Item تطوير تطبيق لقراءة الصحف والكتب للمكفوفين (تطبيق عيناي)(جامعة النيلين, 2019-04) نفيسة قسم الله الصادق عليالمستخلص في ظل التقدم السريع لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والحاسب الآلي وتدخلها في معظم جوانب الحياة الثقافية والمعرفية العلمية، وتغطيتها لمعظم أفراد المجتمع كان لابد من توسيع مظلة هذه الاستفادة لاسيما بعض شرائح المجتمع التي لا تجد أدنى اهتمام. تعاني شريحة المكفوفين من نقص كبير في المعلومات والخبرات المكتسبة عن طريق القراءة بالإضافة الى محدودية تعليمهم وقلة إلمامهم بالأحداث المحيطة بهم. قامت الباحثة بتطوير تطبيق يعمل على منصة الأندرويد يوفر مكتبة صوتية متكاملة لمساعدة الكفيف علي زيادة مخزونه الثقافي والمعرفي وجعله مواكباً للأحداث من حوله وأكثر فعالية وتواصل مع الآخرين. قامت الباحثة باستخدام برمجيات:Java, Android Studio, PHP and MySQL. ومن أهم النتائج التي تم التوصل اليها تطوير تطبيق يسهل الوصول لمصادر المعرفة المكتوبة بصورة تتناسب مع المكفوفين، كما أن التطبيق يجعل الكفيف مواكباُ لتطورات الأحداث من حوله من خلال اطلاعه المستمر على الصحف والكتب المختلفة. توصي الباحثة بتطوير التطبيق بزيادة قاعدة بيانات الصحف والكتب من حيث العدد والنوع واللغة وتحديثها بشكل مستمر والتحسين المستمر لواجهات التطبيق وزيادة الدقة بها والاستفادة من تقنية الايماءات Gestures. Abstract The rapid progress of information and computer technology and its intervention in most aspects of cultural life, scientific knowledge, etc., and the coverage of most members of society has had to expand the area of this benefit, especially some segments of society projected, which do not receive the least attention. The blind suffers from a great lack of information and experiences gained through reading, in addition to their limited education and lack of familiarity with the events surrounding them. The researcher developed an application that works on the Android platform. It provides an integrated audio library that includes many cultural, scientific, entertainment and religious books. The application also includes a collection of daily newspapers to help the blind to increase his knowledge and cultural resources. The researcher used software: Java, Android Studio, PHP and MySQL.One of the most important findings of the researcher is the possibility of developing an application that makes it easier to access the sources of written knowledge in a way that is suitable for the blind. The application also makes the blind to keep abreast of the developments around him through his constant knowledge of the various newspapers and books. The researcher recommends the development of the application to integrate with smart remote control devices and to increase the database of newspapers and books in terms of number and type and language and continuously updated and continuous improvement of application interfaces and increase accuracy and benefit from Gestures technology.Item تطبيق تواصل بين المزارع و المستهلك(جامعة النيلين, 2017) ايمان عثمان محمد سليمانالمستخلص يهدف هذا البحثإلى إنشاء تطبيق يساعد الزبائن علي اختيار طلباتهم من المنتجات الزراعية المختلفة مباشرة من المزارع التي يوفرها التطبيق والتمتع بالراحة في الاختيار والاسعار المناسبة حيث تنعدم تقريبا تكلفة الوسطاء بين المزارع والمستهلكمع عرض ملخص للطلب والطلبات التى تمت الموافقة عليها من قبل المزارع، كما تضمن هذا البحث تطبيق اندرويد يعمل على الهواتف الذكيةبواجهة مستخدم متناسبة مع شاشات الهواتف لعرض المزارع والمنتجات التى تقدمهاوكذلك واجهة لمدراء المزارع لاضافة مزارعهم و المنتجات التى يوفرونها وتم استخدام لغة النمذجة الموحدة(UML) كاداة للتحليل وبرنامج (AMPPS) للتعامل مع قاعدة البيانات وانشاء خادم محلي وايضا لغات الويبphp,mysqli,html,css,javascript) ) وكذلك لغةxmlعبر برنامج اندرويد استوديو لتصميم وبرمجة التطبيق.