنظيراتها من لغات البرمجه واستخدمت قاعده بيانات MYSQL نسبة لتوافقها الكبير مع لغه البرمجه المستخدمه وامكانيه حفظ اكبر عدد ممكن من السجلات فيها. نتيجه لانشاء موقع الكتروني للصيدليات تم توفير خاصيه البحث عن الدواء وتحديد اماكن الصيدليات التي يوجد فيها كذلك يمكن للمسخدم معرفه بيانات الدواء واسعارها والبدائل المتوفره في حاله عدم وجود الدواء المطلوب. كما لخصت الدراسه مجموعه من التوصيات اهمها بناء نظام تطبيق اندرويد وربطه بالموقع الالكتروني وكذلك ربطه بالخرائط الجغرافيه GPS . Abstract: Modern technologies and what stemmed from the huge information revolution that our current world is experiencing represent the pulse of life. As it is known that the computer is the most important of those technologies that helped to complete work very quickly with very high accuracy. On the other hand, the research problem was the difficulty of obtaining medicines, especially the rare ones. Also, it is difficult to locate pharmacies where these medicines are located. As well as the effort and hardship resulting from the long search for medicines in pharmacies. Also, the medical staff made some errors. For example, failure to determine whether or not the drug was present. This is because of the intense work pressure. The research aims to design a website through which the required drugs can be searched easily and conveniently in a short time. The user can also know drug data and drug prices through the site. As well as knowing the alternatives available in the absence of the required medication. By looking at the research, we note that it follows the applied descriptive approach in describing and collecting information.This is done through the Unified Modeling Language schemas and the applied approach in building system interfaces. In this research,the PHP programming language was used because of its ease and speed of implementation compared to its counterparts in other programming languages. It also used the MYSQL database due to its great compatibility with the programming language used and the ability to save as many records as possible in it. In conclusion, as a result of creating a website for pharmacies, the ability to search for medicine and locate pharmacies was provided. The feature of knowing drug data, prices, and available alternatives in the absence of the required drug has also been added.The study also summarized a set of recommendations, the most important of which is building an Android application system and linking it to websites, as well as linking it to GPS maps.Item تطويرنظام لاداره الغابات : دراسه حاله الهئيه القوميه للغابات ولايه القضارف(جامعة النيلين, 2021-09) مهتدي حسن الامينAbstract Gedaref State is considered one of the largest states in Sudan in terms of rain- fed mechanized agriculture, estimated at about ten million feddans, where corn is grown in more than 80% of the cultivated areas, and other cash crops are grown such as sesame, millet, rain cotton, and sunflower. In terms of forest resources, the state has a variety of forest resources in terms of the density of trees, their types and the purposes that can be used, and the people who live in rural areas depend on forests to provide fuelwood as a main source of energy. Published for construction, furniture and railway flanges (wooden products), in addition to fruits, gum, seeds, fibers and fodder, which are used as food, medicine and raw materials for local industries (non-wood products),Forests contribute to protecting agricultural crops and increasing their yield, and thus play a role in food security and rural development. The problem of the research lies in the lack of a computerized system for forest data management, and the management relies on papers and notebooks, which exposes them to damage due to storage and frequent use. This research aims to switch from the paper forest file to the electronic file and reduce the cost and time wasted in extracting periodic and monthly reports and performance reports of the technical plan and benefiting from the ease of dealing with screens in following up on agricultural operations. The descriptive analytical approach was used with the Unified Modeling Language tool to develop a computerized system for forest management, and the tools that were used in the research were PHP Version 5.3.10 & AJAX and WampServer Apache Version 2.2.21. The researcher reached the most important results: assisting the administration in making rational decisions by providing all information and protecting information from loss, ease of obtaining any type of reports in the least