    دور مصرف الإدخار والتنمية الإجتماعية فى مكافحة الفقر فى السودان ( تجربة فرع جامعة النيلين النموذجى ) 2013-2020

    المستخلص هدف الدراسة الى التعرف مؤسسات التمويل المختلفة إحدي الجهات المعنية بتحقيق التنمية الإقتصادية لما لها من دور كبير في مد القطاعات المختلفة بالأموال اللازمة لإستثمارها في مشاريع إنتاجية تعود بالفائدة علي الأفراد والمجتمع ، أن رأس المال هو العامل الرئيسي في إنتاج وزيادة الأموال لمكافحة حلقة الفقر. تتحدت مشكل البحث فى دور التمويل الاصغر فى الخفيف من حد الفقر. تناولت دراسة ميدانية لمعرفة كيفية إزالة الفقر وكانت في بنك الإدخار والتنمية الإجتماعية وطرق نجاح خدمات التمويل الأصغر ، بطرح أسئلة علي عملاء البنك. اهم النتائج والفرضيات أن أكثر المستفيدين في التمويل ذكور وإناث أقلية وتتراوح أعمارهم ما بين (30-40) سنة وأغلبهم متزوجين ، ومن ناحية أنواع التمويل التمويل الحرفي هو أكثر أنواع التمويل المستخدم وأقلها قطاع الصناعة بنسبة 8% وهذا يدل علي أن أهتمام الدولة بالمشاريع الصناعية الكبيره تلعب دور فعال في التنمية الإقتصادية ، نجد ان الغروض فى مصرف الإدخار غير كافى للتمويل ، و اثبتت الدراسة أيضاً أن أصحاب المشاريع الممولة كان ذهابهم إلي مصرف الإدخار والتنمية الإجتماعية وتعاملهم بمفردهم وهذا يدل علي أن الأعمال المصرفية قد وصلت إلي الجميع ، مما يساعد الدولة في تقدمها الإقتصادي مما أثبت وجود مشاكل كبيرة في الرسوم الحكومية بنسبة 55% ومشاكل التسويقية وتمويلية وإيضاً مشروعات أخرى من التضخم وندرة الموارد الأولية . اهم التوصيات سياسات بنك الإدخار للتمويل التى يتبعها تسيبت فى نجاح التمويل الى زيادة الدخل الشهرى وتخفيف من حد الفقر . نوصى بزيادة السقف التمويلى للمشروعات التمويل الاصغر لحل مشكلتى الفقر والبطالة لانها توثر فى التنمية الإقتصادية والإجتماعية ، والاهتمام بتطوير مراكز التدريب المنهى والحرفى والتدريب فى مجال الصناعات الصغيره ، والتدريب ببرامج التنمية والسياسات الحكومية . Abstract The various financing in situation are regarded as one of the concerned organs fore achieving economic development. This is due to their important role in granting funding to various sectors to finance productive project which will give benefit to individuals and the society as whole capital is regarded as a necessary element to fight poverty. The study tries to study how to alleviate poverty (the case of siring and Social Development Bank) in the sphere of services granted to various investors. The study used the method of questionnaire covering the customer of the bank (30 to 40 years old). The result of the questionnaire showed that financing the craft sector is the main sector and the other industrial sector has a minor role. The study showed that the interested investors were able to contact the bank directly without any intermediaries due to that monitor services have reached those who have the interest to invest. The study showed that there are many obstacles facing the investors, inducing customs duties, marketing facilities and the unavailability of primary resources. These obstacles however as a matter of fact have not obstructed the bank policies. This is because the bank policies have succeeded to increase the monthly incomes of the customers’ elevate poverty.

    اثر الزكاءة في مكافحة الفقر دراسة تطبيقية لديوان الزكاة بولاية البحر الاحمر

    Abstract This thesis deals with the role that the Zakat chambers plays in combating poverty and it also exposes Zakat as being an effective means or mechanism for solving the issue of poverty that inflicts many of the Islamic countries . The thesis also shows the flexibility of the Islamic style of economy when it deals with the social affairs _ The thesis is discusses the targets of Zakat which comprises worship , social and economic target it also identifies the power of the State in collecting and distributing Zakat revenues and its administration to realize the targets mentioned . - The thesis clarifies the development of the Zakat system in the Sudan since the Mahadya era and later when the Zakat voluntarily fund was established and then worked with collaboration of the taxation bureau until its present being . ~ The Zakat chambers is now playing a great role in lessening the impact of poverty through the rational employment of the Zakat revenues and properties . The thesis deals particularly with the impact of poverty in the Red Sea State as a model of the poor resources States in the Sudan and it identified the reason of thus poverty like the draught and the perishment of the sheep and cattle and the high level of malnutrition and the lack of security at the State borders which caused massive displacement that heavily hits the standard of living . The thesis also deals with the effort exerted by the organizations in combating poverty in collaboration with the Zakat chamber and also it deals with the role of the Zakat chambers in the Red Sea State and its effort in solving . This great problem which bad be needs international help . The thesis come to the fact that Zakat chambers is a vital mean for lessening poverty and it needs more efforts to reach the real amount of the Zakat revenues .
