    أثر تطبيق بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية (بالتطبيق على بنك فيصل الإسلامي السوداني) خلال الفترة (2013-2018م)

    المستخلص تناولت الدراسة أثر تطبيق بطاقة الاداء المتوازن في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية بالتطبيق على بنك فيصل الاسلامي السوداني ، خلال الفترة 2013 – 2018م و تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في التعرف على دور بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في الميزة التنافسية بقطاع المصارف في ظل التطور السريع الذي تشهده منظمات الأعمال كي تستطيع أن توالي التطورات وكذلك معرفة مدى إدراك مدراء قطاع المصارف بمفهوم بطاقة الأداء المتوازن لرفع كفاءة اداؤها وتقديمها للخدمات المختلفة ، وهدفت الدراسة الى التعرف على مدى تطبيق بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في قطاع المصارف ومن ثم تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في بنك فيصل الاسلامي السوداني و إثراء المكتبة بمادة علمية في بطاقة الأداء المتوازن والميزة التنافسية يمكن الرجوع اليها، وتوضيح دور بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في رفع الأداء بقطاع المصارف. و تمثلت الفرضية الرئيسة للدراسة في ان هنالك علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين بطاقة الأداء المتوازن والميزة التنافسية ببنك فيصل الإسلامي السوداني و من ثم تفرعت الى فرضيات فرعية و خلصت الدراسة الى العديد من النتائج اهمها، أن تطبيق بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في المصارف يساعد على تحقيق الميزة التنافسية لأنها تهتم بجميع جوانب الأداء (مالي – عملاء – عمليات داخلية -ونمو وتعلم- والبعد البيئي). و توصلت الدراسة الى العديد من التوصيات اهمها ، على إدارة المصارف وخاصة التجارية أن تعمل على تطبيق بطاقة الأداء المتوازن بجوانبها الأربعة لضمان تحقيق الميزة التنافسية ضرورة مواكبة الأساليب والطرق الحديثة المستخدمة في قياس الأداء لأنها تقوم على قياس الأداء بمختلف جوانبه خاصة بطاقة الأداء المتوازن. Abstract The study dealt with the impact of the application of balanced scorecard in achieving the competitive advantage of the application on the Faisal Islamic Bank of Sudan, during the period 2013 - 2018 m. The study aims at identifying the extent of applying the balanced scorecard in the banking sector and identifying the obstacles of applying the balanced scorecard. Banking sector. And then achieve the competitive advantage in Faisal Islamic Bank of Sudan and enrich the library with scientific material in the balanced scorecard and competitive advantage can be consulted, and clarify the role of balanced scorecard in raising performance in the banking sector. The main hypothesis of the study was that there is a statistically significant relationship between the balanced scorecard and the competitive advantage of Faisal Islamic Bank of Sudan and then branched into sub-hypotheses. The study concluded to many of the most important results. Achieving the competitive advantage because it is concerned with all aspects of performance (financial - customers - internal processes and growth and learning). The study has reached many recommendations, the most important of which is the management of banks, especially commercial ones, to apply the balanced scorecard in all its four aspects to ensure the achievement of competitive advantage. The need to keep abreast of modern methods and methods used in measuring performance because it is based on measuring performance in various aspects, especially balanced scorecard.

    أثر الحوافز على أداء العاملين بقطاع الخدمات التعليمية (دراسة تطبيقية على جامعة إفريقيا العالمية)

