Item الدور المعدل للتوجه الاستراتيجي في العلاقه بين ادارة عمليات الأعمال والاداء التشغيلي(جامعة النيلين, 2019) فتح الرحمن محمد عبد القادر أبوكرهالمستخلص هدفت هذه الدراسه إلى التعرف على أثر التوجه الأستراتيجي(التوجه التكنلوجي والتوجه التعلمي والتوجه الدفاعي) كمتغير معدل للعلاقة بين ادارة عمليات الأعمال(التحكم في العمليات- تحسين العمليات- تصميم العمليات) والأداء التشغيلي(التكلفه– الجوده) للمؤسسات الخدمية في السودان حيث استخدمت هذه الدراسه المنهج الوصفي وتحليل المسار والانحدار المتعدد لاختيار العينات غير الاحتماليه والبالغ عددها (188) استبانه وجهت للإدارة العليا و الوسطي في تلك المؤسسات اختبرت الدراسه الفروض التاليه (توجد علاقه بين ادارة عمليات الأعمال والاداء التشغيلي, التوجه الأستراتيجي يعدل العلاقة بين ادارة عمليات الأعمال والاداء التشغيلي) وأظهرت نتائج الدراسه وجود علاقه ايجابيه بين أبعاد التوجه الإستراتيجي(الدفاعي-التكنلوجي-التعلمي) والأداء التشغيلي (التكلفه-الجوده) وكذلك التوجه الأستراتيجي يعدل العلاقه بين ادارة عمليات الأعمال والأداء التشغيلي. وأن التوجه الاستراتيجي التكنلوجي يعدل العلاقه بين التحكم في العمليات والجوده والتكلفه ,أن التوجه الأستراتيجي التكنلوجي يعدل العلاقه بين تحسين العمليات والجوده والتكلفه وكذلك يعدل العلاقه بين تصميم العمليات والجوده والتكلفه . وأن التوجه الإستراتيجي التعلمي يعدل العلاقه بين تحسين العمليات والجوده والتكلفه وكذلك بين تصميم العمليات والجوده والتكلفه وبين التحكم في العمليات والجوده والتكلفه. وأن التوجه الإستراتيجي الدفاعي يعدل العلاقه بين تحسين العمليات والجوده والتكلفه وكذلك بين تصميم العمليات والجوده والتكلفه وكذلك بين التحكم في العمليات والجوده والتكلفه. وتوصلت الدراسه إلي عدة توصيات نظريه وتطبيقيه لمتخذي القرار وذلك من خلال التأكيد على ضروة تبني توجهات استراتيجيه من قبل الشركات الخدميه السودانيه وذلك لما للتوجه الإستراتيجي من آثار واضحه على الأداء التشغيلي للشركات واستمرارها, كما يمكن إجراء تطبيقات أخرى مماثله لنفس موضوع الدراسه بذات المقياس المعتمد على شركات أخرى صناعيه. Abstract This study aims to identify the moderating role of Stratigic Direction on the Relationship Between Business Pocess Management and the Operational Performance(Cost & Quality), The study used the descriptive methodology by survey of non probability sample(188) questionnaire distribute to top management, middle management managers. For testing hypotheses multi regression was used, the result show that there is relationship between the diminutions of strategic direction and Operation Performance However, The study examined the following assumptions: (There is a relationship between the Business Process Management and Operational Performance, the Strategic Direction adjusts the relationship between the Business Process Management and the Operational Performance). The results of the study showed a Positive relationship between the dimensions of the strategic direction (Defense-Technological-Learning)and Operational Performance(Cost &Quality).Strategic direction modifies the relationship between Business Process Management and Operational Performance. And that the strategic direction of technology adjusts the relationship between the control of Processes and Quality and Cost, and that the strategic direction of Technology adjusts the relationship between the Improvement of Processes, Quality and Cost, and also adjust the relationship between the Design Processes, Quality and Cost. And that the strategic approach to Learning modifies the relationship between the Improvement of Processes and Quality and Cost, as well as between the Design Processes and Quality and Cost, as well as between the Control of Process and Quality and Cost. And that the strategic approach to Defense modifies the relationship between the Improvement of Operations(Quality& cost) as well as between the Design Processes and Quality and Cost, as well as between the Control of Process and Quality and Cost. The study reached several theoretical and practical recommendations for the decision-makers by emphasizing the need to adopt strategic direction by the Sudanese Service Companies. This is because strategic direction has clear effects on the Operational Performance of the Companies and their continuation. Also it can make other application for the same topic of the study by the same measurement on the other field on the business like Industrial Company.Item مكونات تقانة المعلومات الحديثة ودورها في تحقيق كفاءة الأداء المالي (بالتطبيق على البنك الزراعي السوداني)(2018) سبهان وهب عبد دبيس القيسيالمستخلص تناولت الدراسة مكونات تقانة المعلومات الحديثة ودورها في تحقيق كفاءة الأداء المالي بالتطبيق على البنك الزراعي السوداني. هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل واقع مكونات تقانة المعلومات في المصارف السودانية، وتحديد طبيعة العلاقة بين مكونات تقانة المعلومات والأداء