lnvestment in financial statements is considered to be the best tools of
investment in the current era, in a reason of its multi atltributes that can
pulled investors to direct their savings and investment in financial
statement. The problem of the research held on: the invelztor is not aware
of the importance of investing in financial statements because they have
lack of knowledge and less experiences and lack of knowledge of
obstructions that prevent the promotion of distrusting the investments
certificates. No financial statement available with lthe income of
community like farmers , labours , also the problems ca i be held on how
to take decisions regarding the distribution of thj profit to the
shareholders in continuous. i
Also, the aim of the research to reach the problems and difficulties that
limited the strategy application of marketing to the financial statement
services in Sudan company, and study of the sufficiendy of the current
political marketing followed in marketing investment certificates to give a
required recommendations. The importance of the research is coming
from the importance of this sector, and marketing services and the role
that played to the national economy, the patient increment which is found
by service sector that represented in financial statementll, which leads to
collect savings through pulling capitals , and then impro ed development
in the country . also the effectives of increasing the numjver of companies
that issued and promoted certificates to service m rketing for the
financial statement to customers.
The study constructed on the following hypotheses: l
To promote certificates of investments through daily nevlvs considered the
best tool for marketing the governmental investment certificates. The
strategic of marketing services depend on indirect truction strategy
from agent and arbitrators. There is a significance stat stically between
the sufficient of service marketing of financial statement and the rate of
purchasing financial statements. i

The researcher arrived the following results:
The investors prefer investment in financial statements which is not risky
and can transferred to cash as soon as possible. The positive variety of
pocket assets consider to be the most available means td decrease risk in
investment in financial statements.
