    تقويم الاداء المالي باستخدام مؤشرات الربحية والسيولة دراسة تطبيقية في مصرف بغداد الاستثماري الاهلي ومصرف الشرق الاوسط الاهلي في العراق

    ركزت الدراسة على تحليل مؤشرات الأداء المالي في مصرفي بغداد الاستثماري الأهلي ومصرف الشرق الأوسط الأهلي , وركزت مشكلة الدراسة حول تقييم أداء المصارف من خلال مؤشرات الأداء المالي بما يحقق مصلحة المساهمين والمالكين والمدراء، فقد هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة وتحليل المؤشرات المالية للأداء المالي للمصارف المبحوثة . وقد افترضت الدراسة ان تحسين الأداء المالي للمصرف يساهم في تحسين الأداء الكلي للمنظمة من خلال التحليل المالي لتلك المؤشرات، توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات اهمها ان مؤشرات الأداء المالي تسهم وتحسن الأداء للمنظمة بشكل عام وخرج البحث بجملة مقترحات اهمها ضرورة الاستثمار الأفضل والتنويع في الأنشطة المالية لتقليل درجة المخاطرة. ABDSTRACT: The study focused on the analysis of financial performance indicators in the Bank of Baghdad, the National Investment Bank and the Middle East National Bank. The study focused on evaluating the performance of banks through financial performance indicators to the benefit of shareholders, owners and managers. The study aimed at identifying and analyzing financial indicators of the financial performance of the surveyed banks. The study concluded that improving the financial performance of the bank contributes to improving the overall performance of the organization through the financial analysis of these indicators. The research reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which are financial performance indicators that contribute to improving the performance of the organization in general. To reduce the degree of risk involved.

    التنبؤ بأهم العوامل المؤثرة على الناتج المحلي الاجمالي

    تناولت الدراسة التنبؤ بأهم العوامل المؤثرة على الناتج المحلي الاجمالي في السودان وقد إعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحلیلى - خلال الفترة ( 1990-2015) وتمثلت مشكة الدراسة في تحديد اي طرق التقدير افضل لتقدير معلمات النموذج، وهدفت الدراسة، الي دراسة اهم العوامل المؤثرة على الناتج المحلي الاجمالي وذلك من خلال: الحصول على افضل نموذج لمعرفة اي من المتغيرات له تأثير أكبر على الناتج المحلي الاجمالي، واستخدام ذلك النموذج في التنبؤ، حتى یساعد في إتخاذ القرارات المناسبة، وقد عمدت الدراسة الي اثبات كل من: معرفة تاثير كل متغير من هذه المتغيرات(التضخم ،الصادرات ،الواردات، الاستثمار، الانفاق الحكومي، الاستهلاك) على الناتج المحلي الاجمالي. وما اذا كانت هذه العوامل لها تاثير معنوي على الناتج المحلي الاجمالي. وقد توصلت الدراسة الي ان كل العوامل لها تأثير معنوي على الناتج المحلي الاجمالي ما عدا التضخم. وان النموذج معنوي ويمكن التنبؤ به مستقبلا، وان طريقة انحدار الحرف افضل من طريقة المربعات الصغرى الاعتياديه حيث قيمة معامل التحديد( ) بطريقة انحدار الحرف (0.9976) بينما بلغت قيمة ( ) بطريقة المربعات الصغري (0.9999) وفي المقابل فان قيمة التباين (8325.3384) بطريقة انحدار الحرف كانت اكبر منه (1542.5923) بطريقة المربعات الصغري. ABSTRACT: The study dealt the most important factors influencing GDP in Sudan. The study relied on descriptive analysis during the period 1990-2015. The study's problem was to determine which estimation methods were best for estimating model parameters. The study aimed to study the most important factors affecting GDP by obtaining the best model to know which of the variables has high impact on GDP. And use that model to predict, to help using the appropriate decisions; the study was to prove the following: to know the impact of each variable (inflation, exports, imports, investment, government spending, and consumption) on GDP. And whether these factors have a significant impact on GDP. The study found that all factors have a significant effect on GDP excluding inflation. the model was significant and predictable in future, the ridge regression method is better than the ordinary least squares method where the value of the coefficient of determination was (0.9976) while the value of the OLS was (0.9999). In contrast, the variance was (8325.3384) in the ridge regression method is greater than (1542.5923) according to OLS method.

