Item عناصر الرقابة الداخلية لحوكمة الشركات ودورها في تقويم الأداء المالي- دراسة ميدانية(كلية التجارة - جامعة النيلين, 2018-06) أسعد مبارك حسين موسى; هناء فرح محمود عوض الكريمالمستخلص تناولت الدراسة عناصر الرقابة الداخلية لحوكمة الشركات ودورها في تقويم الأداء المالي بالشركات، كما هدفت الدراسة إلى عرض الإطار النظري لحوكمة الشركات وذلك من خلال عرض مفهومها، وتطورها التاريخي ومزاياها وأهدافها وأساسيات تطبيقها، والوقوف على أهمية العناصر التي تسعى إلى تحسين الأداء المالي في المنشآت . تناولت الدراسة أيضاً دور المراجعة الداخلية و لجان المراجعة و مجلس الإدارة في تقويم الأداء المالي. وأتبعت الدراسة المنهج التاريخي والمنهج الاستنباطي، المنهج الوصفي التحليلي . توصلت الدراسة إلي أن استخدام عناصر الرقابة الداخلية في حوكمة الشركات ساهم في تقويم الأداء المالي بالشركة، كما تقوم أيضاً بزيادة الاستثمار وتحقيق الأرباح المستقبلية بالشركة. توصلت الدراسة إلي أن الإجراءات الرقابية للمراجعة الداخلية ساعدت في تقويم الأداء المالي. الكلمات الافتتاحية: الرقابة الداخلية- حوكمة الشركات- المراجعة الداخلية- لجان المراجعة- مجلس الإدارة- تقويم الأداء المالي . Abstract The study focused on the internal control elements of corporate governance and its role in evaluating the financial performance of corporate bodies. Beside that, the study aimed at presenting the conceptual framework of corporate governance by tackling its concept, historical development, advantages, objectives, and the basics of its applications together with the highlighting of the importance of the elements that seek to improve the financial performance in establishments. The study also tackled the role of internal auditing, audit committees, and the board of directors evaluating the financial performance of corporate bodies. The study used the historical approach, the deductive approach and the analytical descriptive approach. The study found out the use of internal control of corporate governance elements contribute in evaluating the financial performance of corporate bodies, as well as increase investment and achieve future returns. The study also found out that the procedures of the internal audit control have helped in evaluating the financial performance of corporate bodies. Abstract The research problem is represented in the lack of concern of some Sudanese Sugar Factories about the social and environmental dimensions of accounting for sustainable development and the disability to benefit from the advantages of disclosing and charging the costs of commitment in rationalizing capital budgeting for the achievement of its objectives. The study aimed to acknowledge the extent of applying accounting for sustainable development in Sudanese sugar factories, and the relationship between sustainable development accounting and the rationalization of capital budgeting decisions. The study found that, charging the costs of employees’ training that enable them to get required skills leads to the rationalization of capital budgeting decisions in Sudanese sugar factories, likewise the concentration on environmental friendly industries to achieve the sustainable development project contributes in the rationalization of capital budgeting decisions. The study recommended that, Sudanese sugar factories should get benefit from their commitment to social and environmental dimensions for sustainable development accounting in rationalizing the decisions concerning capital budgeting , undertaking more studies about the role of sustainable development dimensions in rationalizing the preparation of programs and performance budgeting. Abstract The study aimed to study the role of accounting disclosure for transactions of related parties and systematic risks, study the role of accounting disclosure on transactions of related parties and irregular risks, the study reached several results, the most important of which: The accounting disclosure of the relevant parties helped investors to make decisions related to buying, And to reduce the risk of investment, the accounting disclosure of related parties will help the bankers to know the degree of risk to which the bank is concerned with the degree of industrial concentration in the investment decisions.Item أثر الخصائص المالية لشركات المساهمة على فاعلية النشر الإلكتروني للتقارير المالية ( دراسة ميدانية على سوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية(كلية التجارة - جامعة النيلين, 2018-06) ثريا محمد الحاج عبيد; الصديق محمد حاج موسىالمستخلص تتمثل مشكلة الدراسة في تقييم إهتمام المصارف السودانية المدرجة بسوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية بتطييق نظام النشر الإلكتروني للشركات المساهمة وأثر خصائصها وعملية نشر التقارير المالية الكترونياً، ولتوضيح مشكلة الدراسة صاغ الباحث التساؤلات التالية: ما أثر الخصائص المالية لشركات المساهمة على فاعلية النشر الإلكتروني للتقارير المالية؟ ما أثر الخصائص المالية لشركات المساهمة على سلامة النشر الإلكتروني للتقارير المالية؟ هل تؤثر الخصائص المالية لشركات المساهمة على صلاحية النشر الإلكتروني للتقارير المالية؟ هدفت الدراسة الي إظهار إمكانية أثر الخصائص المالية لشركات المساهمة وخصوصية المعلومات المالية المنشورة في التقارير المالية المنشورة الكترونياً. تحديد طبيعة العلاقة بين الخصائص المالية وسلامة المعلومات المالية المنشورة الكترونياً. بيان العلاقة بين الخصائص المالية لشركات المساهمة وصلاحية المعلومات المالية المنشورة الكترونياً. وتم الاعتماد على عينة مكونة من (66) مستجيباً من أصل مجتمع العينة البالغة (100) متمثلة بالمحاسبين والمديرين الإداريين ونوابهم بالإضافة إلي المراجعين الداخليين والخارجيين في سوق الخرطوم للأوراق المالية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وبعد اجراء التحليل الاحصائي توصلت الدراسة الي عدة نتائج منها: يعتبر فاعلية النشر الإلكتروني مطلباً مهماً يركز بدرجة كبيرة في تبادل البيانات والمعلومات، أغلب المساهمين يفضلوا الاستثمار في شركات المساهمة ، وفر النشر الإلكتروني معلومات ساعدت المستخدمين في اتخاذ القرارات الرشيد ، التقارير ذات الجودة العالية عنصرا هاما وحافزا للنمو الاقتصادي المستديم ، كما أوصى الباحث بتفعيل النشر الإلكتروني في كافة الوحدات الحكومية ،الاهتمام بنشر تقرير سنوي لمجلس الإدارة عن نشاط الشركة ،الاهتمام بالتحديث السريع للعرض والإفصاح على الشبكة ووصوله للمستخدمين بسرعه ، الإهتمام بتوفير فعالية الرقابة الالكترونية علي التقارير المالية المنشورة الكترونيا ، العمل باللوائح والقوانين التي تنظم عملية النشر الالكتروني للمعلومات الالكترونية المنشورة الكترونيا الكلمات المفتاحية : (خصائص شركات المساهمة ،الافصاح الإلكتروني فاعلية النشر الإلكتروني ، التقارير المالية المنشورة إلكترونياً ) Abstract The problem of the study represented in evaluating the interest of the joint stock companies that are listed in Khartoum Stock Exchange in applying the electronic publishing system to shareholding companies and the impact of their characteristics and the process of publishing financial reports electronically. To illustrate the problem of the study, the researcher formulated the following questions: What is the impact of the financial characteristics of the joint stock companies on the effectiveness of electronic publishing of financial reports? What is the impact of financial characteristics of joint stock companies on the integrity of electronic publishing of financial reports? Do the financial characteristics of joint stock companies affect the validity of electronic publishing of financial statements? The study aimed at showing the potential impact of the financial characteristics of the joint stock companies and the privacy of the financial information that electronically published in financial reports. Determine the nature of the relationship between the financial characteristics and the integrity of the electronically published financial information. Clarify the relationship between the financial characteristics of the joint stock companies and the validity of the electronically published financial information. It has been relied on a sample of 66 respondents of the whole sample that reach (100) represented in the accountants, administrative managers and their deputies in addition to the internal and external auditors in the Khartoum Stock Exchange. To achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive analytical method was adopted. After conducting the statistical analysis, the study reached several results, including: The effectiveness of electronic publishing is an important requirement that highly focuses on the exchange of data and information. Most shareholders prefer to invest in joint stock companies. Electronic publishing provides information that helps users make good decisions. High quality reports are an important element and stimulant for sustained economic growth. The researcher also recommended activating electronic publishing in all government units. Pay attention to the publication of an annual report of the Board of Directors on the company's activities. Pay attention to quickly updating the display and disclosure on the network, and access to users quickly. Pay attention to