Abstract

المستخلص

تهدف دراسة البحث إستخدام الحاسب الآلي في إدارة نزلاء السجون، أتاحه النظام على شبكه الانترنت، سهولة إستخراج التقارير عند الحاجة اليها لإتخاز القرار، الحفاظ على البيانات من الفقدان أو التلف أو الضياع، توفير الجهد والزمن وربط إدارة السجن مع الجهات المختصة. وتكمن مشكلة البحث الأساسية ان نظام إدارة نزلاء السجون تتم يدوياً مما يؤدي الى سعوبة التعامل مع البياناتا والإجراءات وضياع الوقت والجهد. ونجد ان النظام التقليدي عرضة للتلف والضياع مع حوجة السجون للحفاظ على المعلومات وأمنها وسريتها. المنهجية المستخدمة هي المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مع إستخدام أساليب التحليل الكائن بإستخدام لغة النمذجة الموحدة وبعض لغات البرمجة. ومن اهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث عمل تطبيق ويب لإدارة نزلاء السجون وتوفير الامن وسرية المعلومات وربط إدارة السجن بالجهات المختصة. وأهم التوصيات هي عمل شبكة تربط سجون الدولة مع بعضها البعض، ربط سجون الدولة بالحكومة الالكترونية.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to use the computer in the management of prison inmates, which the system allows on the internet, the ease of extracting reports when needed to take the decision, preserving the data from loss, damage or loss, saving time and effort and linking the prison administration with the competent authorities. The basic problem of research is that the prison management system is done manually, which leads to the difficulty of dealing with data and procedures and loss of time and effort. We find that the traditional system is vulnerable to damage and loss with the need for prisons to maintain information and security and confidentiality. The methodology used is descriptive approach with the use of analytical methods using the standard modeling language and some programming languages. One of the most important findings of the research is the implementation of the web application to manage prison inmates and provide security and confidentiality of information and linking the prison administration with the competent authorities. The most important recommendations are the work of a network linking state prisons with each other, linking state prisons to electronic government.