    المستخلص تناولت الدراسة أثر الحوافز والمكافآت على أداء العاملين في جامعة افريقيا العالمية. تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في عدم وجود سياسات واضحة للحوافز في الجامعة.وهدفت الدراسة إلي التعرف على أنواع الحوافز بالجامعة، ودراسة وتحليل أثر الحوافز على مستوى الأداء في جامعة افريقيا العالمية وأتبعت الدراسة المنهج التحليلي الوصفي وكانت أهم الفروض توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الحوافز المادية وأداء العاملين بجامعة افريقيا العالمية، وتوجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الحوافز المعنوية وأداء العاملين بجامعة افريقيا العالمية وتوجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المكافآت وأداء العاملين بجامعة افريقيا العالمية. وكانت من أهم النتائج: هنالك أثر إيجابي للحوافز المادية في جامعة افريقيا العالمية.الأجر الذي يتقاضاه العامل بالجامعة يعتبر أجر مجزي، .تعمل الجامعة على تحسين بيئة العمل المادية باستمرار، مما يدفع الموظفين للتمسك بالعمل. وكانت من أهم التوصيات: الاهتمام بالحوافز بأنواعها المختلفة لأنها تؤثر على مستوى أداء العاملين بالجامعة. وبالتالي تنعكس على الخدمات التي تقدمها الجامعة للمتعاملين. أن يكون الأجر الذي يتقاضاه العامل بالجامعة مجزي، وإن كان الأجر يتكامل مع الحوافز في إشباع حاجات العاملين فإن الأجر يعتبر الحافز الأول للعمل وبهما معا تتحقق الدافعية وبقدر إشباعها يأتي العمل. Abstract The study examined the effect of incentives and rewards on the performance of employees in the International University of Africa. The problem of the study was that there were no clear incentive policies in the University. Theaim of the study was to identify the types of incentives in the University and to study and analyses the effect of incentives at the level of performance in the International University of Africa. The study followed descriptive analytical method and the most important hypotheses. There is a statistically significant relationship between the material incentives and the performance of the employees of the International University of Africa. There is a statistically significant relation between the moral incentives and the performance of the employees of the International University of Africa. There is a statistically significant relationship between the reward and the performance of employees in the International University of Africa, the most important results were: There was a positive effect of the physical incentives in the International University of Africa The wage paid by the worker in the university is considered a rewarding wage. The university is working to improve the physical work environment constantly, which drives employees to adhere to the work,.The most important recommendations were: Attention to incentives of various types because they effect the level of performance of employees in the university. And thus reflected in the services provided by the university to clients.The wage paid by the worker in the university is rewarding, even if the wage is integrated with the incentives to satisfy the needs of the workers, the wage is the first incentive for the work and together they achieve the motivation and to the satisfaction of the work comes.

    الدور الوسيط للإبداع الإداري في العلاقة بين التدريب وجودة الأداء بالتطبيق على الصندوق القومي للامدادت الطبية

    المستخلص تناول البحث الدور الوسيط لابعاد الابداع الاداري في العلاقة بين التدريب وجودة الاداء في الصندوق القومي للامدادت الطبية هدف البحث الي التعرف على مفاهيم ( التدريب – الابداع الادارى وجودة الاداء) و اختبار توسط عناصر (الابداع الادارى) للعلاقة بين التدريب وجودة الاداء. تمثلت مشكلة البحث في استفهام رئيسي هل تتوسط ابعاد الابداع الادارى العلاقة بين التدريب وجودة الاداء فى الصندوق القومى للامدادات الطبية، تمثلت فروض البحث فى هنالك علاقة ايجابية بين التدريب وجودة الاداء ، هنالك علاقة ايجابية بين التدريب والابداع. اعتمد البحث علي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لتحليل البيانات ووصف واقع الحالة الدراسية تم التوصل الى صحة الفروض بان هنالك علاقة ايجابية بين الابداع الادارى و التدريب وجودة الاداء. توصل البحث الي عدد من النتائج اهمها ان الصندوق القومى للامدادات الطبية يقوم بتحديد معايير قياس الجودة ومؤشرات الأداء، يعمل الصندوق القومى للامدادات الطبية علي تنمية مهارات العمل والتشجيع على الإبداع والابتكار، تشارك الكوادر البشرية والتقنية بالصندوق في تحديد الاحتياج في المؤسسة، تشارك الكوادر البشرية والتقنية بالصندوق في تحديد الاحتياج في المؤسسة ، ترتبط الترقية بالتدريب في الصندوق القومى للامدادات الطبية . يوصى البحث بالعمل علي وضع نظام جوائز الإبداع والتميز وإعطاء الفرص لرفع الروح المعنوية لفريق العمل وزيادة ولاء العاملين بالمؤسسة، والحرص على معرفة أوجه القصور والضعف فيما تقوم به من عمل، الاهتمام بوضع نظام متكامل للتقويم الذاتي المستمر لأداء الصندوق وضمان الجودة لاداراته ، الاهتمام بتحسين أنظمة وإجراءات العمل والخدمات بصورة مستمرة. Abstract The study tackled the intermediate role of the dimensions of the administrative creativity (Authenticity fluency flexibility), in the relation between the training and the performance quality in the National Fund of the Medical Supplies. The problem of the study is represented in main query Does the administrative creativity position in the middle the training and the performance quality in the National Fund of the Medical Supplies. The importance of the scientific study lies in to what extent does the creativity contribute to intermediate the relations between the performance quality and training, and that the working importance of the study lies in measuring the administrative creativity, the training, the performance quality in the National Fund of the Medical Supplies, ad provide information for the decision – takers. The study aimed uncover the creativity elements and to what extent do they intermediate the relation between the training and the performance quality. The sample of the study is represented in all employees of the National Fund of the Medical Supplies who occupy positions (pharmacist, administrative pharmacist, technician employee). The study reached to several results top of them: that National Fund of the Medical Supplies determines the criteria of the quality measuring and the performance indicators, that the National Fund of the Medical Supplies works to develop the employees' skills and encourage on creativity and innovation, that the human and technological cadres participate in the fund in determining the institute needs. The researcher recommended to work on developing the awards of creativity and excellence system, to give opportunities to raise the morale of the work team, to increase the employees loyalty in the institutions, to be keen in recognizing the shortcomings and weakness of the work being made.

