Item دور نظم المعلومات الادارية فى رفع كفاءة الاداء دراسة حالة (شركة عاديات للتجارة والاستثمارالمحدودة)(جامعة النيلين, 2007) خالد حسن ابراهيم الفكيItem دور نظم المعلومات الاداريةفي آداءالمنظمات (بالتطبيق على كلية المدار من الفترة 2009-2019م((جامعة النيلين, 2020) ناظم عثمان مصطفى صالحالمستخلص إن اعتماد المنظمات على نظم المعلومات الادارية والتي لها دور كبير واثر واسععلى أداء العاملين فيها. وبناء على ما تقدم تتبلور مشكلةالبحثمن خلال طرح التساول الرئيسي التالي: الى أي مدى يمكن أن يسهم استخدام نظم المعلومات الادارية في تحسين أداء كلية المدار- كلية علوم الطيران سابقاً ؟ .. تكمن أهمية الدراسة في إمكانية الوصول إلى نتائج حول دور نظم المعلومات الادارية في الكلية، وتمكن الباحث من خلالها إقتراح توصيات تسهم في تحسين أداء العاملين بالكلية.هدافت الدراسة الى التعرف على دور نظم المعلومات الادارية في اداء العاملين بكلية المدار. كما قامت الدراسة على عدة فرضيات اهمها: 1- توجد علاقة ذات دلاله احصائية بين حوسبة نظم المعلومات الادارية والاداء في كلية المدار. 2- توجد علاقة ذات دلاله احصائية بين حوسبة نظم المعلومات الادارية وعملية اتخاذ القرار في كلية المدار. اهم النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة : أن نظم المعلومات الادارية تساعد في تطوير الاداء بكلية المدار، كما أوضحت الدراسة أن نظم المعلومات الادارية تساعد في اتخاذ القرارات الادارية بكلية المدار. وبينت الدراسة ان نظم المعلومات الادارية تساعد الادارة العليا في الحصول على المعلومات لعملية اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية والقرارات التكتيكية وتدعم القرارات التنفيذية. خرجت الدراسة ببعض التوصيات والمقترحات كان من اهما : تفعيل دور نظم المعلومات الادارية وذلك بإستخدام احدث ماتوصلت اليه تكنولوجيا المعلومات في دعم واتخاذ القرار، كما اوصت بضرورة تفعيل دور نظم المعلومات الادارية المحوسبة لرفع كفاءة العاملين بالكلية من خلال سرعة انجاز المهام ورفع التقارير. تم جمع البيانات عن طريق المصادر الاولية المتمثلة في الملاحظة والمقابلة والاستبيان ومن ثم تم استخدام المصادر الثانوية المتمثلة في الكتب والمراجع والمنشورات ذات الصلة بالبحث. واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومنهج التحليل الاحصائي. Abstract As the organizations rely heavily on management information systems, which have a great role and wide impact on the performance of their employees. So far, the research problem poses this main question: to what extend can the implementation of management information systems contribute to improving the performance of Almadar College (formerly, Aviation Sciences College). The importance of the study lay in the possibility of reaching to results on the role of the management information systems in the college. After which the researcher was able suggest recommendation that can contribute to improving the performance of the employees of the college. The study aimed, as well, at realizing the role of management information systems on the performance of the employees of Almadar College. The study emerged out of several hypotheses, the most important of which are: 1. There is a statistical relationship between computerizing management information systems and performance at Almadar College. 2. There is a statistical relationship between computerizing management information systems and decision making process at Almadar College. The most important findings reached by the study are: management information systems help in improving the performance at Almadar College. As well as helping in the taking administrative decisions at Almadar College. Besides, the management information systems help higher management obtaining information for the process of taking strategic and tactical decisions and supporting executive decisions. The study comes out with some recommendations and suggestions, the most important of which are: Activation of management information systems by manipulating the latest information technology to support decision –making. It also, recommended the necessity of activating the role of computerized management information systems to raise the employee's efficiency at the college, through accelerating completion of tasks and reports handling. The primary resources of the data collection were: observation, interview and the questionnaire. Secondary resources which were: books, references and related modules were also used. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach and the statistical approach.Item اثر تطبيق نظم المعلومات الادارية المحوسبة على فعالية وكفاءة اتخاذ القرارات : دراسة حالة الإدارة العامة للجمارك السودانية(جامعة النيلين, 2008) سامية محمد عثمان حاج التومAbstract This study aims at explaining the impact of the application of computer - based management information systems (MIS) in facilitating decision making at Sudan Customs. The problem of the study is presented at the following research questions: 1. Does the application of computer - based (MIS) affect the decision making at the Sudan Customs? 2. Does the application of computer – based (MIS) positively affect the timeliness and quality of the decisions? Three hypotheses were developed: 1. The Sudan Customs utilizes all types of computer – based information systems. 2. The utilization of computer – based information systems improve the efficiency of the decision - making. 