providing the effectiveness of electronic monitoring of electronically published financial reports. To work according to the regulations and laws governing the electronic publishing of electronically published information. Abstract The study aimed to demonstrate the impact of audit governance on the appropriateness of accounting information and the role of auditing in the reliability of accounting information. The study problem was the extent to which external audit institutions were interested in auditing governance in practice. Audit leads to emphasis on data in financial reports and thus increases the reliability of accounting information and enables timely evaluation of performance. Audit governance contributes to improving audit efficiency and effectiveness and thus improving the quality of audit. For the financial reports, the study recommended that the audit offices should monitor the quality of the professional performance in order to improve the quality of the financial reports, the need to activate the work of monitoring the quality of the performance of audit offices and companies by professional organizations. Abstract The aim of the research is to test the relationship between the external auditor's governance role and the discovery of audit risks (Inherent Risks, Control risks, and related to discovery). Field data for research from external reviewers in Sudan were collected through the questionnaire. The research found a number of results, including the external auditor 's commitment to professional regulatory mechanisms that contributed to the Inherent Risks, Control Risks, and Detection Risks. The research recommended that the role of external auditors should be activated in the process of continuous improvement of accounting and auditing standards in Sudan. }Keywords: Governance Role of the External Auditor, Regulatory Professional Mechanisms, Inherent Risks, Control Risks, and Detection Risks }.Item أثر التأمين على استدامة مشروعات التمويل الاصغر في السودان(كلية التجارة - جامعة النيلين, 2018-06) طارق النور هدى حسنالمستخلص: يعتبر التمويل الذي يقدم الى الشرائح الضعيفة من المجتمع أهم أنواع التمويل وذلك لتحسين الاوضاع المعيشية بالنسبة للفرد والجماعة. وللمحافظة على هذا النوع من التمويل كان لابد من وجود اَلية تعمل على الوفاء بسداد قيمة التمويل في حالة التعرض لمخاطر تعمل على العجز من سداد قيمة التمويل للبنك أو المؤسسة المانحة للتمويل. تمثلت مشكلة الورقة في هل هناك أثر واضح للتأمين في استمرار مشروعات التمويل الأصغر. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج التاريخي والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي. كما بنى البحث على عدة فروض تركزت في الاجابة على اسئلة الدراسة. توصلت الدراسة الى عدد من النتائج اهمها: التأمين ضمان لاستمرار المشروعات. كما توصلت الدراسة الى عدد من التوصيات اهمها: انشاء وحدة متخصصة في كل شركة للتأمين الاصغر. الكلمات المفتاحية: التأمين، الاستدامة، التمويل الأصغر Abstract: Funding for vulnerable segments of society is the most important type of funding to improve the living conditions of individuals and communities. In order to maintain this type of funding, there was a mechanism to meet the repayment of the amount of financing in the event of exposure to the risk of working on the inability to pay the financing value of the bank or institution funding. The problem of the paper is whether there is a clear impact of insurance on the continuation of microfinance projects. The study followed the historical method and analytical descriptive method. The research also built on several hypotheses that focused on answering the questions of the study above. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: Insurance to ensure the continuation of the project. The1 study also reached a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the establishment of a specialized unit in each of the smaller insurance companies. Abstract The study dealt with the role ofthe strategic analysis of the costs of the rationalizing of administrative decisions. The study aimed to identify the concept and importance of strategic cost analysis, and to understand the concept, types and stages of administrative decision-making and its findings. There is a direct relationship between strategic analysis of costs, rationalizing administrative decisions and adopting strategic cost analysis to analyze the value chain in determining the value added by each activity within the chain of the product or service.
