دور نظم المعلومات الإدارية في اتخاذ القرارات في القبول و التسجيل بالتطبيق على جامعة النيلين

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلي توضيح العلاقة بين مستوى أداء إدارة القبول والتسجيل وتقديم المعلومات اللازمة لاتخاذ القرارات الإدارية الرشيدة في جامعة النيلين. وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال التالي: ما دور نظم المعلومات الإدارية في صنع القرارات الإدارية الرشيدة في القبول و التسجيل بجامعة النيلين ؟ وقد تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، والاستبانة لجمع المعلومات وتحليلها بالطرق الإحصائية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى هناك علاقة إيجابية بين المستوى التنظيمي لإدارة القبول و التسجيل واستخدام المعلومات اللازمة لصنع القرارات الإدارية، وكذلك جودة المعلومات الإدارية لنظم المعلومات في جامعة النيلين. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاستفادة من نظام المعلومات المتكامل في قياس النتائج والإحصاءات التي تحدد نتائج الهدر الطلابي ومعرفة أسبابها. وأن يزود نظام المعلومات الإدارية المحوسبة المستفيدين بالمخططات البيانية التي يحتاجونها. Abstract The study aimed to clarify the relationship between the level of performance of the administration of admission and registration and provide the necessary information to make good administrative decisions at the University of Neelain. The problem of the study was the following question: What is the role of administrative information systems in making good administrative decisions in admissions and registration at the University of Neelain? The descriptive analytical method، and the questionnaire for the collection and analysis of information by statistical methods, have been used. The study found a positive relationship between the organizational level of the administration of admission and registration and the use of information necessary to make administrative decisions, as well as the quality of information management information systems at the University of Neelain. The study recommended the need to benefit from the integrated information system in measuring the results and statistics that determine the results of student waste and know the reasons. And that the computerized management information system should provide beneficiaries with the graphical schemes they need.