    أدوات الصيرفة الالكترونية ودورها في تحقيق رضا الزبون (دراسة تطبيقية في عدد من المصارف الأهلية في العراق)

    تناولت هذه الدراسة أدوات الصيرفة الالكترونية ودورها في تحقيق رضا الزبون، وذلك من خلال دراسة تطبيقية أجرتها على عدد من المصارف الاهلية العاملة في العراق، وتهدف الدراسة الى معرفة أهمية أدوات الصيرفة الالكترونية في المصارف المبحوثة ونجاحها في تحقيق رضا الزبائن، واستنتجت الدراسة الى عدم وجود علاقة معنوية بين كل من الصيرفة المنزلية ونقاط البيع الالكترونية ورضا الزبون ، ومن خلال ماتقدم نرفض الفرضية الرئيسة الأولى والفرضيتين الفرعيتين الأولى والثانية، وكذلك عدم وجود تأثير معنوي أدوات الصيرفة الالكترونية في رضا الزبون لدى العاملين عينة الدراسة إذ بلغت قيمة (F ) المحسوبة (0.256) وهي قيمة منخفضة جدا ومستوى الدلالة لها البالغة ( 0.615) وهي قيمة عالية مقارنة بمستوى المعنوية الافتراضي للبحث ( 0.05)، وقد جاءت الدراسة باهم التوصيات والتي تنص تشجيع الزبائن على استخدام أدوات الصيرفة الالكترونية الحديثة، وإعطاء مرونة للعاملين في الابداع والاختراع وتحفيزهم وتطوير مهاراتهم عن طريق الدورات التدريبية على استخدام أدوات الصيرفة الالكترونية الحديثة. Abstract This study dealt with the tools of electronic banking and its role in achieving customer satisfaction, through an applied study conducted by a number of private banks operating in Iraq, the study aims to know the importance of electronic banking tools in the banks investigated and success in achieving customer satisfaction, and concluded the study to the lack of relationship And the customer satisfaction. We reject the first hypothesis and the first and second sub-hypotheses, as well as the absence of a significant effect of the electronic banking tools in the satisfaction of the customer with the workers sample study The value of (F) calculated (0.266), which is very low value and the significance level of (0.615), which is high compared to the level of the default value of the search (0.05), and the study was the most important recommendations which provide encouragement to customers to use modern electronic banking tools, The flexibility of the inventors and inventors to stimulate and develop their skills through training courses on the use of modern electronic banking

    المساءلة التأديبية لقوات الشرطة - دراسة مقارنة

    تناولت الورقة المساءلة التأديبية لقوات الشرطة كدراسة مقارنة وتمثلت أهمية الدراسة في الجهة المختصة للنظام التأديبي لمنتسبي قوات الشرطة، تمثلت أهمية الدراسة في أن الكتابات في هذا الموضوع تكاد تكون معدومة في العراق على الرغم من انه يثير الكثير من الإشكالات القانونية خصوصاً ما يتعلق بتحديد واجبات المذكورين والعقوبات التي تفرض عليهم، وهدفت الدراسة إلى بيان الجهة المختصة عن المسالة التأديبية لأفراد الشرطة في كل من مصر والعراق والسودان. وكان منهج الدراسة المنهج التحليلي المقارن، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج من أهمها أن المشرع السوداني انتهج النظام الرئاسي لمحاسبة المخالفين من منتسبين قوى الأمن الداخلي ولكن أطلقه عليها مصطلح المحكمة سواء كانت إيجازية أم غير إيجازية، يتولى ضابط الشرطة الأقدم محاسبة المخالف ضمن طوائف الشرطة المنتمين إلى وحدته، وهو نظام متبع في جميع الدول ولا ريب فيه. وأوصي الباحث بضرورة توحيد الأنظمة القانونية في قانون عربي موحد. Abstract The paper dealt with the disciplinary accountability of the police forces as a comparative study and the importance of research in the competent authority of the disciplinary system for members of the police forces. The importance of research is that the writings on this subject are almost nonexistent in Iraq, although it raises many legal problems, which is imposed on them, and the study aimed at the statement of the competent authority on the disciplinary issue of police officers in Egypt, Iraq and Sudan. The methodology of the study was comparative analytical method, and the study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the Sudanese legislator adopted the presidential system to hold accountable the violators of the members of the Internal Security Forces but the term of the court, whether concise or non-concise, To its unity, which is a system that is followed in all countries, and there is no doubt about it. The researcher recommended the need to unify the legal systems in a unified law.

