Item الديمقراطية التواففقية في الدول النامية " دراسة تحليلية للحالة اللبنانية(جامعة النيلين, 2008) سردار قادر محي الدينAbstract This thesis which is titled "Consociotional Democracy ln Developing Countries; An Analytical Study Of The Essence Of The Authority; Lebanon As A Model" and its composed of an introduction, two chapters and a conclusion. The fist chapter carried the title "Consociotional Democracy" and it includes three topics in addition to an introduction and a summary for each of the topics of the chapter. In the first topic with the title; "The Democracy critic Authority", the researcher tried to take up the axial, central and essential concepts which are connected to the essence of the thesis and are; the political conformity and democracy's origin, and then the phenomenon of democracy in developing countries. And the political conformity of the society as one of the basic starting stages on which advanced civil society is built, but necetates the social harmony and political consensus in order that a rational political system and conforming with social values is built. And democracy in this case becomes a social condition, awareness and organizer of governance, far away from routine procedures that are imposed in the consociation of the principles of democracy, in this field democracy is directed and devoid social will and the system of values for the society where society is dominated by instability, chaos and fighting over power and clashing with values as the case in developing countries. ln the second topic of the first chapter the researcher strived to present a clear picture on the essence of the subject of the thesis which is "The Theory Of Consociotional Democracy" and the researcher separated the compatible democracy and consociation democracy and both of them originalated in Europe, but the first is more followed in decision making, and the second by confabulate, conformity, sharing and group government away from victor and loser in political process and participation. ln addition to imposition of defacto dominate race and ethnic grop in these societies, but the step in the right direction is towards democracy. The last topic in the above mentioned chapter which was titled; "The European Consociotional Democracy" tried to present a defiled explanation of one of the consociotional democracy trials in Europe which lasts for good time and made great succenes, that is the Swiss trial, he also touched very quickly on some transitional consociotional trials in Europe and other areas in the world. all
