dc.description.abstract- The aim of the study is to examine the impact of job rotation through these factors (benefits, barriers, challenges, limitations & disadvantages) on employees’ performance at Omdurman Ahlia University in Sudan. It was also know the relationship between employees' performance and years of experience& between job rotation and employees commitment. The study reveals that; there is a significant and favorable relationship between job rotation and an employee performance, also there is significant positive effect of Job Rotation on Employees commitment. The study recommended limiting the expected hindrances and disadvantages of job rotation via good planning and constant follow up, in addition to regular training.en_US
