تطوير نظام الكتروني لادارة البلاغات بأقسام الشرطة ( بالتطبيق علي اقسام محلية جبل اولياء)

Abstract

المستخلـص يعتبر النظام الالكتروني لاادارة البلاغات عبارة عن نظام يعمل على حوسبة جميع مسارات العمل الورقية) بلاغات ) .ويعتبر من الدعائم الأساسية التي ترتكز عليها المؤسسات الشرطية الحديثة فالنظام الالكروني للبلاغات أفضل بكثير من النظام اليدوي، لما يقدمة من سهولة في الإجراءات اللازمة بدقة وسرعة وجعل المعلومات أكثر امناً, ومن المشاكل التي تناولها عملية الاجراءات التقليدية للبلاغات وعدم مواكبة التقنية، يهدف هذا البحث الي تسهيل ادارة البلاغات و عملية فتح البلاغ وحفظ البيانات المتعلقة باجراءات البلاغ , وتكمن اهمية البحث علي مساعدة المتحري لاجراء البلاغ بطريقة سهلة وسلسة وتوفير المعلومات للاقسام الواقعة في دائرة مدينة جبل اولياء، وتتمثل اهمية البحت في المساعدة علي اجراء البلاغات بطريقة سهلة وسلسة وتوفير المعلومات للاقسام الواقعه في دائره مدينة جبل اولياء، واستخدم هذا البحث منهجية التحليل والتصميم الكائني للنظم بلغة النمذجة الموحدة Unified Modeling Language (UML)، واستخدام قواعد بيانات اوركل (Oracle 10g) واطار عمل (ADF) Application Development Framework، ومن النتائج إن النظام اليدوى لايؤدى دوراً متكاملاً فى الإجراءات الشرطية فى الاقسام فيما يلي البلاغات، وأن النظام الالكتروني هو الأفضل فى التعامل مع الإجراءات الشرطية بالنسبة للبلاغات. ونوصي مستقبلاً بالعمل علي تطوير منظومة الكترونية شرطية متكاملة وتعميم هذه التقنية باستخدام الموبايل.