possible time, reducing time and saving effort in extracting reports, following up and managing the record of each forest and knowledge Activities and programs for the forest, follow-up and supervision of certification processes within the forests, and follow up on the process of handing over certification to the client. It was also recommended to design a database to preserve forest data, agricultural programs and activities that take place within forests in all departments and sections. The researcher recommends developing an application to manage the forest system that works on mobile phones. The researcher recommends developing the system and linking it to the E15 electronic payment system. الملخص تعتبر ولاية القضارف من أكبر ولايات السودان من حيث الأمطار- تغذى الزراعة الآلية وتقدر بنحو عشرة ملايين فدان حيث الذرة يزرع في أكثر من 80٪ من الأراضي المزروعة ، والمحاصيل النقدية الأخرى يزرع مثل السمسم والدخن والقطن المطري وعباد الشمس. من حيث موارد الغابات ، تمتلك الولاية مجموعة متنوعة من موارد الغابات في من حيث كثافة الأشجار وأنواعها والأغراض التي يمكن استخدامها ، و يعتمد الأشخاص الذين يعيشون في المناطق الريفية على الغابات لتوفير حطب الوقود المصدر الرئيسي للطاقة. منشورة للبناء والأثاث وشفة السكك الحديدية (المنتجات الخشبية) ، بالإضافة إلى الفاكهة ، والعلكة ، والبذور ، والألياف والأعلاف ، والتي تستخدم كغذاء وأدوية ومواد أولية للصناعات المحلية (غير الخشبية المنتجات) ، تساهم الغابات في حماية المحاصيل الزراعية وزيادتها العائد ، وبالتالي تلعب دورًا في الأمن الغذائي والتنمية الريفية. تكمن مشكلة البحث في عدم وجود نظام محوسب لـ إدارة بيانات الغابات ، وتعتمد الإدارة على الأوراق والدفاتر ، مما يعرضها للتلف بسبب التخزين والاستخدام المتكرر. يهدف هذا البحث إلى الانتقال من ملف الغابة الورقية إلى الملف الإلكتروني وتقليل التكلفة والوقت الضائع في استخراج التقارير الدورية والشهرية وتقارير أداء الخطة الفنية والاستفادة من سهولة التعامل مع الشاشات في متابعة العمليات الزراعية. تم استخدام النهج التحليلي الوصفي مع النمذجة الموحدة أداة لغوية لتطوير نظام محوسب لإدارة الغابات ، و الأدوات التي تم استخدامها في البحث هي PHP الإصدار 5.3.10 و AJAX و WampServer Apache الإصدار 2.2.21. توصلت الباحثة إلى أهم النتائج: مساعدة الإدارة في اتخاذ قرارات عقلانية من خلال توفير جميع المعلومات و حماية المعلومات من الضياع وسهولة الحصول على أي نوع من التقارير في أقل وقت ممكن ، وتقليل الوقت وتوفير الجهد في استخراج التقارير ، متابعة وإدارة سجل كل الغابات والأنشطة المعرفية وبرامج للغابات ، ومتابعة عمليات إصدار الشهادات والإشراف عليها داخل الغابات ، ومتابعة عملية تسليم الشهادات إلى الزبون. كما أوصي بتصميم قاعدة بيانات للحفاظ على بيانات الغابات ، البرامج والأنشطة الزراعية التي تتم داخل الغابات بشكل عام الإدارات والأقسام. يوصي الباحث بتطوير تطبيق لإدارة نظام الغابات الذي يعمل على الهواتف المحمولة. ال يوصي الباحث بتطوير النظام وربطه بـ E15 نظام الدفع الالكتروني.Item تطوير نظام الإبتعاث لإدارة التدريب ( بالتطبيق على القيادة العامة للقوات المسلحة السودانية )(جامعة النيلين, 2021-08) أمنية أسامة محمد زين محمدالمستخلص يهدف هذا البحث لتطوير حوسبة نظام الإبتعاث في رئاسة أركان القوات البرية وهي إحدى إدارات القوات المسلحة السودانية التى تهتم بتدريب منتسبي القوات السودانية ، وهى تختص بتنظيم وإدارة العملية التدريبية بصورة عامة سواء أن كان هذا التدريب لتأهيل الفرد في الناحية القتالية أوالأكاديمية وأيضاً تهتم هذه الإدارة بإستضافة وتدريب منتسبى الدول الشقيقة حسب الإتفاقيات الدبلوماسية (برتكولات ) مع الدول المعنية وتكون دائماً مواكبة للتطور في مجال التدريب . تتمثل مشكلة النظام الحالي في صعوبة إستخراج التقارير مع صعوبة في الأدخال وتتمثل أهمية البحث في إيجاد أفضل طريقة للتعامل مع النظام من قبل المستخدمين والمحافظة علي سرية المعلومات وسهولة إستخراج التقارير,أستخدم هذا البحث منهجية التحليل الكائني وقواعد بيانات أوركل وإطار عمل Application Development Framework (ADF) ومن النتائج توفير المرونة العالية في التعامل مع السجلات و حوسبة قائمة الأبتعاث بحيث تكون سهلة الأستخدام والمساعدة في إتخاذ القرارات والتخطيط السليم للقرارات المقبلة ونوصي مستقبلا بتطوير واجهات موبايل ترتبط بعمليات النظام و ربط النظام بنظام يمكن التعامل معه في اي مكان واي زمان . Abstract The conclusion This research is discussing the system of the training in the chief of staff of the ground forces , Wish is one of the Sudanese armed force administrations. That concerned with the Sudanese affiliates training form the ground force Unit, to upgrade and develop their performance and empowers them to follow the global armies it also concerned with organizing and managing the training process in general, wither this training is combat training to the individual development in the combat aspects or academic training to develop the ground force affiliates in the various sciences (internal