المالي. تمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في سؤال رئيسي وهو إلى أي مدى مكونات تقانة المعلومات لها دور في تحقيق كفاءة الأداء المالي. واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. تمثل مجتمع الدراسة في البنك الزراعي السوداني، اما عينة الدراسة كانت عبارة العاملين برئاسة البنك الزراعي الخرطوم وتم اختيارها بطريقة العينة العشوائية البسيطة، تم استخدام برنامج التحليل الاحصائي SPSS . ومن ابرز النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة اهمها، ان تقانة المعلومات الحديثة ساهمت على رفع كفاءة الاداء المالي بالبنك الزراعي. كما قدمت الدراسة عدد من التوصيات أهمها: تحفيز وتدريب العاملين وتشجيعهم على الابتكار والابداع لرفع كفائتهم المهنية والاستفادة من خبراتهم، استحداث و توفير التقنية التي تسهل من مهام العاملين بالبنك وذلك لضمان استمرارية العمل. كما أوصت الدراسة بعمل المزيد من البحوث عن مكونات تقانة المعلومات وذلك لإهميتها في تطور العمل المصرفي. الكلمات المفتاحية: العاملين ، التقنية، الاتصال، قواعد بيانات، القيمة السوقية ، المخاطرة، الربحية ، معدل النمو. Abstract The study dealt with the components of modern information technology and its role in achieving the efficiency of financial performance by applying to the Agricultural Bank of Sudan. The study aimed at analyzing the reality of the information technology components in Sudanese banks and determining the nature of the relationship between the components of information technology and financial performance. The problem of the study was a key question, to what extent the components of information technology have a role in achieving financial performance efficiency. The study adopted descriptive analytical approach. The study community represents the Agricultural Bank of Sudan, the sample of the study was the employees of the Agricultural Bank of Khartoum and were selected in a simple random sampling method. The Statistical Analysis Program (SPSS) was used. The most important findings of the study, the most important, that modern information technology contributed to raising the efficiency of financial performance in the Agricultural Bank. The study also made a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: To motivate and train employees and encourage them to innovate and innovate in order to increase their professionalism and benefit from their expertise, develop and provide technology that facilitates the tasks of the Bank's employees to ensure continuity of work. The study also recommended further research on the components of information technology for their importance in the development of banking. Keywords: workers, technology, communication, databases, market value, risk, profitability, growth rate.Item دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين عملية اتخاذ القرارات الادارية بالتطبيق علي بلديات فلسطين - الضفة الغربية(2007) ياسر حسن عبد ابوتحفهAbstract ' The study aims at introducing the role of information technology in improving the role of administrative decisions-making process in the Palestinian Municipalities by studying the role of Information technology in improving the stages of administrative decision-making process and Discussion these Hypothesis. The first Hypothesis: (HO): there is no relation ship at significant (a=.O5) between the use of Information Teclmology and the effect of administrative decision-making process concerning to its stages (define problems , collect and analyze data , makes altematives , and select the best altemative) in Palestinian Municipalities . The second Hypothesis: (HO): there is no difference at significance (or=.05) on the opinion of workers in Palestinian Municipalities for the role of Information Technology in effecting the administrative decision-making process due to (Gender , age , experience ,level of employment , education , training courses ) To achieve the goals of the study , the researcher was depend on a questionnaire to collect the data and analyze it , the questionnaire consist of two parts , The first part is related to the the fimctional demographic variables , while the second part of the questionnaire is divided into six tracks : The first track: conceming the use of computer and its role in improving administrative decision-making process. The second track: conceming the use of application computers programs and their role in improving administrative decision-making process. The third track: conceming the use of database and its role in improving administrative decision-making process. The fourth track: conceming the use of administrative information systems and its role in improving administrative decision-making process. The fifth track: conceming the use of quantitative methods and their role in improving administrative decision-making process. The sixth track: conceming the steps efficiency of administrative decision- making process. The researcher has analyzed the contents of the questionnaire depending on descriptive statistics (means , frequencies ,standard deviations) analyses and T test ,one-way AN OVA test , Chi-Square test . The study has reached the following conclusions: 1- The use of Information technology in Palestinian municipalities leads to improving the stage of defining the problem in administrative decision-making process. 