    المستخلص : تناولت الدراسة أثر الحوافز علىأداء العاملين بنك النيلين وتكمن مشكلة البحث في أن الحوافز في بعض المنظمات المعاصرة اصبح دون المستوى المطلوب وقد يرجع ذلك إلي عدم إتباع تلك المنظمات ، نظام حوافز فعال المر الذي يؤثر سلبً علي اداء العاملين وهذا البحث تناول المشكلة من الاسئلة التالية : ما مدى تأثير إتباع نظام حوافز فعال على كفاءة أداء العاملين ؟ إلي أي مدى يمكن أن يؤثر ترسيخ ثقافة المشاركة في عملية التحفيز على الالتزام التنظيمي لدى العاملين ؟ ما الدور الذي بمكن ان تلعبه وضع خطة إستراتيجية لعملية التحفيز ضمن إستراتيجيات البنك في الاستقرار الوظيفي لدي العاملين ؟ وهدافتهذه الدراسة الي ما يلي : 1/ مدى تأثير إتباع نظام حوافز فعال يؤدي إلي كفاءة أداء العاملين . 2/ بيان مدى تأثير ترسيخ ثقافة المشاركة في عملية تحفيز على الالتزام التنظيمي لدى العاملين . 3/ إبراز الدور الذي يمكن ان تلعبه وضع خطة إستراتيجية للتحفيذ علي الاستقرار الوظيفي لدي العاملين . وقد أفترضت هذه الدراسة مايلي : إتباع نظام حوافز فعال يؤدي إلي كفاءة أداء العاملين،ترسيخ ثقافة المشاركة في عملية تحفيز يؤدي إلي الالتزام التنظيم لدي ،وضع خطة استراتيجية لعملية التحفيز ضمن استراتيجيات البنك تؤدي إلي الستقرار الوظيفي لدي العاملين وقد تم تقسيم البحث الي اربعة فصول الفصل الاول لاطار المنهجي للبحث والدراات السابقة والفصل الثاني الاطار النظري من المفهوم الاهمية الاهداف والنظريات والمباديء والفصل الثالث اداء العاملين الفصل الرابع الدراسة الميدانية وتحليل البيانات، يتبع الباحث المنهج التاريخي والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي وأسلوب دراسة الحالة . لقد توصلت الدراسة الي عدد من النتائج نذكر بعضها إتباع بنك النيلين لنظام حوافز فعال ، يؤدي إلي تفجير الطاقات الابداعية ، لعبت الحوافز دورا كبيراً في تخطيط القوة العاملة بالبنك وكانت أهم التوصيات هي يجب توفير بيئة عمل ملائمة تساعد في زيادة اداء العاملين ، ويمنح البنك سلفيات طويلة للعاملين ، أن يوفر البنك خدمة العلاج المجاني للعاملين. Abstract The study examined the effect of inflation on the use of methods of evaluating long-term investment projects. The problem of the study was not to take inflation rates into account when making long-term investment decisions, which leads to the incorrect evaluation of long-term investments due to the low power supply of cash flows into the investment project and thus the low rate of investment. The objective of the study was to provide basic concepts for the definition of evaluating investment projects and to indicate the impact of inflation on long-term investment projects. The aim was to raise awareness of the importance of investment project evaluation fees, with the emphasis on the need to conduct it in the detailed form required for any project, study and evaluate long-term investment projects through The introduction of inflation rates as a fundamental variable according to the real dimension of investment. To achieve the objectives of the study, the following hypotheses were tested High inflation rates lead to short-term investment decisions. Ignoring the effect of inflation leads to the preparation of misleading financial statements. The conventional methods used to evaluate long-term investment projects during periods of inflation are considered non-peaceful and lead to incorrect investment decisions. The study reached several conclusions, including: Most of the long-term investment institutions ignore the measurement of the effect of inflation when comparing their investment decisions. The conventional methods used in this study are: In a long-term valuation, long-term investments do not suit inflationary conditions and do not maintain invested capital

