Item التغيرات الاجتماعية ودورها في انتشار الجريمة المنظمة دراسة حالة بعض مجموعات الجريمة المنظمة بولاية الخرطوم(جامعة النيلين, 2022) أحمد عبد المكرم علي محمدمستخلص تناول البحث موضوع الجريمة المنظمة في ضوء التغيرات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية التي لعبت دورا في انتشار الجريمة المنظمة، وعلاقة ذلك بواقع المجتمع السوداني المتمثل في التحولات الاجتماعية بجوانبها السياسية والأمنية والقبلية والمشكلات الأسرية بجانب التحولات الاقتصادية كالحوجة والحرمان والفقر وغلاء المعيشة والبطالة وضيق فرص العمل وغيرها. هدف البحث إلى التعرف على التغيرات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية التي أدت إلى انتشار الجريمة المنظمة، والكشف عن مدى تأثير عوامل الهجرة والحروب والصراعات السياسية والاضطرابات الأمنية في انتشار الجريمة المنظمة، ومعرفة علاقة انتشار الجريمة المنظمة بضعف الضبط الاجتماعي والعادات والتقاليد والقيم الاجتماعية، والتعرف على علاقة انتشار الجريمة المنظمة بانتشار استخدام التقنيات المعاصرة في المجتمع السوداني. اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لرصد وقائع البحث وفهم الأسباب والتغيرات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية التي أدت إلى انتشار الجريمة المنظمة، مستعيناً بأدوات جمع البيانات (الملاحظة- المقابلة- الإستبيان)، وتم استخدام العينة القصدية وعينة الكرة الثلجية عبر الاختبار العشوائي من عينان مختارة من المجتمع ومقابلات مع بعض مجموعات الجريمة المنظمة. وتوصل الباحث إلى أهم النتائج إلى أن التغيرات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية الأكثر تأثيراً على انتشار الجريمة هي قلة رأس المال والحاجة إلى الرفاهية والحرمان الاقتصادي، وان انتشار الفقر له دور سلبياً في انتشار الجريمة المنظمة خاصة التحولات الأمنية ذات الطابع السياسي مما أدى إلى تحالفات إجرامية مع مجموعات إجرامية أجنبية، وأن ارتفاع تكاليف المعيشة لعب دوراً كبيراً في انتشار الجريمة المنظمة خاصة بعد تفاقم حالة الفقر وانتشار مشكلات الجريمة يرتبط بحل مشكلة غلاء المعيشة والقضاء على الفقر وتحسين مستوى المعيشة معاً. Abstract The research dealt with the issue of organized crime in the light of the social and economic changes that played a role in the spread of organized crime, and its relationship to the reality of Sudanese society represented in social transformations with its political, security and tribal aspects, family problems, as well as economic transformations such as need, deprivation, poverty, high cost of living, unemployment, lack of job opportunities, and others. The aim of the research is to identify the social and economic changes that led to the spread of organized crime, and to reveal the impact of migration factors, wars, political conflicts and security disturbances on the spread of organized crime, and to know the relationship of the spread of organized crime to weak social control, customs, traditions and social values, and to identify the relationship of the spread of organized crime The widespread use of contemporary technologies in Sudanese society. The researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach to monitor the facts of the research and understand the causes and social and economic changes that led to the spread of organized crime, using the data collection tools (observation - interview - questionnaire), and the intentional sampling and snowball sampling were used through random testing from two selected eyes from the community and interviews with some Organized crime groups. The researcher reached the most important results that the social and economic changes that most affect the spread of crime are the lack of capital and the need for welfare and economic deprivation, and that the spread of poverty has a negative role in the spread of organized crime, especially security shifts of a political nature, which led to criminal alliances with foreign criminal groups And that the high cost of living played a major role in the spread of organized crime, especially after the exacerbation of poverty and the fix of crime problems linked to addressing the cost of living, eliminating poverty and improving the standard of living together.