2- The use of Information technology in Palestinian municipalities leads to improving the stage of data collection and analysis in administrative decision-making process. 3- The use of Infomiation technology in Palestinian municipalities leads to improving the stage of introduce alternatives in administrative decision-making process. 4- The use of Information technology in Palestinian municipalities leads to improving the stage of choosing the best alternatives in administrative decision-making process. 5- There are no differences in the workers opinions concerning the role of information technology in the activity of administrafive decision making process as far as gender, age. 6- There are differences in the worker's opinions concerning the role of Information technology in the activity of administrative decision making process as far as level of employment, education, experience, training courses they joined which are related to information technology. Following is a summary of the researcher's recommendations: 1- Make more and more courses of training concerning to information technology field. 2- Upgrade the computers and other devices related to the information technology. 3- Upgrade the data base continuously to be effective every time. 4- To make an evaluation and upgrade for the management information systems continuously. 5- To make training courses for the quantitative methods to make it easy in their works. 6- To introduce and applied (GIS) in their works. 7- Branches in every municipality should be connected each to other with (LAN) to improve their work. 8- To use decision Support systems in municipalities to improve their decision-making. 9- Make more and more Researches in the field of communications networks and intemet in effecting the works of organizations.Item أثر عوامل البيئة الإدارية علي أداء المنشأت بالتطبيق علي جامعة النيلين وجامعة السودان العالمية(2012) هاله عمر حسين حامدAbstract After the revolution in higher education took place in Sudan in 1990, there was expansion in the size of the old universities and construction of new ones. The objective of that expansion was to keep up with the program of social and economic development which exists in Sudan in 1989. However, that expansion resulted in many problems, which, in turn, led to noticeable deterioration in the performance of most universities in Sudan, and decline in academic level of university graduates. The research hypothesizes that administration environment with its different factors, play a major role in assisting Sudanese universities to improve their performance. At the top these factors is the fmancial factor, which has. the most significant influence on performance, on the other hand, the lack of sufficient fund from the Ministry of Higher Education and Academic Research has a negative influence on performance . The research attempts to emphasis the role of management environment and its impact upon the efficiency of management perfonnance in Sudanese universities. And also the research attempts to explain the problems and obstacles of management envinromnent that impact upon the performance of universities in Sudan. First, primary data were collected throught personal interviews with administrations in Sudanese universities, and second, thought, a questionnaire distributed to students and employees. Secondary data, were collected throught records, files, books and pamphlets which handled the topic under investigation. Data were analyzed throught comparisons and some statistical methods. The results confirmed the hypotheses of the study, and indicated that: maladministration in Sudanese universities, shortage in fmancial fund, and lack of sufficient fund form the Ministry of Higher Education and Academic Research negatively influenced perfonnance of student in most universities. The researcher recommends creating an appropriate administration environment and providing sufficiency fund to university to improve theirs perfonnance.Item التنظيم النقابي بين المجتمعات الاشتراكية والراسمالية(1987) منصور فهمى احمد طهItem سياسة تطوير المنتجات الجديدة واثرها في رفع