إمكانية تطبيق نظام الحوسبة السحابية في المصارف العراقية–أنموذج مقترح

Abstract

نتيجة التنافس الحاد في ميدان المال والاعمال فقد تواجه المؤسسات المالية بشكل عام والمصارف بشكل خاص تحديات توفير الخدمات المصرفية الحديثة للزبون بشكل سريع وتحقيق استدامة العلاقة مع الزبون بسبب التعقيدات المستمرة في البيئة فضلاً عن جانب البحث والتطوير في أداء اعمالها لوجود ضعف في البنى التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات التي أصبحت تواجه العمل المصرفي في العراق وخصوصاً عمليات التغيير المستمر في التكنولوجيا والانتقال من مرحلة الى مرحلة جديدة الامر الذي يتوجب على المصارف العراقية البحث والتنقيب عن تقنيات جديدة واستثمارها بشكل يحقق لها حالة من التطور والنمو في السوق ، كما ان انخفاض مستوى تكنولوجيا المعلومات في المصارف العراقية يتوجب ابتكار وتطبيق انظمة حديثة مثل نظام الحوسبة السحابية لتقديم افضل الخدمات للزبائن كونها بعد استراتيجي مهم لديمومة العمل المصرفي من خلال الاستفادة من مزايا خفض الكلفة والسرعة والتوقيت وذلك من خلال التحول من العمل التقليدي للعمليات المصرفية (التحويل ، الشراء ، معرفة الحساب، الرواتب ) الى التطبيقات السحابية المدعومة بشبكة الانترنت. الكلمات: الحوسبة السحابية ، السحابة .

Abstract As a result of fierce competition in the field of business and finance, business organizations in general and banks in particular may face the problems of providing services to the customer quickly and sustain the relationship with the customer due to the continuing complexity of the environment as well as the research and development in its performance due to the weakness in the IT infrastructure which is facing The banking business in Iraq, especially the ongoing change in technology and the transition from one stage to a new stage, which is the duty of Iraqi banks to search for and exploration for new technologies and investment in order to achieve a state of development and growth in the market.
