Abstract

تتضح أهمية تقييم مواقع المكتبات الجامعية على شبكة الإنترنت لبيان مدى تميزها وجاهزيتها للأداء القوي, والممارسة المهنية الجادة وفق المعايير, لتقديم نماذج معيارية قابلة للتحديث والتطوير, والمساهمة في تحقيق أهداف استخدام التكنولوجيا والتحول الرقمي. من أهداف الدراسة التعرف على عناصر مؤشر مواقع المكتبات الإلكترونية ضمن المعيار العربي الموحد، وحاولت الباحثة معرفة مدى توافقه مع موقع مكتبة جامعة لنيلين, بتصميم استمارة قياس تحتوي على عناصر مؤشر الموقع الإلكتروني المتضمن في المعيار العربي الموحد للمكتبات الجامعية. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج التحليلي الوصفي, وكانت أهم نتائج الدراسة دعم مؤشر المعيار العربي لأهداف المكتبة ووظائفها بدرجة متوسطة, والتوافق الكامل مع عناصر التصميم بنسبة 100%. ومن أهم توصيات الدراسة تطوير الموقع وإضافة جميع الوظائف التي تحقق أهداف المكتبة, وتطوير وتفعيل خدمات المستفيدين المستحدثة. الكلمات المفتاحية: - تقييم مواقع الإنترنت. - تقييم مواقع المكتبات. - معايير تقييم مواقع المكتبات. - المعيار العربي الموحد للمكتبات الجامعية.

Abstract Evaluating the websites of university libraries on the internet shows these libraries are effectual and ready for excellent performance. The strict professional practice which comes in accordance with a criteria providing standard models that are subject to be updated and improved. This will contribute in achieving the goals of using technology and digital transformation. Some objectives of the study are identified on the elements of electronic libraries websites within the unified Arab standard. The researcher tried to find out how compatible is it with Al-Neelain University library. The researcher used the analytical descriptive method. The most important result of the study was the support of the Arab standard index to the library and its functions in a medium degree. Beside the full compatibility with the design elements by 100%. One of the most important recommendations of the study is to developing the website and adding all the functions that help to achieve the library objectives. In addition to the improvement and activation of the new services for the users.
