Item تطوير نظام إداره علاقات العملاء CRM (بالتطبيق على شركة المصنع السوداني الماليزي)(جامعة النيلين, 2020-03) آيات عبد الله عبد القادر عبد اللهملخص البحث تعتبر إدارة علاقات العملاء خطة ثورية تعيد النظر في أسلوب الحوار وتبادل الأفكار مع العملاء المربحين والقيمين بالنسبة للشركة ، فهي تتطلب توفير أفضل مايمكن تقديمه لهم عن طريق معرفة سبل التواصل معهم وتسويق المنتجات لهم واستكشاف مستويات الخدمة التي يمكن توفيرها لهم ، و يدور هذا البحث حول صعوبه إداره المعاملات الخاصه بالعملاء في قسم إداره علاقات العملاء و صعوبه استرجاع المعلومات المتعلقه بالعملاء و صعوبه تحديد احتياجات العملاء و رغباتهم. هذا النظام يقوم بالمحافظة على معلومات العملاء و سهوله الوصول لهم وادارة التعاملات الخاصة بهم و ذلك لانه يتم تخزين المعلومات في قواعد بيانات محوسبه تسهل عمليه الاسترجاع و سرعه التعامل مع العملاء بأقل تكلفه مما يؤدي إلى إرضاء العميل و زيادة ولائه, فيقوم وكنتيجة فإنه قد تم حوسبة عملية البيع لكي يصبح نظام محوسب بدلاً من معالجة الطلبات في استمارات منفصلة وبتالي سهولة تحديد احتياجات العملاءو استرجاع التقارير في وقتها و للجهات الطالبة لها فقط و سهولة التعاون النظام لكل المستخدمين فقد تم مراعاة الوضوح والسهولة و الأمنية العالية للبيانات كل مستخدم حسب صلاحياته. تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في مساحة مقدرة من هذه الدراسة و المنهج شبه التجريبي لما تقتضيه هذه الدراسة من إجراء التجربة المعملية , و تم استخدام لغة الUML في عملية التحليل و التصميم . تمت الاستفادة من التسهيلات و الفوائد التي تقدمها لغه Oracle لتصميم هذه الشاشات . Abstract Customer Relationships Management are considered a revolutionary plan to reconsider the way of dialogue and exchange of ideas with customers and lucrative for the company bosses relationships management , it requires to provide the best that can be provide to them by finding out ways to communicate with them and market products to them and explore the service that can be provide to them levels. And it runs this research on the difficulty of managing transactions with customers in the Department of customer relationship management and retrieval difficulty relating to customer information and the difficulty of identifying customers' needs and desires. This system is to maintain customer information and easy access to them and manage their own transactions, because it is stored in computerized databases facilitate the process of retrieval and speed of dealing with customers at the lowest cost, leading to customer satisfaction and increase loyalty, who shall As a result it has been computing the sale process to a computerized system becomes instead of processing applications in separate forms and by following easy identification of customers needs and retrieve reports on time and to those requesting it only and easy system of cooperation to all users have been taking into account the clarity and the ease and security for high data each user according to his powers . The descriptive and analytical approach was followed in an estimated area of this study and the quasi-experimental approach for what this study requires of conducting the laboratory experiment. The UML was used in the analysis and design process. The facilities and benefits provided by the oracle language were taken advantage of to design these screens.Item تطوير نظام لإدارة نزلاء السجون عبر الأنترنت ) بالتطبيق علي سجن سوبا بولاية الخرطوم ((جامعة النيلين, 2018) أسماء محمود سردار عيسى آدمالمستخلص تهدف دراسة البحث إستخدام الحاسب الآلي في إدارة نزلاء السجون، أتاحه النظام على شبكه الانترنت، سهولة إستخراج التقارير عند الحاجة اليها لإتخاز القرار، الحفاظ على البيانات من الفقدان أو التلف أو الضياع، توفير الجهد والزمن وربط إدارة السجن مع الجهات المختصة. وتكمن مشكلة البحث الأساسية ان نظام إدارة نزلاء السجون تتم يدوياً مما يؤدي الى سعوبة التعامل مع البياناتا والإجراءات وضياع الوقت والجهد. ونجد ان النظام التقليدي عرضة للتلف والضياع مع حوجة السجون للحفاظ على المعلومات وأمنها وسريتها. المنهجية المستخدمة هي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مع إستخدام أساليب التحليل الكائن بإستخدام لغة النمذجة الموحدة وبعض لغات البرمجة. ومن اهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث عمل تطبيق ويب لإدارة نزلاء السجون وتوفير الامن وسرية المعلومات وربط إدارة السجن بالجهات المختصة. وأهم التوصيات هي عمل شبكة تربط سجون الدولة مع بعضها البعض، ربط سجون الدولة بالحكومة الالكترونية. Abstract The purpose of the study is to use the computer in the management of prison inmates, which the system allows on the internet, the ease of extracting reports when needed to take the decision, preserving the data from loss, damage or loss, saving time and effort and linking the prison administration with the competent authorities. The basic problem of research is that the prison management system is done manually, which