بناءاً على النتائج التي تم التوصل لها خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات وهي تطبيق هذا النظام للاستفادة منه في حل المشاكل الحالية الناتجة عن عدم التواصل المباشر بين المستهلك والمزارع. كما نوصي بتطوير التطبيق ليحتوي على نوافذ صلة بين المزارع ووزارة الزراعة لمساعدته علي تطوير وتسويق انتاجه ومساعدته بالوصايا اللازمة للاعتناء بمزروعاته وجودتها ووقايتها من التلف وكذلك نوافذ للمستهلك لتوعيته غذائيا وصحيا وحمايته من الغش والاستغلال. Abstract The aim of this research is to create an application that helps customers choose their orders from various agricultural products directly from the farms that provided by the application and enjoy the convenience of choice and the appropriate prices where there is almost no cost of intermediaries between farms and the consumer with a summary of the request and requests which accepted by the farmer,Also this researchcontainsan android applicationthatworks on smart phones with a user interface that is compatible with phone screens to display the farms and products they provide as well as an interface for farm managers to add their farms and products. UML is used as a tool for analysis andAmppsprogramto deal with the database and set up a local server and also web languages( php, my sqli, html, css, javascript) as well as XML language via Android studiosoftwareused to design and programming the application. Based on the findings, the study concluded with a set of recommendations recommends applying this system to benefit from it to solve problems that come from less contact between farmer and consumer. Andwe recommend to develop the application to include links between the farms and the Ministry of Agriculture to help him develop and commercialize his production and help him with the commandments necessary to take care of his crops and quality and protect them from damage as well as windows for the consumer to raise food and health and protect him from fraud and exploitation.Item اثر استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في اتخاذ القرار : حالة تطبيقية وزارة المالية نهر النيل(جامعة النيلين, 2015) غادة ميرغني الخير ادريسAbstract This study aimed mainly to the application of accounting system is on the way the completion of all operations of the system via the Intemet to take advantage of the benefits of electronic data and applications , the advantages that can be achieved as a result of business organizations for modem use. Trace researcher descriptive analytical approach in data collection and analysis, as discussed research on information technology in terms of: concept, tools, inevitability of use, its benefits, its applications, the role of information technology, the state of progress in the information technology and communications in Sudan. The study concluded that a set of results, for example: The computer system application leads to the growth and development of managers and technological skills of staff - and that the use of information technology eases the burden of routine which helps to unload the strategic management tasks. In light of these results it suggested that the study recommended a number of recommendations including:- the need to reduce the administrative body size and lower costs - the need to expand and revitalize the communications network and invent new ways - decision-making by participation and allowing greater degrees of authority - and the need to unify the views and style to the issues facing the administration and thus unite solutions.Item تصميم وتنفيذ نظام أندرويد لحجز الشقق و المنازل بالتطبيق على ولاية الخرطوم(جامعة النيلين, 2017-08) عبدالجبار خضر خوجلي محمدالمستخلص يشتمل مفهوم تطبيق الكتروني لإدارة و عرض و حجز الشقق لحل المشكلة التي تكمن فى ضياع الزمن والمال و الجهد المبذول بين الزبون و مالك العقار فى مقابلة وكالات العقارات و السماسرة . هذا النظام عبارة عن تطبيق أندرويد يتم استخدامة على الهواتف الذكية لإداة و حجز الشقق و المنازل , والذى يقدم خدمات مساعده متميزه تمكن الزبون من التفاعل والتواصل مع النظام وإنجاز المهمة بطريقة سهلة وآمنة مما يقلل الجهد و الزمن من خلال تقنيات نظام الاندرويد . من حيث المنهجية تم استخدام التحليل بالتحليل الكينونيERD في تحليل النظام و ذلك بالتوجة نحو الكينونة الرئيسية من اعلى الى اسفل , ومن ناحية برمجية تم برمجة التطبيق بلأندرويد و لغة جافا , قواعد البيانات عن طريق My SQL كما تم استخدام لغة php لربط قواعد البيانات . توصل البحث الى عدد من النتائج أهمها تصميم برنامج مسهل بطريقة مميزه تجعله متاح لكل انواع اجهزة التلفونات التى