3. The utilization of computer - based information system enhances the timeliness of decision. The study is structured into four chapters. Chapter one is an introductory chapter in which the problem of the study, objectives, hypotheses, methodology as well as the organization of the study are presented. Chapter two is devoted to literature review. A historical background about the Sudan Customs is presented in chapter three. The findings of the research as well as the test of hypotheses and recommendations are presented in chapter four. Among the most important result are: o The Sudan Custom utilizes computerized data processing system (S C O D A). o The Sudan Custom did not utilize computer-based information systems per see, but they access information, analyze it and then take decision. That is,the Sudan Customs utilizes traditional information management systems. Based on these results, the followings are some recommendations: The Sudan Customs should give more attention to computer-based management information, specisifically Decision support systems (D S S) and group decision support systems (G D S S). The employees should be provided with training in (MIS) or they should be qualified enough to work of the Sudan Customs.Item دور نظم المعلومات الادارية في اتخاذ القرارات في المنشات التعليمية : دراسة تطبيقية على جامعة العلوم والتكنولوجيا بالجمهورية اليمنية(جامعة النيلين, 2010) امال عبدالله محمد الشيبةAbstract Search ْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْ This study aimed to highlight the importance of MIS as that information is a critical resource for the organization and play a key role in the process of managerial decision-making, and concern decision-makers, due to its high importance in the manufacture and management decision-making wise, the title of this research (the role of management information systems in decision making in educational facilities) to determine the extent of their application in educational institutions. The selection of University of Science and Technology, Republic of Yemen as a case study to find out the role of Information Systems Management in administrative decision-making, because the University of Science and Technology is a leading educational institution in Yemen. Problem of the study was that the lack of management information systems or not utilized properly led to the weakness of the effectiveness of organizations and not to sound decision-making and good governance. To achieve the objectives to this study use the following hypotheses: 1) Assist management information systems at the University of applied science and technology in Toviralamalomat necessary and appropriate and suitable for the process of making administrative decisions. 2) The application of management information systems at the University of science and technology to the quality of administrative decisions, the sense of rational decision-making. 3) There is an understanding and application of management information systems in Yemeni universities claim to achieve the goals set. The researcher used the descriptive and analytical case study also used the survey tool to collect primary data, as well as use statistical packages in social studeis (spss) have been used to analyze the data that was collected. The study shows a number of important results: Management information systems at the University of Science and Technology has some of the benefits to the University, especially in the process of managerial decision-making as it provided information of high quality specifications helped in the process of decision-making at various administrative levels, which were mostly rational decisions helped to achieve the objectives of the university, has also helped facilitate daily work at the university. However, these systems do not remain untapped optimal, where there is no special department to management information systems and specialized personnel in this system. Based on the results was made some recommendations, including: 1 / The need to establish a special department of management information systems within the departments of Yemeni universities. 2 / To appoint specialists in management information systems so that the exploitation of these systems optimal utilization. 3 / some work on the modernization and development of existing systems at the University of Science and Technology and other universities to keep abreast of developments that occur permanently in the field of management information systems.Item دور نظم المعلومات في اتخاذ القرار الاداري : دراسة حالة مصنع سكر الجنيد(جامعة النيلين, 2009) اشراقة صديق الشيخ الطيبThe objective of this thesis is to explain the Role of information system in managerial decision making. This is by finding out to what extent Gunaid Sugar Company Administration is able to deal with the super flow of information and what extent this affects making perfect decisions. The study also aims to solve the problems of deficiency in decision making which is due to the lack of the exact information in the meant time, through answering questions: 1-Does the information system help the factory to achieve its economical objectives? 2-Does Information system plays a vital role in decision making? 