    الحماية القانونية للأجر في الفقه والقانون السوداني

    تهدف هذه الدراسة في دراسة الطرق والوسائل التي يمكن من خلالها وضع الحماية القانونية اللازمة لأجر العامل، وذلك لأهمية الأجر بالنسبة للعامل حيث أنه يمثل مصدر العيش له ولأسرته، والتالي يؤثر تأثيراً بالغاً على حياة المجتمع ككل. وقد أتبع الباحث في هذه الدراسة على المنهج التاريخي، والمنهج التحليلي، وإيراد ما كتب الشراح في هذا الموضوع. وتوصل الباحث الى عدة نتائج وتوصيات أهمها أن الأجر يمثل أهم حقوق العامل المترتبة على عقد العمل، وفي المقابل أهم ألتزامات صاحب العمل، مما يدعو الى ضرورة التوصية بوضع أقصي درجات الحماية القانونية التي تضمن وصوله الى العامل، والحفاظ على إستقرار حياة العامل والمجتمع بأسره. Abstract: The study aims at studying methodologies and styles that enable to set the required legal protection for the employee wage, because of the necessity of the wage for the employee, where it represent the source of the life of him and his family, subsequently, it can hardly affect on the all community life. The researcher followed the historical analytical method, and stipulating what was written by interpreters concerning this subject, The study comes up with many results, the important of which is that; the wage represent the important employee’s rights for his work contract, contrary it is the most important employer’ commitment, which lead to the recommendation necessity to provide the maximum legal protection degrees which guarantee it is arrival to employee, and saving the stability of not only the employee life but also for the entire community

    يعتمد العديد من مطوري تطبيقات الويب في بناء تطبيقاتهم على إستخدام إطارات العمل (Frameworks) والعديد من البرمجيات الجاهزة والمفتوحة المصدر(Open Source)، وذلك نظراً للمميزات العديدة التي تقدمها للمطور في تسهيل عملية البرمجة، إلا أنها تعاني من بعض نقاط الضعف البرمجية التي تمكن المخترقين من مهاجمة البنية التحتية الضعيفة للتطبيق. لذلك نجد إن الكثير من هذه الهجمات يعتمد بشكل أساسي على ثغرات برمجية موجودة في الملفات الخاصة بإطارات العمل والبرمجيات الجاهزة. في هذه الورقة تم التطرق الى مفهوم إطار العمل ومزاياه وعيوبه، بالإضافة الى أشهر وأكثر إطارات العمل إستخداماً في لغة PHP والمشاكل الأمنية المتعلقة بها.خلصت الدراسة الى نتائج إحصائية خاصة بالثغرات البرمجية الموجودة في كل إطار عمل، وعدد من التوصيات لتجنب الوقوع في هذه الثغرات البرمجية عند إستخدامك لإطار عمل معين. Abstract: Many web applications developers depend on building their applications by using frameworks, and many open source software due to many advantages they offer to developers to facilitate the programming process, but these frameworks suffer from some programing vulnerabilities that enable hackers to attack that weak application infrastructure. Therefore, we find that many of these attacks mainly depend on the software vulnerabilities exist in their frameworks files and open software applications. This paper addresses the concept of framework and the advantages and disadvantages of framework, in addition to the most commonly used frameworks in PHP language, and their security problems. This paper came out with statistical results for each framework vulnerabilities, and recommendations to avoid falling into these vulnerabilities when you use a particular framework.

    Impact of Job Rotation on Employees' Performance: Case study Omdurman Ahlia University Employees, Sudan

    - The aim of the study is to examine the impact of job rotation through these factors (benefits, barriers, challenges, limitations & disadvantages) on employees’ performance at Omdurman Ahlia University in Sudan. It was also know the relationship between employees' performance and years of experience& between job rotation and employees commitment. The study reveals that; there is a significant and favorable relationship between job rotation and an employee performance, also there is significant positive effect of Job Rotation on Employees commitment. The study recommended limiting the expected hindrances and disadvantages of job rotation via good planning and constant follow up, in addition to regular training.