or external exhaustion ) The problem of the current system is that it deals with the traditional system The use of oracle 10g database and application development framework [ADF], In the future we recommend working on the development electronic system and dissemination, of this technology using mobile. One of the most important findings of the researcher is that it solved the problem of loss time and decoration in the management At the time the researcher came out with recommendations including this system application to easy to use from anywhere and anytime.Item تطوير نظام باستخدام المعالجة التحليلية الفورية OLAP في تحديد العوامل المؤثرة علي توزيع المنتجات دراسة حالة المنتجات الدوائية لشركة تبوك للأدوية(جامعة النيلين, 2021-07) رويدا محمدأحمد بابكر بدرالمستخلص نحن نعيش اليوم في مجتمع قائم على التكنولوجيا، تتطور مقدار البيانات التي يتم جمعها فتجمع الاعمال التجارية كمية هائلة من البيانات حول عملائها، ومبيعاتها، ومنتجاتها، بل أكثر من ذلك. تأتي تطبيقات وحلول ذكاء الاعمال لرفع نفوذها، فذكاء الاعمال يرفع مستوى البرنامج والتكنولوجيا لتحويل البيانات التي تأتي من مصادر مختلفه إلى معلومات ورؤى عملية يمكن من خلالها التأثير غلى قرارات المؤسسة الاسترتيجية والتكتيكية، يتناول البحث مشكلة أساسية تتمحور في صعوبة تحديد العوامل المؤثرة على توزيع المنتجات الدوائية، لذلك جاءت الحاجة الماسة إلى الأساليب الحديثة للإحتفاظ بالكميات الكبيرة من البيانات التي تكون موزعة ومنتشرة في أماكن مختلفة داخل المؤسسات وخارجها والتي تكون مخزنة في الغالب في ملفات الجداول الإلكترونية أو ملفات ورقية، فضلاً عن ضرورة الوصول إلى هذه البيانات ومعالجتها وتحليلها لإكتشاف معلومات ومعارف قيمة تساهم في التنبؤ بحاجات ورغبات المستهلكين، وكل ذلك يدعم قدرة الشركة على اتخاذ قراراتها بشكل صحيح. تتجسد الأهداف الأساسية للبحث في تحديد العوامل المؤثرة على توزيع المنتجات المختلفة(الأدوية كدراسة حالة) وكذلك التنبؤ المستقبلي بموقف التوزيع الأمثل لها بشكل تتحقق معه الأهداف الرئيسية للمؤسسة أو الشركة وأخيراً تطوير وتنفيذ نظام لعرض الموقف الاحصائي الآني للأدوية بالشركة تم استخدام المنهج التحليلي الوصفي والمنهج الاستقرائي إذ تم تصميم مستودع بياناتData Warehouse بإعتماد برمجيات Microsoft SQL Server2012 وتم إعتماده لتخزين البيانات ذات الصلة بالأدوية والمستهلكين بشكل متكامل ولفترات زمنية طويلة، بالإضافة إلى إستخدام تقنية المعالجة التحليلية المباشرة OLAP وأدوات التقارير بوصفها من الأدوات المهمة لذكاء الأعمال. خرج البحث بجملة من المخرجات أهمها المساعدة في دعم القرارات بالشركة في توزيع المنتجات الدوائية وقد اعتمد نظام دعم القرار على تكنولوجيا ذكاء الأعمال، عمل النظام المقترح على تخفيف أعباء متخذ القرار من خلال توفير رسوم بيانية تسهم في السرعة والسهولة في رؤية النتائج المساعدة في وضع الخطط والاستراتيجيات التي يجب أن تتبعها المؤسسة، أجري البحث المعالجة التحليلية المباشرة OLAP على مستودع البيانات المطور التي تسمح بإجراء التحليل التفاعلي للبيانات وبمستويات متعددة وعلى ضوء النتائج أختتم البحث بمجموعة من التوصيات كان أهمها انشاء قاعدة بيانات مركزية بالشركة وربطها مع قاعدة بيانات الصيدليات حتى تتمكن من معرفة موقف الصيدليات من عملية التوزيع، أن يتم تطبيق هذا النظام لمنتجات آخرى للتأكد من فعاليته، العمل على دراسة العوامل الأخرى، إستخدام مستودع البيانات وتقنيات OLAP والتنقيب عن البيانات لاكتشاف المعرفة مما يساهم وبشكل كبير في زيادة معدل الأداء للشركة وبالتالي يزيد معدل الربح ايضاً، يجب تحميل بيانات دورية للمستودع لضمان ملائمة وحداثة البيانات داخل المستودع. Abstract Today we live in a technology-based society. The amount of data collected is evolving. Businesses collect a huge amount of data about their customers, sales, and products, and more than that. Business intelligence applications and solutions come to raise their influence. Business intelligence raises the level of software and technology to transform the data that It comes from different sources to practical information and insights through which to influence the strategic and tactical decisions of the organization. The research deals with a basic problem centered on the difficulty of determining the factors affecting the distribution of pharmaceutical products, so came the urgent need for modern methods to keep large amounts of data that are distributed and spread in various places inside and outside the organizations, which are mostly stored in electronic spreadsheet files or paper files, as well as the need to access, process and analyze this data to discover valuable information and knowledge that contribute to predicting the needs and desires of consumers, all of which supports the company's ability to make its decisions correctly. The main objectives of the research are embodied in determining the factors affecting the distribution of different products (drugs as a case study), as