Abstract

Abstract This study aimed mainly to the application of accounting system is on the way the completion of all operations of the system via the Intemet to take advantage of the benefits of electronic data and applications , the advantages that can be achieved as a result of business organizations for modem use. Trace researcher descriptive analytical approach in data collection and analysis, as discussed research on information technology in terms of: concept, tools, inevitability of use, its benefits, its applications, the role of information technology, the state of progress in the information technology and communications in Sudan. The study concluded that a set of results, for example: The computer system application leads to the growth and development of managers and technological skills of staff - and that the use of information technology eases the burden of routine which helps to unload the strategic management tasks. In light of these results it suggested that the study recommended a number of recommendations including:- the need to reduce the administrative body size and lower costs - the need to expand and revitalize the communications network and invent new ways - decision-making by participation and allowing greater degrees of authority - and the need to unify the views and style to the issues facing the administration and thus unite solutions.