الحصة التسويقية للمنشآت الصناعية في القطاع الخاص اليمنى(دراسة تطبيقية علي بعض الشركات للفترة من 2003-2005)(2006) محمد نعمان محمد عقلانAbstract This study targets to know to what extent the adoption and application of the principles and fimdamentals of the modem concept of marketing in the system of the management of the schemes of the industrial sector of the Yemen Republic, the method of their practice of the job of developing the new products and the impact of the existence of an independent department for the promotion of the products in increasing the marketing quota of the finn. The study problem is represented in the following: Although, the finn achieves its strategic targets and works for the development and promotion of its sales by gaining the marketing opportunities in accordance with the requirements, needs and desires of the consumers, and its ability to achieve its marketing quota, but there are some obstacles which hinder these finns to continue and to head onward in achieving this goal which it strive for. This is what we touch in the Yemen Industrial Sector. Whereas, some firms start as giant finns in delivering their products and their products find great acceptance by the consumers. Then it did not take long before these products start to deteriorate by the constnners, then it did not take long before these products start to deteriorate and decrease. The cause of that many be attributed to the non- thinking of the development and promotion of these products so as the firm keep its markets and its marketing quota in these markets. Also this study targets to analyze the policy of the development of the new products in the private industrial sector in Yemen through the realization of the reality of the development, the concept, targets, stages and means from the higher administrations point of view in this sector. Generally, this study targets to answer the following questions: l- What is the importance of the development of the new products for the meant companies?. what are the followed styles for that by the meant companies?. And to know to what extent these companies allot financial capital in their annual balance for the development operation and it sufficiency ? . 2- What are the push forces or the potent causes behind the development operation which the administration of the companies try to implement?. And to what extent the development plans are existing or not?. 3- What are the bodies to which the development operation is charged with in these companies, and the sources resorted to for obtaining new ideas’). And what is the role of the marketing research in deepening and ditfusing the concept of the commodity development ?. This study depends on a nlunber of hypothesis which are :- 1- There is a correlation between taking seriously the activity of developing the products and the usage of the marketing researches in the development activity. 2- There is a correlation between the existence of a department for the promotion of the products and the administration philosophy towards the concept of marketing. 3- There is a correlation between the existence of a _department for the promotion of the products and the dependence on the marketing researches for the solution of the marketing problems. 4- The motives and the causes for the products promotion is the goal of the endurance and continuity of the finn in the work field. 5- The style of the mimicry and imitation of the competitors products is the most used style in the development activity for the research community firms. A questionnaire is designed to fulfill the aims of the study and distributed to the marketing managers or who deputize them in the research sample of (60) industrial finns in which the workers numbers not less than (50) workers, and it is found that (45) finns has an independent department for the promotion of the products. The number of the bi firms which their workers mnnber not less than (50) workers are (I46) industrial finn, and perfonn production and marketing for (5) years minimally. The sample study represents 41.1% approximately, from the total number of the commtuiity research. The study shows that: Although some finns which recognize the importance of the development of the products has no an independent department for the development of new products but they practice the development operation. The study concluded that the most important causes and motives for the development of new products in the finns of the continuity and preservation of the competitive position. The most important results are I 1- There is a correlation between the existence of a department for the development of the products and the administration philosophy towards concept of the modem marketing, whereas most of the firms which has specialized department for the promotion of the products know the modem concept for marketing theoretically, and its translation practically depends on to what extent is the tmdertaking of these firms to the job of the development of the products which suit the needs and desires of the customers for gaining their faith towards the products of those firms through the perfonnance of the marketing researches. 