leads to the difficulty of dealing with data and procedures and loss of time and effort. We find that the traditional system is vulnerable to damage and loss with the need for prisons to maintain information and security and confidentiality. The methodology used is descriptive approach with the use of analytical methods using the standard modeling language and some programming languages. One of the most important findings of the research is the implementation of the web application to manage prison inmates and provide security and confidentiality of information and linking the prison administration with the competent authorities. The most important recommendations are the work of a network linking state prisons with each other, linking state prisons to electronic government.Item تطوير نظام للإدارة بالقوات المسلحة بالتطبيق على إدارة شئون الضباط(جامعة النيلين, 2018) عبد المنعــم عباس طه حمدالمستخلــص الغرض من هذا البحث هو حوسبة نظام إدارة القوات المسلحة وأستخراج التقارير التي تساعد في أتخاذ القرار، هذا النظام عبارة عن نظام محوسب يقدم مجموعة من الخدمات التي تساعد إدارة القوات المسلحة في عملها ويقوم بعملية تنظيم البيانات وتخزينها في قواعد بيانات آمنة بحيث يمكن الرجوع إليها عند الحوجة فى دعم إتخاذ القرار، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي مع التحليل مع منهجية تحليل وتصميم النظم عبر دورة حياة تطوير النظم حيث تم إستخدام التحليل بإستخدام الكينونات وعرض العلاقات بين هذه الكينونات ، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها هذا البحث هي إن نظام إدارة القوات المسلحة يوفر لمتخذى القرار تقارير إحصائية تساعدهم فى إتخاذ قرارات دقيقة وسليمة فى أسرع وقت ومن التوصيات التي جاء بها البحث هي ضرورة إستخدام التقارير الإحصائية التى يوفرها نظام إدارة القوات المسلحة عند إتخاذ القرارات . Abstract The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of computerized systems to support -making military decision , further it aims to identify the theoretical framework of information systems and learn how to build computerized information systems to develop a vision for the future use The researcher follows historical descriptive approach to study the problem of the research The most important results of the research. Most computerized information systems centres have a high secret so that does not allow unauthorized persons to enter the system, which increases the degree of reliability, but that some systems may fold full confidentiality, allowing for some persons unauthorized to read the reports and any modification or addition. Computerized information systems centers are flexible development and modernization, which allows the possibility of the addendum, amendment and helps to increase the degree of reliability. There's is a need to use statistical reporting systems provided by information centres for the purpose of making military decision can be addressed to the lack of comprehensiveness of the system for all reports to take advantage of qualified human cadres (programrs of public administration information systems communications ) necessary adjustments to add new reports.Item تطوير نظام الكتروني لادارة البلاغات بأقسام الشرطة ( بالتطبيق علي اقسام محلية جبل اولياء)(جامعة النيلين, 2017) ابراهيم محمد ابراهيم علومالمستخلـص يعتبر النظام الالكتروني لاادارة البلاغات عبارة عن نظام يعمل على حوسبة جميع مسارات العمل الورقية) بلاغات ) .ويعتبر من الدعائم الأساسية التي ترتكز عليها المؤسسات الشرطية الحديثة فالنظام الالكروني للبلاغات أفضل بكثير من النظام اليدوي، لما يقدمة من سهولة في الإجراءات اللازمة بدقة وسرعة وجعل المعلومات أكثر امناً, ومن المشاكل التي تناولها عملية الاجراءات التقليدية للبلاغات وعدم مواكبة التقنية، يهدف هذا البحث الي تسهيل ادارة البلاغات و عملية فتح البلاغ وحفظ البيانات المتعلقة باجراءات البلاغ , وتكمن اهمية البحث علي مساعدة المتحري لاجراء البلاغ بطريقة سهلة وسلسة وتوفير المعلومات للاقسام الواقعة في دائرة مدينة جبل اولياء، وتتمثل اهمية البحت في المساعدة علي اجراء البلاغات بطريقة سهلة وسلسة وتوفير المعلومات للاقسام الواقعه في دائره مدينة جبل اولياء، واستخدم هذا البحث منهجية التحليل والتصميم الكائني للنظم بلغة النمذجة الموحدة Unified Modeling Language (UML)، واستخدام قواعد بيانات اوركل (Oracle 10g) واطار عمل (ADF) Application Development Framework، ومن النتائج إن النظام اليدوى لايؤدى دوراً متكاملاً فى الإجراءات الشرطية فى الاقسام فيما يلي البلاغات، وأن النظام الالكتروني هو الأفضل فى التعامل مع الإجراءات الشرطية بالنسبة للبلاغات. ونوصي مستقبلاً بالعمل علي تطوير منظومة الكترونية شرطية متكاملة وتعميم هذه التقنية باستخدام الموبايل. Abstract The electronic system of communication management is a system that works on the computerization of all the paper work routes (communications). It is one of the basic pillars on which the modern policing institutions are based.
