اثر السياسات الاقتصادية على أداء مشروع الجزيرة خلال الفترة 2005م – 2017م

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الي معرفة أثر السياسات الاقتصادية على اداء مشروع الجزيرة خلال فترة الدراسة، بجانب دراسة الاثار الاقتصادية لخصخصة المشروع واثار قانون 2005م، كما تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في ماهواثر السياسات الاقتصادية على أداء مشروع الجزيرة وتفرعت منها الاسئلة التالية: مامدي دور سياسة التحرير الإقتصادي على اداء مشروع الجزيرة ؟ وكما هدفت الدراسة الي معرفة السياسات الاقتصادية واثرها على أداء المشروع بالاضافة الي اهم ملامح المشروع وتأثره بسياسة التحرير الاقتصادي، تمثلت اهمية الدراسة بان السياسات الاقتصادية لها اثار على أداء مشروع الجزيرة سلباً او ايجاباً، فنجاح مشروع الجزيرة متوقف على السياسات الاقتصادية المتبعه، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج التاريخي الوصفي، ومن خلال الدراسة توصل الباحث النتائج التالية: اهمها إن سياسة التحرير الإقتصادي عمقة من تدهور مشروع الجزيرة ولذلك لابد من توفر سياسات راشدة تدعم المشروع وتوفر التمويل ، وكما توصلت الدراسة إلي اهم التوصيات لابد من تطبيق سياسات إقتصادية تؤثر بشكل ايجابي على اداء مشروع الجزيرة. الكلمات المفتاحية: مشروع الجزيرة، الاداء، السياسات الإقتصادية Abstract The study aimed to determine the impact of economic policies on the performance of Al-Gezira Scheme during the study period, as well as studying the economic effects of the privatization of the project and the effects of 2005 law. The study the problem of the study was represented in: What is the impact of economic policies on the performance of Al-Gezira Scheme? The following questions were raised: What is the role of the economic liberalization policy on the performance of the Al-Gezira Scheme? The study also aimed to know the economic policies and their impact on the project, in addition to the main features of the project and how it influenced by policy of economic liberalization. The importance of the study was that economic policies have an impact on the performance of Al-Gezira Scheme, negatively or positively, as the success of Al-Gezira Scheme depends on the economic policies that are followed. The study used descriptive historical method. Through the study, the researcher reached the following results: The most important of which are that the policy of economic liberalization deepened the deterioration of Al-Gezira Scheme; therefore, there is a need for rational policies that support the project and provide funding. The study reached the following important recommendations: Economic policies must be applied that positively affect the performance of Al-Gezira Scheme.