well as predicting the future position of their optimal distribution in a way that achieves the main objectives of the institution or company, and finally developing and implementing a system to display the instantaneous statistical position of medicines in the company. Data Warehouse is designed with Microsoft SQLServer2012 software and has been certified to store pharmaceutical and consumer related data in an integrated manner for long periods of time, in addition to using OLAP technology and reporting tools as important tools for business intelligence. The research came out with a set of outputs, the most important of which is helping to support decisions in the company in the distribution of pharmaceutical products. The decision support system relied on business intelligence technology. The proposed system worked to reduce the burdens of the decision maker by providing graphs that contribute to speed and ease of seeing the results that help in developing plans and strategies Which should be followed by the institution, the research was conducted direct analytical processing (OLAP) on the developed data warehouse that allows conducting interactive analysis of the data at multiple levels and in light of the results, the research concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which was the establishment of a central database in the company and linking it with the pharmacies database so that you can know the position of pharmacies From the distribution process, to apply this system to other products to ensure its effectiveness, work on the study of other factors, use data warehouse and OLAP techniques and data mining to discover knowledge, which contributes significantly to increasing the performance rate of the company and thus increases the rate of profit as well, periodic data must be downloaded To the warehouse to ensure the relevance and up-to-dateness of the data within the warehouse.Item تطوير نظام لإدارة ومتابعة مشاريع التخرج لطلاب البكلاريوس بالتطبيق على كلية علوم الحاسوب وتقانة المعلومات – جامعة النيلين(جامعة النيلين, 2021-02) رانيا راشد محمد عثمانالمستخلص ساهمت التكنولوجيا بصورة كبيرة في تسهيل التواصل بين المجموعات البشرية، وسهولة الوصول إلى المعلومات واكتسابها فكان لابد من استغلالها الاستغلال الأمثل لتحقيق الإستفادة التامة، فقد مكنت التكنولوجيا من كسر الحواجز الزمانية والمكانية وأحدثت نقلة كبيرة في مجال التعليم. يواجه العديد من الطلاب صعوبة التواصل بين الطلاب والمشرفين على المشروع، وتظهر كذلك مشكلة التضارب بين المشاريع المقدمة، وبغرض الإستفادة القصوى من التكنولوجيا الحديثة تم تصميم نظام لإدارة ومتابعة مشاريع التخرج بحيث يتم الحد من ضياع الوقت والمجهود، وذلك من خلال الإطلاع على المشاريع السابقة والإستفادة منها، وكذلك تقديم العديد من الإقتراحات على مشاريع التخرج التي تساعد الطلاب في مشوارهم النهائي في الجامعة، ومتابعة مشروعهم الحالي ومدى تقدمه والإستفادة من توجيهات وملاحظات المشرفين على المشروع. كما يتناول البحث التحليل الذي تم فيه إستخدام لغة النمذجة الموحد أحد الأدوات الهامة المستخدمة في منهجية التحليل بالكائنات، وتم تصميم النظام باستخدام لغة php لما لها من مميزات وخصائص عالية في جانب السرية والسرعة والتعامل مع الكميات الهائلة للبيانات، وجُمعت البيانات من خلال المقابلة والملاحظة والإستفادة من المعلومات والكتب الإلكترونية المتوفرة على الشبكة العنكبوتية. وأسهم كل ذلك في توفير العبء والمجهود لكلٍ من الطلاب وإدارة الكلية، كما أمكن من الاستفادة من مشاريع الطلاب من خلال أرشفة المشاريع إلكترونياً بما يمكّن الجامعة من الانتفاع بمخزون المشاريع الكبير. Abstract Over the years, human endeavors had experienced series of growth and development attributed to information technology. The technological education can further be advanced by engaging this information technology in management the final year student project. The goal of this project is to develop a Student Project Management System with a web-based front end. Managing these projects poses real challenges for student, their supervisors, and the members of the graduation project committee. The purpose of this project is to improve the ability of all these parties to manage the projects through the use of software that will allow students to organize their tasks and deadlines with minimum effort, enable supervisors to easily keep track of students and their progress. The research also addresses the analysis in which the Unified Modeling Language (UML) has been used that used in the methodology of object analysis, and the usage of PHP scripting language in designing the system for its high quality features in terms of confidentiality, speed, and the ability to deal with great amounts of data.