    Abstract This research is about the role of managerial control in minimizing the agricultural risks. It also aims at efiecting a congruent between the agricultural insurance Hfiil the application of technical packages in agricultural projects. The research Endeaveer to the agricultural risks though controlling its course which consequently reduce the amounts of claims paid by insurance cornpaeies besi& role as abutter to the national economy. The insurance companies pays the costs of enriched seeds, cleaning the irrigational canals, and the costs erecting dams to prevent floods, as means to litigate and avoid risks consequently reduce the amount of claims paid by insurance companies in case of disasters or unexpected events. The problem of the study is that the traditional agricultural insurance costs companies a lot of money as well as the its cost to the national economy and the farmers as well. Then the research endeavors to find an alternative symem to minimize such losses. Three hypotheses were assumed: - There is no management policy or managerial system that prevents the farmer or the agricultural production against the seasonal ups and downs and natural fluctuations. - There is a positive relationship between the managerial control of agricultural activities and rnitrigating agiciiltanal risks. - The experience of Skeikan Insurance and Reinsurance Company in agricultural insurance at Gezem scheme (Wadi Shaeer) effectively and contributed in minimizing agricultural risks. The research found that: The lack of system or policy to safeguard the farmer from seasoned ups and downs and natural fluctuations. There was a positive relationship between managerial control systems and preventing agricultural risks. The successful experience of Shiekan Company of Wadi Shaeer could be considered as best practices to be benchmark in other areas. Based on the above results the researcher provided a number of recommendations: The managerial control system applied at Wadi Shaecr is a best practice to be generalized. The promotion of the idea of managerial control of agricultural activities as a good alternative to fir-e traditional agii-insurance practice. The coordination between the insurance companies and the ministiy of Agricultural to introdece the technical packages as pan and parcel of agriceltnral inserance. The reduction of insurance preniéazms as a result of the decrease in the amount of claims paid due to the application of managerial control system. Encouraging the establishment of farmers co-operative societies to undertake the managerial conned system as a mechanism, to reduce risks.

    ْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْAbstract Search ْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْْ This study aimed to highlight the importance of MIS as that information is a critical resource for the organization and play a key role in the process of managerial decision-making, and concern decision-makers, due to its high importance in the manufacture and management decision-making wise, the title of this research (the role of management information systems in decision making in educational facilities) to determine the extent of their application in educational institutions. The selection of University of Science and Technology, Republic of Yemen as a case study to find out the role of Information Systems Management in administrative decision-making, because the University of Science and Technology is a leading educational institution in Yemen. Problem of the study was that the lack of management information systems or not utilized properly led to the weakness of the effectiveness of organizations and not to sound decision-making and good governance. To achieve the objectives to this study use the following hypotheses: 1) Assist management information systems at the University of applied science and technology in Toviralamalomat necessary and appropriate and suitable for the process of making administrative decisions. 2) The application of management information systems at the University of science and technology to the quality of administrative decisions, the sense of rational decision-making. 3) There is an understanding and application of management information systems in Yemeni universities claim to achieve the goals set. The researcher used the descriptive and analytical case study also used the survey tool to collect primary data, as well as use statistical packages in social studeis (spss) have been used to analyze the data that was collected. The study shows a number of important results: 7 Management information systems at the University of Science and Technology has some of the benefits to the University, especially in the process of managerial decision-making as it provided information of high quality specifications helped in the process of decision-making at various administrative levels, which were mostly rational decisions helped to achieve the objectives of the university, has also helped facilitate daily work at the university. However, these systems do not remain untapped optimal, where there is no special department to management information systems and specialized personnel in this system. Based on the results was made some recommendations, including: 1 / The need to establish a special department of management information systems within the departments of Yemeni universities. 2 / To appoint specialists in management information systems so that the exploitation of these systems optimal utilization. 3 / some work on the modernization and development of existing systems at the University of Science and Technology and other universities to keep abreast of developments that occur permanently in the field of management information systems.

    Abstract The Research has discussed the effect of incentives on Job satisfaction. The Main problem of the research is that there are some Obstacles and problems in the process of incentives in the Ministry of Social Welfare &the Affairs of The Women& the Child The Research hypotheses, are as Follow : There is relation ship between the indifference to in centives by the Management of the Ministry of Social Welfare and the Affairs of the Woman & the Child , Leading to non-achievement of job satisfaction at the workforce . There is relation ship between absence of specific standards to establish incentives in the Ministry of Social Welfare &the Affairs of the Woman &the Child & the Vagueness of methods of giving incentives. There is a relation ship between the weakness of incentives at the Ministry of Social Welfare & the Affairs of the Woman &the Child & the problems & obstacles faced by the ministry. The most important results OF the research are: the management of the ministry of Social Welfare & the Affairs of the woman & the child has little interest in the process of giving incentives. There are no clear policies in the ministry of Social Welfare & the Affairs of the Woman & the child in applying the system of incentives. There are no specific & clear standards at the ministry to establish a system of incentives. 9 The most important recommendations of the research are the following : A. the management should take more interest in the system of incentives to achieve occupational satisfaction of the workforce. B. Incentives should be made based on specific standards & the policies of the incentives should be clear . The Research consist of five chapters: The first chapter is an introduction that which contains the problem, importance, hypothesis & the ways & tools of data collection in addition to the community of the study. The second & third chapters include the theoretical frame work of the Research, in the second chapter the researcher talks about the concept of incentives through definition, the importance of incentives & the rules & general principles of incentives in addition to the most important theories of incentives. The third chapter looks into the concept of occupational satisfaction through definition, theories & measurement of occupational satisfaction. In the fourth chapter, talk about the Ministry of Social welfare & the Affairs of the Women & the child through the origin & development of the ministry as well as its organizational structure & its established system of incentives. The fifth chapter includes The analysis of the questionnaires data, examination of the hypotheses, the result & recommendations. ٚ

