سلوك البحث عن المعلومات لدى المستفيدين من المكتبات الجامعية بولاية الخرطوم : دراسة حالة مكتبة أكاديمية السودان للعلوم المصرفية والمالية

Abstract

المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على سلوك البحث عن المعلومات لدى المستفيدين بمكتبة أكاديمية السودان للعلوم المصرفية والمالية في ظل التغيرات التكنولوجية. وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في السؤال الرئيس التالي: ما هو واقع سلوك البحث عن المعلومات لدى المستفيدين من مكتبة الدراسة؟. بينما تمثلت تساؤلاتها في الآتي: ما هي دوافع المستفيدين عينة الدراسة عند البحث عن المعلومات؟.وما هي الطرق والأساليب التي يستخدمونها عند البحث عن المعلومات؟. ما هي أشكال مصادر المعلومات التي يستخدمها المستفيدين عند البحث عن المعلومات؟. ما هي العوامل المؤثرة في البحث عن المعلومات لدي المستفيدين من مكتبة الدراسة؟.ما هي الصعوبات التي تواجه المستفيدين عينة الدراسة عند البحث عن المعلومات؟.وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج التاريخي و ذلك لمعرفة تاريخ سلوك البحث عن المعلومات لدي المستفيدين بالمكتبات، و للإيفاء بمتطلبات الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بشقيه التحليل ودراسة الحالة للوقوف على واقع سلوك البحث عن المعلومات لدى المستفيدين بمكتبة الدراسة. إضافة إلى استخدام الأسلوب الإحصائي لتحليل البيانات التي تم جمعها.واستخدام الباحث المصادر والمراجع بمختلف أنواعها وأشكالها،الملاحظة المباشرة والاستبيان كأدوات لجمع البيانات.ومن أهم النتائج أثبتت الدراسة أن نسبة (83.9%) من عينة الدراسة يترددون علي المكتبة لاستخدام الكتب المطبوعة.أظهرت الدراسة أن نسبة (52.9%) من المستفيدين عينة الدراسة يفضلون استخدام مصادر المعلومات التقليدية (المطبوعة).ومن أهم توصيات الدراسة تدريب المستفيدين علي استخدام المكتبة والإفادة من خدماتها بصورة مستمرة، فضلاً عن تدريبهم علي استخدام مصادر المعلومات الإلكترونية.توظيف تقنية المعلومات والاتصالات في إتاحة خدمات المعلومات للمستفيدين.

Abstract The present study aimed to recognize information seeking behavior among the users of the library of the Sudan Academy for Banking and Financial Sciences in the context of modern technological changes. The problem of the study consists in addressing the following main question: what is the reality of information seeking behavior among the study library users at SABFS?.The study also addresses the following specific questions: what are the sources of information consulted by users when seeking information?.What are the factors when influence the process of information seeking among the users?.What are the challenger confoundtheusers in the users in the selected sample information seeking?.The researcher adopted the historical approach for recognizing information seeking behavior, and the descriptive (analytic and case study) approach to examinethe behavior among the users. Reality of information seeking behavior. Appropriate statistical methods were used to enhance the data of the study which were collected through directed observation and questionnaire. Different checklist.Sources and reference were consulted as sec Sources of date. The study obtained some significant results including: that 83.9% of the respondent users come to the library to use printed books. 52.9% of the sample prefer using the traditional sources of information (printed matters). Based on the findings the study recommended training users to use of the services of the library. Especially the electronic sources of information.employing the modern information and communicationtechnologyin offering information services for users.