تعمل بنظام اندرويد بحيث يسهل عليهم عملية حجز الشقق والمنازل ويوفر الكثير من الوقت و الجهد و المال المبزول فى عملية البحث . ومن اهم التوصيات توسيع نطاقه ليشمل ولايات السودان كلها, وكذلك ترجمة التطبيق الى اللغة الانجليزية ليشمل الاجانب الموجودين فى السودان الذين يتحدثون الانجليزبة , واضافة GPS لتسهيل الوصول للعقار . Abstract The concept of electronic application for the management and display and reservation the apartments, includes solving the problem and conflict and loss of time and effort money between the client and real estate companies and the relation direct between client and owner. This system is an application by Android to manage and reserve residential apartments, which provides the services of a distinctive assistant enables the client to interact and communicate with the system and the completion of the task in an easy and secure, which reduces the effort and saves the time of users of the techniques of the Android system. In terms of methodology, the analysis was used in the analysis of the system used Entities Relation Diagram, the analysis of the system direction of the main entity from the top to the bottom, the software was programmed by Java language ,databases were built through My SQL .Also PHP language was used to link the databases to the application . The research reached a number of results, the most important of which is the design of a facilitator program in a way that makes it available to all mobiles so that it facilitates the process of reserve the apartments and saves a lot of time and effort in the search for apartments and houses. It has been applied to the design the of concept antiphonal by working on Pharma Link web site f to clarify the steps of building interactive design to show the extent of the interest generated by this modern technology for web surfers sites through all available devices, either through desktop computers or phones or tablets or devices through mobile phonesItem تصميم نظام خبير في مجال الزراعة (القطن ، الذرة)(جامعة النيلين, 2014-04) النور الطيب حسنالمستخلص إن بعض المزارعين يعملون في مناطق تبعد عن المفتشين الزراعيين و الأخصائي الحشري الذين يقدمون لهم الإرشادات عن نوعية الأمراض وكيفية التعامل معها وإرشادات خاصة بالزراعة عامة من نوعية الأصناف المزروعة و ري وتجهيز الأرض وزمن زراعة المحصول و طريق الحصاد . تشابه الأمراض الخاصة بالمحصول في الكثير من الأعراض قد يودي الى تحديد نوع من الأمراض بالخطأ ، يحتاج المزارع الذي يبعد من مكاتب الزراعة الي تدريب في هذا المجال . قام الباحث بوضع برنامج يقوم بتحديد الأمراض التي تصيب النبات في كل مراحله بعد إدخال أعراضها ، ويستطيع ان يقدم المعلومة فى الوقت المناسب تماما . استخدم الباحث قاعدة بيانات (mysql) في تصميم قاعدة البيانات ولغة php لتصميم واجهات الاستخدام ، ثم يقوم البرنامج بتكوين قائمة بكل الأمراض المحتملة بناءا على الأعراض المدخلة ، ثم مقارنة الأعراض المدخلة مع الأعراض الرئيسية لكل مرض واستبعاد الأمراض التي لاينطبق عليها الشرط ، ثم يقوم البرنامج بعرض اعراض المرض على انه نتيجة،ثم تحديد المرض مع عرض الوصفة العلاجية الخاصة به على حسب نوعه. يقدم البرنامج الدعم الفني اللازم للزراعيين و المزارعين خصوصا الذين يبعدون من مناطق البحوث الزراعية ،حيث يوفر المعلومة فى الوقت المناسبة تماما ، وبالتالى يمكن للبرنامج ان يقوم مقام الأخصائي الحشري ويقدم الدعم المطلوب لاتخاذ القرار في المناطق التي تبعد عن مراكز البحوث الزراعية . يوفر البرنامج التشخيص السليم في مجال أمراض الذرة الرفيعة وأمراض القطن بالرغم من تشابه الكثير من اعراضها وبالتالى فهو يقلل من حالات تحديد الأمراض الخاطئ . Abstract Some farmers are working in areas away from agricultural inspectors and entomological specialists who provide them with guidance and information on how they treat plat pathology, especially in agriculture. The application develops an algorithm that identifies diseases that affect the plant at all stages after the diagnose of their symptoms, and propose main cause of the disease. My SQL used as database management system, PHP designing the Graphical User Interfaces (GUI), the application designed to receive the symptoms of plant pathology then possible disease based on the symptoms fired