3-Des the use of the information system save the cost, time and effort? 4-Is the decision taken according to concerned scientific composing? 5-Is the demonstration authorities is capable of setting the strategies and plans? 6-Are the basic foundations of information system are available in the factory? The sample was formed out of 100 officials of the two serves at Gunaid Sugar Factory to achieve the study aims and analyses the data collected by the researcher. Many statistic means were used (SPPSS) there statistical measurements were counted as fellows: Descriptive statistic which uses the Frequencies and the proportion to realize the individual characteristics for the sample and the responses of the single the use the average and the standard deviation to measure the change abilities to produce an appropriate interpretation to the researcher's investigations. 6 Therefore in the study proofs the following hypotheses: 1- The information system helps the factory to achieve its economical objectives. 2-The Information system plays a vital role in decision making. 3- The use of the information system saves the cost, time and effort. 4- The decision taken according to concerned scientific composing. 5- The demonstration authorities is capable of setting the strategies and plans. 6-The basic foundations of information system are available in the factory. The Study comes to the following Results: 1- Using information System organizes the managerial work, achieving its economical objectives, helps with the decision making and makes it ideal in practicing. Information system also contributes in reducing the by number of employees saves efforts for the administrators, reduce the cost and helps with data collection .Hence, it helps in decision making. Information system helps executive authority in stating the strategies plans. 2- There is some weakness of experiences and scientific qualification spite of the availability of systemization unit. 3- Shortage of trained officers to collect and analyses data. The researcher comes to the following recommendations: 1- Factory administration mush exerts efforts to provide the current information in decision making. 2- CO-operation between the employees and the administration and demonstration of the importance of information system. 3- The importance of introducing constant reports about the present system and its need for development and the need for adopting new apparatus. 4- Factory administration should organize training round and for its employees and making use of information system to the lightest point. The role of information system to realize the high active of management. The researcher depend on analysis description to Islamic Co – Operative Development Bank and also rely on Statistical Package For Social Sciences in analysis of data, and serve of second resources from patrol and books. The assumptions studies realize this: Neglecting of administration information system in service sector this effect in available of information to take the good decisions. The researcher obtain to this consequences: The bank serve multi of information system to support the banking process like : Data operation , management of information system , expert system , consultant system , this play a great role of supporting to take the decision. The five chapter include analyzing of performance the data system in Islamic Cooperation and development bank .the last chapter in cloud s the results and recommendations .Item اثر هيكلة نظام المعلومات الادارية في اداء القطاع العام : دراسة حالة وزارة الصناعة في السودان(جامعة النيلين, 2011) كوثر عمر محمود عبد الرحمن5 تناول البحث دور ىيكلة نظام الدعلومات الإدارية في أداء القطاع العام . بهدف دراسة نظم الدعلومات التي طبقت علي وزارة الصناعة والدقارنة بين النظام التقليدي والنظام الحديث وقد تم وضع عدد من الفروض لحل الدشكلة منها ان نظام الدعلومات الحالي بالوزارة نظام تقليدي وغير مواكب للتطورات بالإضافة الي وجود خلل وضعف في انسياب الدعلومات . وتناول البحث تعريف نظم الدعلومات التقليدية من حيث مكوناتو وخصائصو وعيوبو ثم تطرق البحث لنشأة النظم التقليدية وتطورىا . ومن ثم استعرض نظم الدعلومات الحديثة من حيث دور الدعلومات في العملية الادارية ومفهوم تقنية الدعلومات ، وتم ايضا إجراء دراسة لتقنية الاتصالات منذ بداياما الاولي مروراً بتقنية الاتصال الكيبلي الي تقنية الألياف الضوئية ، وتناول البحث تقنية الشبكات من خلال دراسة شبكات الكمبيوتر وشبكات الدعلومات وبعد ذلك تمت دراسة لتأثير التقنية علي النظم الحديثة من خلال تأثيره علي الدفهوم الإداري للنظم وتأثيره الجغرافي والدكاني وبعد ذلك قام الباحث بتعريف نظم الدعلومات الإدارية من حيث النشأة والتطور التاريخي وأىدافها ووظائفها . وتناول البحث دور الصناعة من حيث تعريفها ودورىا في التنمية الاقتصادية ثم بعد ذلك دراسة نشأة وتطور الصناعة بالسودان وتمت دراسة تأثير نظم الدعلومات علي التنمية الاقتصادية والصناعية بالإضافة الي تعريف نظم إدارة الدعلومات الصناعية من خلالذا تم الوصول لعدد من النتائج منها ان نظام الدعلومات بالوزارة تقليدي ولا يوجد تدريب كافي للعاملين بالوزارة كذلك من أىم النتائج ان التقنية الحديثة موجودة ولكن غير مفعلة بالصورة الصحيحة . واخيرا خلص البحث الي عدد من التوصيات منها ضرورة الاىتمام بتدريب العنصر البشري وكذلك لا بد من إيجاد قرارات إدارية حاسمة تعمل علي نقل العمل