    أثر تطبيق مراقبة جودة الأداء المهني لمكاتب المراجعة الخارجية فى تحسين تقارير المراجعة ( بحث ميداني علي مكاتب المراجعة الخارجية بولاية الخرطوم)

    استهدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على مدى اهتمام مكاتب المراجعة الخارجية بتطبيق مراقبة جودة الأداء المهني ومدى انعكاس ذلك على تقارير المراجعة الخارجية، لتحقيق هذا الهدف فقد قام الباحث بإجراء دراسة تطبيقية على عينة من مكاتب المراجعة العاملة بولاية الخرطوم باستخدام استمارة الاستبانة في تجميع بيانات الدراسة، أظهرت نتائج الدراسة النظرية والميدانية وجود اهتمام متعاظم لدى مكاتب المراجعة الخارجية ببرنامج مراقبة جودة الأداء المهني ودوره الفاعل في تحسين تقارير المراجعة الخارجية مع وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين برنامج مراقبة جودة الأداء المهني وتحسين نوعية تقارير المراجعة الخارجية، أوصت الدراسة بضرورة اهتمام مكاتب المراجعة الخارجية ببرنامج مراقبة جودة الأداء المهني لما لذلك من تأثير ايجابي على تقارير المراجعة الخارجية في بيئة الأعمال السودانية. Abstract: This research aimed to identify the extent to which audit firms are concerned with the application of control of professional performance quality system and the extent to which it affects external auditing reports. To achieve this objective, an applied study on a sample of audit firms in the Khartoum State has been carried out, using the questionnaire method to collect and analyze data. Based on the theoretical and field study, the research findings have shown an increasing interest among the audit firms in the system of control of professional performance quality and its effective role in the improvement of external auditing reports. There is a correlation that is statistically significant between the application of the system control of professional performance quality and the improvement of the quality of external auditing reports. The research, on the other hand, recommended audit firms to have a particular interest in the system of control of professional performance quality, since that has a positive effect on the external auditing reports in the Sudanese business environment.

    أثـر التمويل المصرفي في عجز الموازنة في السـودان للفترة (1996 – 2015م)

    تهدف الدراسة إلى بيان أثر التمويل المصرفي في عجز الموازنة في السودان خلال الفترة (1996 – 2015). تم استخدام الأساليب الإحصائية التي تتعامل مع طبيعة وخصائص السلاسل الزمنية لتحديد العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة مثل اختبار جذر الوحدة، التكامل المشترك، النموذج المقدر، في المديين الطويل والقصير. ومن خلال إنحدار التكامل المشترك اتضح أن سعر الصرف (EX) ومعدل التضخم (INF) أكثر تأثيراً في المدى الطويل نتيجة لزيادة الإنفاق بعد اتفاقية السلام في العام 2005م وقلة الإيرادات نتيجة لقلة الإنتاج والإنتاجية وخروج عائدات النفط من الموازنة العامة مما زاد من عجز الموازنة. أما نتائج النموذج المقدر أظهرت أن الناتج المحلي الإجمالي (GDP) أكثر تأثيراً في المدى القصير نتيجة للإصلاحات الهيكلية. لذلك يوصى الباحث بالاهتمام بزيادة معدلات الناتج المحلي الإجمالي من خلال إصلاحات هيكلية تستهدف زيادة الإنتاجية وتشجيع المنتجين لتحقيق الاستقرار الاقتصادي.   Abstract This paper aims to explain the effect of Bank funding on financing on public budget deficit in Sudan, during (1996 – 2015). The study used the statistic methods which deal with the nature and characteristics of time series in order to specify the relationship between the variables. Unit root test, co-integration and the estimated model are used to study the variable for the long and short term. Through Co-integration, regression, it is clear that the exchange rate, inflation are affected by the long term. Due to the increase of spending after the peace agreement in 2005, and the revenue decreased, as a result of the lack of production and productivity and the exit of the oil revenues from the budget. The result of estimated model reveals that the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) has more effects in short term as a result of economic reformation. The researcher recommended the increase of GDP through structural reforms aiming at increasing productivity and encouraging producers to achieve economic stability.
