Item الإحتياجات التدريبية اللازمة لرفع كفاءة مديري مدارس تعليم الأساس من وجهة نظرهم وفق معايير الجودة الشاملة (دراسة تحليلية تقويمية)(جامعة النيلين, 2022) مبارك يوسف محمد احمدمستخلص الدراسة هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة الإحتياجات التدريبية اللازمة لرفع كفاءة مديري مدارس الأساس من وجهة نظرهم وفق الجودة الشاملة بمحلية زالنجي بولاية وسط دافور. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي وكانت أداة الدراسة (الإستبانة) تكونت من 45 فقرة موزعة على محاور الدراسة الثلاثة وتم تطبيقها على مجتمع الدراسة عن طريق اختيار عينة عشوائية من مدراء المدارس وعددهم 60 مدير ومديرة من جملة العدد البالغ 96 مدير ومديرة بمرحلة الأساس بالمحلية . استخدم الباحث التحليلات الاحصائية اللازمة وفق النظم الاحصائية برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية لتحليل العلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) . وخلصت الدراسة لعدة نتائج أهمها :- 1. وجود حاجة للتدريب في مجال المهارات الإدارية المتعلقة بالمجالات وشؤون التدريس و الطلبة وتحسين المناهج وعلاقة المدرسة بالمجتمع المحلي ومجال الشؤون المالية ومهام وواجبات مديري المدارس . 2. تعمل الدورات التدريبية المخصصة على رفع كفاءة المدراء وإكساب المعلمين المهارات اللازمة في معالجة المشكلات التي تعترضهم واستخدام طرائق التدريس والوسائل التعليمية الحديثة. 3. من النتائج التي توصل إليها الدارس لتطبيق الجودة الشاملة في ترقية الأداء الإداري كانت في جميع المجالات تتمثل في التنظيم والتخطيط والإتصال والتدريب والمراقبة والتقويم . 4. كما ركزت الدراسة على عدم وجود فروق دالة احصائياً في متوسط درجة الإحتياجات التدريبية تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس والمؤهل والخبرة . اوصت الدراسة بالآتي:- 1. التدريب المستمر للمدراء ضمن خطة تدريبية تسير بشكل رأسي لضمان امتلاك المدير المهارات والمعارف للقيام بالدورالتربوي المناط به. 2. الاهتمام بتدريب المدراء وفق الإحتياجات الفعلية لهم . 3. إنشاء مركز معلومات يلبي الإحتياجات التدريبية لميري المدارس وتنظيم برامج تدريبية تهدف لمواكبة التطور في المجال. Abstract This study aimed to know the necessity of training needs to raise the efficiency of school managers, from their point of view, according to the total quality in Zalingei locality, in the state of Central Darfur. The researcher used the descriptive method, and the study tool was (the questionnaire) that consisted of 45 items distributed over the three axes of the study, and it was applied to the study population by a random sample selection of 60 school managers out of a total of (96) in the basic stage in the locality. The researcher used the necessary statistical analyzes according to the statistical systems theStatistical pakage for social Sciences Programm (SPSS(The study comes up with several results, the most important are:- 1. One of the most important results in the field of teaching needs is that there is a high need for training among all members of the sample on administrative skills related to the following areas: - the administrative field, teaching affairs, student affairs, curriculum improvement, the school’s relationship with the local community, the field of financial affairs, and the tasks and duties of school managers. 2. One of the most important results in the field of raising the efficiency of management, is the need to instill self-confidence and provide teachers with the necessary skills to address the problems they encounter, use teaching methods and modern teaching aids, and enroll them in training courses. 3. One of the results reached by the student for the application of total quality in the promotion of administrative performance was in all areas represented in the organization, planning, communication, training, monitoring and evaluation. 4. The study also focused on the absence of statistically significant differences in the average degree of training needs due to the variables of gender, qualification and experience. The study recommended the following:- 1. Continuous training of managers within a vertically-oriented training plan to ensure that the manager possesses the skills and knowledge to carry out the educational role assigned to him. 2. Paying attention to training schools according to their higher needs. 3.