2- There is a correlation between the existence of a department for the promotion of the new products and the level of the sales for the produced quantities when new products promoted . Most of the firms which has specialized departments for the development of the products sell all their produced quantities, \vhile on the contrary the finns which has no specialized departments for the promotion of the products do not sell all their produced quantities. 3- From here rise the importance ot" the existence of a department for the promotion of the new products in the firms to raise the marketing quota through the role of the development fiuiction in increasing the sales, diminishing the risk of dependence on one product and the utilization of the marketing opportunities, which may succeed for the existence of unsatisfied needs and productive in the market, or the existence of Lmutilized marketing and productive capacities, and the confronting the present products degradation stage and the severe competition. Whereas the finns which has no specialized departments for the promotion of the products face marketing problems, because they do not sell all produced quantities when they develop new products. The finns of the community research do not regard the imitation and mimicry style of the competitors products is the much used style in the activity of the development of the new products, and the followed style by the finns of the commiulity' research for the development of the products is the introduction of simple modifications in the present commodities. There is a correlation between the existence of a department for the promotion of the products and the dependence on the marketing researches for solving the marketing problems. The most important causes for the non.-use of the marketing researches in the operation of development oi‘ new products in the finns of the community research is that : Those in charge of these finns depend on their experience to know all they need about the market. Nevertheless, most of the finns theoretically give great importance to the performance of marketing researches for the treatment of the marketing problems like the sales decrease, and the research finns does not depend on it as an approach in the operation of the development of the new products, due to the non-availability ot" the necessary fluids for these researches, and non-availability ofthe required human capabilities to do these studies. The researcher recommends the taking of fiill concern of the activity of the development of the new products, provided that independent department shall be eannarked to this activity within the organizational framework of the finn with special budget, and shall be supported by htunan qualified cadre of suitable scientific qualifications and experience in the activity of products development in a way that make it capable oi’ performing ofthis activity and achieve the targeted finn interest. Establishment of specialized educational units for this activity in the colleges , universities and vocational institutions in Yemen Republic, to graduate human cadre of high level of qualification for the target of making use of these specialized scientific qualifications for the development of this activity in the Yemen industrial firms, for raising the marketing capacity in the firms through the practice of the activity of the promotion of the new products , with the target of consolidation ol‘ the marketing modern concept and to be applied in the practice of the development activity . The necessity of having full concern about the promotion activity and the usage of the marketing researches. Whereas the job of the marketing researches works for data collection conceming the marketing activity and the proposal of the solution of the marketing problems which the firm suffers from . The development activity shall execute the promotion of the commodities which meet the consumers needs and desires and the consolidation ofthe slogan " The customer satisfaction is first". The necessity of having full concern about the marketing idea by targeting the specification of the available marketing opportunities. Whereas, it increases the finn capacity to serve its markets etliciently. : And this depend on the philosophy of directing the consumer which make stress on the consumers need and the attempt of designing these products to satisfy these needs. 