من الصورة التقليدية الي أفاق تطبيقات النظم الحديثة. The research tackled the management information system on performance in the public sector. To study information systems applied to the Ministry of Industry, for the research objective a comparison between the traditional and modern systems. Have been a number of assumptions including that the system of the ministry's information system were traditional not compliant of the developments in addition to a defect and weakness in the flow of information. The discussions dealt with the definition of traditional information systems in terms of its components, characteristics and shortcomings and then to the development of traditional systems. It then reviewed the modern information systems in terms of the role of information in the administrative process and the concept of information technology, was also a study of communication technology since its beginnings through the first communication technology to fiber-optic technology, The research tackled the network technology through the study of computer networks and information networks and then were studied for the impact of technology on modern systems through its influence on the concept of administrative systems, influence of geographical and spatial and after that, the researcher defines management information systems in terms of the origin and historical development and its aims and functions The discussion touched on the role of industry in terms of its definition and its role in economic development and then study the origins and development of industry in Sudan and has been studied the impact of information systems on the economic and industrial development in addition to the definition of management systems, industrial information which has been reached for a number of conclusions from them is still a system of information ministry, traditionally there is no adequate training for workers in the ministry as well as the most important results of the technology used to embed the principles of the traditional system in terms of increasing the use of a quantity of securities. Abstract The study discussed the role of administrative information systems in creating a competitive quality. The researcher formed the problem of the research in the following central question, is there a relation between information systems and the creation of the competitive quality in a company?. and from that question came the following questions, what are the obstacles that hinder the creation of the competitive quality? Does the use of information systems lead to the creation of the competitive quality through taking the appropriate administrative decisions? Does the management of the Saudi Telecommunication Company consider information systems necessary for its administrative success? The research aimed to study the importance of information systems in the facilities, their types, getting to know the concept of integrated system of administrative information and its importance to the creation of the competitive quality and studying the role of administrative information systems in achieving the competitive quality in Saudi Telecommunication Company. The importance of the research comes from the fact that it tries to know whether administrative information systems have a role in enhancing the performance of the facility as a whole and decision making in particular, and that because of the role that these administrative systems play now in running the activities of organizations, and then comes the creation of the competitive quality by the provision of a proper administrative environment capable of solving administrative problems and hardships and also the presence of an information structure that helps improve the work and making the company take a good place among the competing companies. The researcher used the descriptive analytic approach and the deductive approach and the case study approach. Through that the researcher came to a number of conclusions, some of which are that the company in its administrative approach deals with a holistic way taking in mind all the aspects of the company; financial and human, and planning to improve their work, and that the company has a department for administrative information systems that carries the administrative work and planning and deciding on the programs to be applied, and that the technological environment of the company is up to date with the technological advancements through the use of fourth generation 4G systems in the company’s techniques. The researcher made a number of recommendations, some of these are: the necessity for a company to act with a bigger holistic way in its administrative approach taking in consideration all the aspects of the company; financial and human, and planning to improve their work, and also the necessity of providing material assistance and equipment that is better than what is used in other companies, and that in accordance with the requirements of the market and having stronger competitiveness, and also the necessity to qualify and train cadres so they would carry the services in the way they are needed to be.
