    Remote Surveillance System using GSM communication

    Video surveillance systems are currently undergoing a transition from traditional analog solutions to digital solutions. This paper will discuss how to implement a digital video surveillance system over internet protocol (IP), using Arduino Mega Board with ATMEGA2560 microcontroller, and IR sensor module for movement detection and 5v relay module as an actuator for AC power IP camera, and GSM module is used to send an alert message to supervisor indicating movement detection and camera activation event, the system is fully implemented and expected results are successfully achieved.

    Tuning and stability analysis of a top of a distillation column

    A control strategy is developed to determine the appropriate control loops that let the column to operate at steady state without flooding, weeping and entrainment. The aim is to operate the column with the required top composition. From the control strategy, block diagram is constructed and the transfer functions are identified. From this block diagram the overall transfer function is calculated and the characteristic equation is obtained for closed loop [1]. The characteristic equation is then used for stability analysis, tuning, offset investigation and response simulation [2].

    A Survey on Voice over IP over Wireless LANs

    The invention of a new technology requires a lot of effort and determination, and the cooperative work between the researchers all over the world is the milestone of this mission . the objective of this paper is defining the VOIP over WIFI network, clarify its components and the contributions of several papers in this field by discussing the methodology of their design, characteristic and limitation .We get that VOIP over WIFI network provide high bit rate up to 54 Mbps and cover area up to 100 M in addition of perfect privacy that have obtained through analyzing the quality of service parameters. المستخلص: لاكتشاف تقنيه جديده هذا يتطلب الكثير من الجهد والتحديات وتضافر الجهود بين الباحثين للوصول للهدف المنشود. الغرض من هذه الورقه هو التعريف بتقنيه نقل الصوت عبر بروتكول الانترنت عبر شبكه الواي فاي مع توضيح مكونات الشبكه ومحتوياتها في عده اوراق ومناقشه النتائج التي تم الحصول عليها من الشبكه المصممه والخصائص والحدود.

    Decoupling Controller Design and Analysis for Wheeled Mobile Robot Stabilization

    The control wheeled mobile robot is a good way to test control theories. Nowadays, Two Wheeled Inverted Pendulum Mobile Robots (TWIPMR) are used in different applications. Stabilizing and tracking trajectory will prevent system from falling down when it moves forward and backward directions. In addition, the steering angle regulation when it turns left or right is also considered. These problems are the main series problems that have to be taken into account during control design and analysis. To avoid these problems, a decoupling optimal controller based linear quadratic regulator design method is presented to generate the required an optimal control signals. The simulation results are provided to show the effectiveness of the proposed control design method for an accurate tracking of the desired trajectory. Furthermore, the 3D representation of the simulation and a visualization model to observe behavior of the robot in different scenarios are included. المستخلص: التحكم بالروبوت المتحرك يعتبر وسيلة جيدة لاختبار جميع أنواع نظريات التحكم في الوقت الحاضر، حيث يستخدم هذا النوع من الروبوتات في الكثير من التطبيقات المختلفة. إن استقرار وتتبع المسار أي منع النظام من السقوط أثناء الحركة إلى الأمام أو للخلف والتحكم بزاوية الدوران الي اليمين أو اليسار إثناء الحركة تعتبر المشكلة الرئيسية. ولحل هذه المشكلة تم تصميم وحدة تحكم تعتمد في عملها على مبدأ التنظيم الخطي التي يمكن أن تولد العزم الصحيح واللازم للوصول الي الهدف بدقة عالية. ومن خلال نتائج المحاكاة المتحصل عليها من هذا التصميم ،اتضح ان هناك مطابقة بين حركة التتبع للربوت والمسارات المختلفة وفى هذا البحث تم تصميم نموذج مرئي للربوت وذلك لملاحظة الحركة فى نظام ثلاثي الابعاد والذى يعطى قوة لفهم وملاحظة حركة الربوت في المسارات المحددة .

    AKSCTS: A Smart Car Tracking System Using GPS and GSM with PIC 16F887 Microcontroller

