Item الولاء التنظيمي وعلاقته بالصلابة النفسية واساليب القيادة لدى العاملين بوزارة الصحة ولاية جنوب دارفور(alneelain, 2016) الطاهر علي الطاهر الدفعهabstract This research aimed to detect the relationship between the organizational loyalty and psychological hardness and leadership styles also the relationship between the organizational loyalty and these variable (years of experience, qualifications), alsoithe differences in the organizational loyalty attributing to gender. To achieve this goal the researcher used the descriptive correlational method the research sample consist of 300 employee from ministry of health in south Darfiir state(l44) are male (156) are female selected by simple random method. For collecting data the researcher used form of primary data, organizational loyalty scale prepared by the researcher, psychological hardness scale prepared by (Yonken & Beitz) and leadershiptstyles scale prepared by the researcher. The data manipulated by statistical package for social sciences through those tests: Sperman-brown equation, Alpha-kronbakh equati0n,- T test for one sample and T test for two sample, ANOVA, person and Sperman correlation. And the results as follow: the organizational loyalty among the employees of ministry of health in south Darfur state is high, there is positive correlation relationship between the organizational loyalty and leadership styles, also there is no relationship between the organizational loyalty and psychological hardness, while there is correlation relationship not significant between the organizational loyalty and years of experience. There are significant statistical differences in organizational loyalty attributing to gender in favor to male. There is significant interaction between psychological hardness and leadership styles reflex on organizational loyalty, as there is significant interaction between gender and years of experience reflex on organizational loyalty. There are significant statistical differences in organizational loyalty attributing to qualifications in favor to bachelor degree. _ V Eventually the researcher but some procedural recommendations according to the findings likez. promoting the organizational loyalty by participating the employees in management of the corporation also it is very important to establish office for counseling to conduct counseling to the employees and also suggest some future research like: studying the relationship between the job satisfaction and organizational loyalty .and the relationship between the organizational loyalty and vocational interests.Item الإحتراق النفسي وعلاقته بالولاء التنظيمي لدي العاملين بالمنظمات الاجنبيه بولاية جنوب دارفور(2011) الطاهر علي الطاهر الدفعهالمستخلص يهدف هذا البحث الي معرفة مستوي الاحتراق النفسي والسمة العامة للولاء التنظيمي لدي العاملين بالمنظمات الطوعية الاجنبية بولاية جنوب دارفور وكذلك كشف العلاقة بين الاحتراق النفسي والولاء التنظيمي ، بالاضافة كذلك يود الباحث معرفة العلاقة بين سنوات الخبره والاحتراق النفسي وكذلك معرفة اذا كانت هناك فروق بين الجنسين في الاحتراق النفسي وكذلك معرفة الفروق بين المتزوجين وغير المتزوجين وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من 120 فرد ، وتم استخدام مقياس ماسلاك الاحتراق النفسي ومقياس الولاء التنظيمي من اعداد الباحث وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي وايضاً استخدم الباحث برنامج SPSS لتحليل بيانات الدراسة وقد توصل الي النتائج الاتية: الاحتراق النفسي لدي افراد العينة يتميز بالارتفاع وكذلك الولاء التنظيمي، لاتوجد علاقة ارتباطية بين الاحتراق النفسي والولاء التنظيمي، ايضاً لاتوجد علاقة ارتباطية بين الاحتراق النفسي وسنوات الخدمة ، بالاضافة لذلك توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين الذكور والاناث في الاحتراق النفسي لصالح الاناث ولكن توجد فروق بين المتزوجين وغير المتزوجين في الاحتراق النفسي لصالح المتزوجين . وفي ختام البحث تم التوصل الى عدد من التوصيات والمقترحات لدراسات مستقبلية ثم المراجع والملاحق. Abstract This research is aimed to discover the relationship between the burnout and organizational commitment as well as find out if there are gender differences in burnout among employees in NGOs in south Darfur state, also to see if there any significant differences between male and female also to know if there relationship between burnout and experience in addition to this also to discover the differences in burnout among employees whom are married and unmarried. The sample of the research is 120 person had been selected randomly, the researcher use maslach’s burnout scale and organizational commitment, the analyzed by SPSS. The result: The organizational commitment among NGOs employers is high. Also The burnout among NGOs employers is high, No any significant relationship between burnout and organizational commitment, there are significant differences between married and unmarried employees in NGOs in burnout for married. No any significant relationship between burnout and experience. There are significant differences between male and female in burnout for female. Eventually the researcher but some recommendation & suggestions to new research in future, then the references and supplementary