    ABSTRACT: The research deals with the radical changes which took place in monetary policies in Sudan which took place the reconstruction of the national economy which participated in increasing development rate and improving investment atmosphere ، consequently led to the expansion in the foreign investment. To benefit from this investment ،the national economy moved toward Khartoum stock exchange to develop dealing in it .This study come to show the financial investments bank role via its investment funds in developing Khartoum stock exchange consequently ،participating in economic development in Sudan . It was the description method that was followed by the researcher to collect the data from its primary and secondary different sources.as well as consulted study case of financial investment bank to reach result and present recommendations. The study problem discussed the role of the financial investment bank in the development of the Khartoum stock exchange and the problem can be clarified through the following questions: 1- Are the investment funds Play an effective role in the development of the Khartoum stock exchange by collecting small investors savings? 2- Is the financial investment bank considered to be from the biggest supporters that develop the Khartoum stock exchange through its various services? 3- Is there any problem affecting the investment in Sudan? Does the investment funds play a role in solving this problem by directing the investors in to the best investment in order to fulfill the profits? The study discussed the following points: 9 a) The investment funds by collecting the small investors savings have an effective role in the development of Khartoum stock exchange. b) The activity of the financial investment bank in the Khartoum stock exchange has a great role in the success of the financial policies and activation of the financial market activity. c) The investment funds direct the investors into the best investment for fulfilling profits. The study proved that the financial investment bank directs the investors into the best investment in order to fulfill profits. The bank got the first position for the second year respectively in classification prepare by Khartoum exchange stock. The financial investment bank also go CAEL standard issued by the bank of Sudan as the highest classification given central bank for banks work in Sudan 2007. The classification depends on the capital - assets Income ratio to total assets and liquidity efficiency. The bank was also given the ISO 9001 -2000 from British Yocas Agency. The study have reached many recommendations, The most important of them are: Short period of entitlement to dividends have an impact in attracting a larger number of investors to the possibility that the study recommends the distribution of profits in entitlement periods less than the current entitlement periods applied, and the establishment of an Islamic stock market brings together all the Arab countries.

    Abstract This research is about the role of the training in rising the efficiency of the workers performance . the case study is headquarter of the tadamun Islamic bank . the problem of this research is how the training can play an important role in rising the efficiency of workers performance . the main question of the study is how the training can change the behavior and attitudes and provide new conceptions. This study aimed to explain the important role of the training in rising the efficiency of workers performance and like that by performance developing researcher have depended on case study approach, historical approach, describing approach and the Andy sis approach . The collection of data have depended on secondary resources such as books and references .it's also depended on primary resources such as questionnaire and interview. The study have many hypothesis are follows: 1. find strong relationship between the training and rising the efficiency of workers performance. 2. find strong relationship between the training and provide Knowledge, attitudes and training and change behavior. 3. the training lead to rising the morale of the workers in the bank. The test of these hypothesis led the following important results are as : 1. There is strong relation ship between the training and rising the efficiency of the workers performance . 2. there is strong relationship between the training and provide Knowledge, new attitudes and behavior changing . 3. the training have rised the morale of the workers in the bank. 7 One of the important recommendations of these research is that there should be agood selection for the programmers of the training and the trainer chosen. This study organized in four chapters and chapter one is the general frame work of the research, chapter two is the concepts of the training, chapter Three describing the research population and chapter four is the field study, analysis of data collection also the result and recommendations.

    Abstract This Study analyzes the effect of training on the performance of workers staff with application on Baraka Bank ( Sudan ).The study examined the concept of training, its objectives, significance and methods of measurements and evaluation of performance in an attempt to find appropriate solutions to the research theme. The study mainly focused on the question of the lack of training programs that might up- grade the bank personnel and sharpens their skills by consternating on historical background of the Baraka Bank ( Sudan )- Khartoum. The study aims at identifying the system applied on the bank as well as the methods of training the bank adopted in training its staff and the impact of this training on the trainees' performance within the bank. The study has also focused on the basis and principles the bank relied on in training the staff and to identify to what extent the institutions have contributed in initializing new concepts of training, and to develop the workers talents which would increase their experiences and this will definitely, reflected on their performance. The study pursuits a number of hypnosis: the most important is that training has a positive affect on the performance the workers in the bank; there a direct relation between the training and the promotion to the job grades. Increase of productivity when the workers enrolling a training program. The uses of administrative information systems would activate the training process. The descriptive analytical approach is used. The study has also relied on preliminary information gathered from references , books and reports. The preliminary sources were also helpful in designing a questionnaire that distributed to the bank staff to grasp the training problems. The most important findings compassed by the study were as follows: The development of the workers staff, their mental and psyche capabilities are so crucial. The lack of the training programs hinders the bank work that affecting their performance, and therefore, the quality of service minimized. All workers staff should be trained and their skills should be developed, because the training increases the productivity. The training Unit at the bank should be supported for the significance role that it plays in planning for the banking activity. The top administration should use a highly modern and the most sophisticated technologies in training processes.