5- To study the organizational Frames deeply and to know to what extent its suitability to the distinction and creativity environment and its suitability to the reality of the Yemen environment, and is it possible to use some modern styles? ls the use of such styles will lead to better results ? Also it is possible to elaborate these studies to know to what extent the existence of a correlation between the perfonnance of the firms and the usage of the creative styles and their provision for the creation and development climate.Item التدريب وأثره على كفاءة أداء العاملين بالتطبيق على بنك الإستثمار المالي في الفترة من 2014م – 2016م(2017) مدثر علي بخيت فرحالمستخلص هدف البحث إلى معرفة مدى تأثير اتباع نظام تدريب فعال على كفاءة أداء العاملين وكذلك بيان مدى تأثير ترسيخ ثقافة التدريب على كفاءة أداء العاملين، وأيضاً ابراز الدور الذى يمكن أن تلعبه وضع خطة استراتيجية للتدريب في رفع كفاءة أداء العاملين، وتتمثل مشكلة البحث في ايجاد اجابة لعدد من الأسئلة ما أثر التدريب على كفاءة اداء العاملين ببنك الأستثمار المالي ؟ مامدى تاثير اتباع نظام تدريب فعال على اداء العاملين في بنك الاستثمار المالي ؟ إلى إي مدى يؤثر ترسيخ ثقافة التدريب علي كفاءة أداء العاملين ؟ ماهو الدور الذي يمكن أن يلعبه وضع خطة استراتيجية للتدريب في رفع كفاءة أداء العاملين ؟، وقامت فروض البحث على؛ اتباع نظام تدريب فعال يؤدى إلى كفاءة أداء العاملين، وكذلك ترسيخ ثقافة التدريب يؤدى إلى كفاءة أداء العاملين، وأيضاً وضع خطة استراتيجية لعملية التدريب يؤدى إلى رفع كفاءة أداء العاملين، واتبع البحث المنهج التاريخي والمنهج الوصفى التحليلي واسلوب دراسة الحالة، توصل البحث لعدد من النتائج من أهمها؛ البرامج التدريبية المتبعة بالبنك كافية لسد احتياجات العاملين التدريبية، كذلك تحسن مستوى أداء العاملين نتيجة للدورات التى يتلقونها بالبنك، وأيضاً تغلب البنك على المعوقات التى تواجه عملية تطبيق استراتيجية التدريب مما أدى إلى زيادة كفاءة العاملين، وخرج البحث بعدد من التوصيات من اهمها؛ من الاهمية بمكان تنويع البرامج التدريبية وذلك لسد احتياجات العاملين التدريبية، وكذلك ترسيخ ثقافة التدريب حيث أن ذلك قد يؤدى إلى تفجير الطاقات الابداعية لدى العاملين، وأيضاً ترسيخ ثقافة المشاركة في العملية التدريبية بحسبان أن ذلك يؤدى إلى اشعار العاملين بأهميتهم وأنهم الدعامة الأساسية للعملية الانتاجية. Abstract This study tries to define the extent of effect of following an effective training system of personnel and the extent of effect of entrenching the training culture on the personnel performance efficiency. The study, also, tries to stress the role that might be played by setting up a strategic plan of personnel training in raising the performance efficiency of personnel. The problem of the study is finding answers to a number of questions as follows: What is the effect of training on the personnel performance efficiency at the Capital Investment Bank ? What is the extent of following an effective training system of personnel on the performance efficiency of the Capital Investment Bank personnel? To what extent does the entrenching of the training culture affect the personnel performance efficiency? What is the role that might be played by setting up a strategic plan of personnel training in raising the performance efficiency of the personnel? The hypotheses of the study were based on following an effective training system that would result in personnel performance efficiency and that entrenching the training culture would lead to personnel performance efficiency and also, setting up a strategic plan for training would raise the personnel performance efficiency. The study adopted the historical methodology, the analytic descriptive methodology and the method of case study. Findings: The training programs used at the bank are sufficient to meet the training requirements of the personnel. Improvement of the quality of the personnel as a result of the trainings they take at the bank. The bank being able to overcome the difficulties that face process of implementation of the training strategy to increase the personnel performance efficiency. Conclusions: Diversification of the training programs to meet the training requirements of the personnel. Entrenching the training culture which will lead to trigger the creative abilities of the personnel and entrenching the culture of participation in the training process as such participation would lead to make the personnel perceive their own importance and that they are the cornerstone of the productive process
