Item مناهج تعليم اللغة العربية في المدارس الحكومية بالفلبين (دراسة وصفية - تقويمية)(جامعة النيلين, 2007) علي حاج موسى فينوتيABSTRACT This thesis is entitled " Curriculums of Teaching Arabic Language. at Government Schools in Philippines “ As this study started off from a problem‘ of negligence in Curriculum elements dealing, whereas the researcher attempted to find out the possible solutions for that Problem depending on the meaning of the Curriculum for teaching Arabic for non-Arabic speakers. _ The researcher followed the descriptive Curriculum in writing this thesis that takes analysis and assessment into its consideration. As he used questioners and interviews in field data collections where he distributed questions to both Samples of instructors and teachers. This study was handled within six chapters as follows: The first chapter composed of the research Principals, while the second chapter dealt with the theoretical frame of the meaning of Curriculum for teaching Arabic for non-Arabic speakers. Thus, the third chapter was a glance at Philippines, the standard of Arabic Language and the late studies related to this topic that consisted of nine studies. However, the forth chapter discussed the Curriculum of teaching Arabic in Philippines Governments Schools, it's objectives, contents, methods and assessments, While the fifth chapter was a data about performance of field studies as the sixth chapter was considered as a conclusion Wherein the researcher mentioned the most significant results, recommendation, suggestions, bibliographies and accessories. The most significant results that reached by this study was that the curriculum ignored the sufficient assessments and weakened the teacher's Language and professional competence in one side, their carelessness of Practicing Arabic with [the students in and out the class in the other sides All those neglects made the students in one way or the other unfamiliar with Arabic. The researcher recommended the following: Increasing number of specialist and Curriculum experts makers in the field, complementing the spaces of negligence that Arabic Language course suffering from, promoting the teacher's training standards, qualifying and providing them with satisfactory skills and competence to implement the Curriculum Constructively.