    لا يخفى على الجميع التطور المهول في عالم التكنلوجيا وازدياد الحوجه لها يوما بعد يوم في جميع المجالات بما في ذلك أنظة الحماية بكل تأكيد. من أبرز أنظمة الحمايه هو ما يعرف بالأنظمة الذكية لتتبع المركبات. هذا النوع من الأنظمة يساعد الناس كثيرا في حالة ما اذا تم سرقة مركباتهم او اذا ما ضلو الطريق. النظام المفترح في هذه الورقة هو نظام ذكي للتبع المركبات يمكن دمجه في أي مركبة لتحديد موقع هذه المركبة وتحديث هذا الموقع بين الفينة والاخرى. يتكون هذا النظام من متحكمة دقيقة وووحدة لتحديد المواقع ووحده جي اس ام للربط مع شبكة الهواتف المحمولة. تم التحقق من نتائج هذا النظام عن طريق موقع الكتروني موثوق لتحديد الموافع للتأكد من مدى دقته وفعاليه ولاثبات مدى فعالية المفهوم بصورة عامة. Abstract: With the rapid development of technologies and the increasing demand for the security systems in our world, nowadays smart tracking system is one of the brightest technologies due to its ability to assist people achieving the required level of safety through notifying them in the case of a stolen it happened or to avoid them from losing their ways. The proposed system in this paper is a smart car tracking system which can be attached to any car to locate its location based on its updated coordinates (longitude and latitude), called AKSCTS (an acronym for Akasha Smart Car Tracking System). The system is implemented based on a microcontroller, GPS, and GSM technologies. The resulting coordinated out of AKSCTS is tested using the trusty website as a proof of the concept and to investigate the accuracy.

    دور أسلوب التكلفة المستهدفة في تخفيض تكاليف المنتجات دراسة تطبيقية على عينة من الشركات العراقية

    تناولت الدراسة دور أسلوب التكلفة المستهدفة في تخفيض تكاليف المنتجات بالتطبيق على الشركات العراقية وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة في بيان مدى استخدام أسلوب التكلفة المستهدفة بشكل أساسي في تخفيض تكاليف الأنشطة الخدمية كأسلوب لإدارة التكلفة نحو المنافسة ويهتم بتحليل سلسلة القيمة للبيئة الداخلية والخارجية للمنظمة ومعرفة رغبات واحتياجات العملاء ويمكن تناول مشكلة البحث من خلال التساؤل التالي: ماهية أسلوب التكلفة المستهدفة وكيف يمكن أن يساهم في خفض تكاليف المنتجات؟. خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج تأخذ أسلوب التكلفة المستهدفة في الحسبان قرارات وتصرفات واقتراح الموردين والمستهلكين في الحسبان قبل عملية الإنتاج مما يخفض تكلفه المنتج. خفض تكاليف الإنتاج يمثل حجز الزاوية في نظام التكاليف المستهدفة واستخدام هذا النظام يمكن من إدارة وخفض التكلفة أثناء المراحل ، كما ختمت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات تمثلت في لحصول المنشات الصناعية العراقية علي ميزة ربحية وتنافسية والبقاء في بيئة الأعمال يجب عليها زيادة الاهتمام بتطبيق أسلوب التكلفة المستهدفة بعد أن ثبت جدواها. Abstract: The study dealt with the role of the target cost method in reducing the cost of products applied to Iraqi companies. The problem of the study was to explain the extent to which the cost method is used mainly to reduce the costs of service activities as a method of cost management towards competition and to analyze the value chain for the internal and external environment of the organization Search problem with the following question: What is the target cost method and how can it contribute to reducing product costs? The study concludes with a set of results that take into account the decisions and actions of suppliers and consumers before the production process, which reduces the cost of the product. Reduction of production costs the cornerstone of the target cost system and the use of this system can manage and reduce the cost during the stages. The study concluded with a set of recommendations that were for the Iraqi industrial enterprises to gain profitability and competitiveness and stay in the business environment should increase interest in applying the cost method target after that proved its worth.

    الترويج ودوره في تحسين أداء المؤسسات دراسة إستطلاعية لأراء عينة من الموظفين في شركة دال للصناعات الغذائية (الكوكاكولا)

    تسعي الدراسة إلي معرفة دور الترويج في تحسين اداء المؤسسات باعتبار الترويج متغير مستقل تم قياسة من خلال خمس ابعاد فرعية تمثلت في (الاعلان، البيع الشخصي، تنشيط المبيعات، الدعاية، العلاقات العامة) وتمثل تحسين الاداء بالمتغير التابع ويتم قياسه بالكفاءة، الفعالية، الابداع، المثابرة والوثوق . تم تحديد مشكلة الدراسة من خلال مجموعة تساؤلات هدفت للتعرف علي علاقة واثر الترويح علي تحسين الاداء والتي علي ضوءها تم صياغة مجموعة من الفرضيات لتشخيص واقع نظام الترويج ومدى تأثيرة علي اداء المؤسسات . وتم إختيار شركة دال للصناعات الغذائية(كوكاكولا) كدراسة حالة. إعتمد الدراسة علي استمارة استبيان للحصول علي البيانات تم توزيعها علي عينة اخترت بصورة عشوائية من العاملين في الشركة بلغت (45) عامل من مجموعة العاملين والتي تم تحليلها باستخدام برنامج (SPSS) . توصلت الدراسة الي مجموعة من النتائج اهمها وجود علاقة وتأثير للتروج علي تحسين الاداء. أما أهم توصيات الدراسة تبين أهمية تشخيص واقع النظام وتحديد المعوقات التي تواجهه والعمل علي تذيلها لزيادة دور الترويج في تحسين اداء الشركة.