from application database, and the cause of disease and treatment also fired according to selected disease, the application provides the proper diagnosis of diseases in the field of sorghum and cotton diseases in spite of the similarity of many of their symptoms and this it reduces cases of conflict and error of detecting. The application will be more useful if the database enhanced and filled with all symptoms that may be harm our plant.Item تطبيق مفهوم الحوكمة الالكترونية : دراسة حالة التأمين الصحي فى السودان(جامعة النيلين, 2017) رشا محمد المبارك الياسالملخص تم فى هذا البحث تصميم نظيم التأمين الصحى والذى يعد من أهم تطبيقات الحكومة الألكترونية ويهدف النظام الى توفير خدمات التامين الصحى وجعلها متاحة فى اى زمان ومكان . وتعرضنا فى هذا البحث الى شرح عام لمفاهيم التامين الصحى بالإضافة الى سرد تفصيلى عن نشأة وتطور التأمين الصحى فى السودان ، كما تعرفنا على المفاهيم الأساسية للحكومة الألكترونية وأهدافها وعوائق تطبيقها بالإضافة الى أهمية إستخدام التكنولوجيا فى النظم الصحية . ومن ثم تحليل النظام عن طريق نموزج الكينونة والتعلق وتحليل مخرجات النظام فى شكل شاشات وتقارير، بالإضافة الى تحليل مشاكل الإدخال والأمنية ودراسة الجدوى ، ثم تناول البحث التصميم لمخرجات ومدخلات النظام فى شكل شاشات كشاشة إستمارة تسجيل العميل صاحب وثيقة التأمين، ومن ثم تنفيذ هذه الشاشات والتقارير بإستخدام لغة البرمجة php ولغة قواعد البيانات MySQL . وأخيرا تم سرد التوصيات والنتائج التى انتهى اليها البحث وذلك لدعم وتطوير الأنظمة الصحية فى السودان لمواكبة التطور العالمى فى هذا المجال. Abstract This research was in the design of the health insurance system, which is one of the most important applications of e-government system aims to provide health insurance services and make them available anytime, anywhere. We were in this research to explain the concepts of health insurance in addition to a detailed account of the origins and evolution of health insurance in the Sudan, As we know the basic concepts of e-government objectives and constraints applied in addition to the importance of the use of technology in health systems, And then analyze the system by Models of Being and hung up and analysis of the outputs of the system in the form of screens and reports, In addition to analyzing the input and security problems and the feasibility study, Then dealt with the design of the output and input system in the form of a screen monitors client registration form the insurance policy holder, And then the implementation of these screens and reports using php programming language and the language of databases MySQL.Item البحث في القران الكريم بالدلالة والمعني لا باللفظ ومعرفة العلاقات الدلالية من منظور رياضي(جامعة النيلين, 2014) ملكة محمد أحمد عبد الرحمن عشىItem Designing and implementing afilter(جامعة النيلين, 2014) مرام معاوية حسن بشيرملخص البحث تم تطبيق جدار حماية داخل الشبكة المحلية ,وهذا الجدار يقوم بعملية أمنية وهي حجب المواقع غير المرغوب فيها أو المشكوك في أمرها داخل الشبكة وهذا يتم عن طريق مقارنة العناوين التي يطلبها المستخدم بالعناوين الموجودة داخل جهاز المخدم,حيث يقوم المخدم بفتح الاتصال للانترنت عبرهذة الشبكة ويكون بمثابة بوابة عبور للاجهزة المتصلة به. وتحتوي هذة الشبكة علي عدة مستويات أبتداٌ من المدير الي أدني درجة,وتبعا لذلك يتم تقسيم الشبكة بحيث تختلف درجات الحماية من مستوي الي أخر , بحيث يقوم الجهاز المخدم بتحديد مجموعة من المواقع لكل مستوي لكي يقوم بحجبها منه أو السماح له بدخول تلك المواقع. IV. Abstract This research is about how to implement a firewall on a local Area Network(LAN),the function of which is to block unwanted web sites (url)in a process accomplished through comparing the(url)called by the user, against the (url)database in the server. The server works as a gateway that lets other clients into the internet (allows)or disallows them from login to specified websites. This network includes several levels ranging from higher administration down to the lowest level in the institution. According to this leveling ,the network is then categorized into different levels of security . According to which the server allocates which websites are allowed and which are not for each level.