    أسباب انقضاء الرهن الرسمي في القانون

    جاءت هذه الدراسة بعنوان أسباب انقضاء الرهن الرسمي في القانون, فالرهن الرسمي يعتبر من أهم أدوات الائتمان حيث يستطيع بواسطته أن يحصل الراهن على القدر الذي يحتاجه من مال لقضاء حاجياته دون أن يضطر إلى بيع عقاره ، وفي ذات الوقت يوفر للدائن المرتهن الضمان الكافي لاقتضاء دينه عند حلول الأجل بالأولوية من ثمن العقار إذا عجز المدين الراهن عن السداد، وتم التعامل معه من خلال المنهج الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي والمنهج المقارن وقد توصل البحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها عقد الرهن الرسمي يخضع للقواعد العامة في انقضاء العقود بالإضافة لأسباب الانقضاء الخاصة به . وأوصت الدراسة بتعديل نص المادة 761 من قانون المعاملات المدنية 1984 بإضافة فقرة به تنص على انقضاء الرهن الرسمي بغلق الرهن. Abstract This study came out as reasons of lapse official mortgage In as much as the official mortgage one of most important confidential instrument, So that the debtor via official mortgage can get the amount of money that he need without been compelled to sale his premises, simultaneously gives the creditor sufficient grantee to get back his debt in the time of due, The research has adopted the descriptive and analytical and comparative methodologies the research reached to a number of results, which the most important is, official mortgage subjected to general principles in lapse of contracts, moreover, it has a prorate reasons of lapse. The study recommended to modify section 761 of Sudan Trans action act 1984 by adding subsection contain lapse of official mortgage by closure of mortgage.

    دراسة حول تفاعل شريحة الصم مع التطبيقات البرمجية والاستفادة منها

    قام الباحث بإجراء دراسة إحصائية مستخدماً الأسلوب التحليلي الوصفي ، حيث قام باختيار عينة عشوائية بسيطة من شريحة الصم بولاية الخرطوم للإجابة علي أسئلة الاستبيان . ومن ثم أدخلت البيانات على البرنامج الاحصائي (SPSS) بغرض تحليلها واستخلاص النتائج . حيث أظهرت الدراسة مدى استخدام وتفاعل شريحة الصم مع التطبيقات البرمجية الموجودة في أجهزة الهواتف الذكية وأجهزة الكمبيوتر وغيرها ومدى رغبتهم في تطويرها لتلبي احتياجاتهم الآنية والمستقبلية ، وحرصهم على ان يكونوا على تواصل مع المجتمع من حولهم وكسرهم لحواجز الإعاقة والعجز . وقد خرجت الدراسة بنتائج مهمة واحصائيات عن تلك الشريحة فـ (70%) منهم يمتلكون هواتف ذكية ويرى (86%) من افراد العينة انها سهلة الاستخدام بالنسبة لهم ولا يواجهون صعوبات في استخدامها بالنسبة لهم كشريحة صم ، ويعتقد (36%) منهم ان الشركات تراعي احتياجاتهم في تلك التقنيات . كذلك أظهرت الدراسة ان (70%) من افراد العينة يستخدم جهاز الكمبيوتر وهذا مؤشر جيد ، و (43%) منهم يعتقد انه يستخدم الكمبيوتر بدرجة ممتازة . كذلك أظهرت الدراسة رغبة تلك الشريحة في توفر برمجيات تلبي احتياجاتهم ، حيث اكد على ذلك (66%) من افراد العينة ، مما يمثل دافع للمبرمجين لتخصيص جزء من برمجياتهم لتلك الشريحة تزيل حاجز القلق عندهم وتدمجهم في المجتمع. Abstract: The researcher conducted a study using descriptive statistical analytical method, where the selection of a simple random sample of deaf slice Khartoum state to answer the questionnaire. And then the data entered on the statistical program (spss) in order to analyze and draw conclusions. The study showed the extent of the use and interaction of deaf slide with software applications in smart phones, computers and other devices, and their willingness to develop them to meet their immediate needs and future, and their determination that they are in touch with the community around them and up their wounds barriers of disability and disability. The study came out the results of the task and the stats on that slide (70%) of them have smart phones and sees (86%) of respondents said that it is easy to use for them does not face difficulties in use for them tranche deaf, and the majority (36%) of them that companies take into account their needs in those technologies. The study also showed that 70% of respondents used the computer and this is a good, and (43%) of them believed to be computer uses an excellent degree. The study also showed a desire that slide in the availability of software to meet their needs, as stressed it (66%) of respondents, representing a motive for programmers to allocate part of their software to remove the barrier that slide concern them and integrate them into society.
