Item الرضا الوظيفي لدي المعلمين ذوي الإعاقة البصرية بمدارس المكفوفين ومدارس المبصرين (مرحلة الأساس بولاية الخرطوم)(جامعة النيلين, 2018) إنتصار أحمد محجـوبمستخلص هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على السمات العامة للرضا الوظيفي لدي المعلمين ذوي الإعاقة البصرية بمدارس المكفوفين ومدارس المبصرين بمرحلة الأساس بولاية الخرطوم ، إتبعت الدراسة المنهج التجريبي. وكانت عينة الدراسة تتكون من (80) معلم و معلمة .والأستبانة هي أداة البحث الرئيسية و من خلالها تم تحليل و مناقشة النتائج. توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج منها: يتسم الرضا الوظيفي لدى المعلمين ذوي الإعاقة البصرية بمدارس المبصرين بالإرتفاع ، نسبة الرضا الوظيفي لدي الذكور أعلى من الإناث ـ يرتبط مستوى الرضا الوظيفي لدى المعلمين ذوي الإعاقة البصرية بمدارس المبصرين بالتحفيز المادي والمعنوي، وعلى ضوء ما كشفت عنه النتائج صاغت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات، الاهتمام بالمعلمين من ذوي الإعاقة البصرية بمدارس المكفوفين من أجل الشعور بالرضا الوظيفي، تخصيص حوافز مالية للمعلمين من ذوي الإعاقة البصرية بمدارس المكفوفين، لفت نظر المجتمع لكفاءة المعلمين عن طريق برامج إعلامية، رفع راتب المعلمين من ذوي الإعاقة البصرية بمدارس المكفوفين بمرحلة الأساس. Abstract The study aimed to know the general characteristics of the functional satisfaction for the visually impaired teachers at the schools of blind and the general ones at Khartoum state, the study followed the empirical approach, the sample of the study was consist of (80) teachers males and females, the questionnaire was the main tool of researching, the results were analyzed and discussed through it, the study came to many results, as, the functional satisfaction for the visually impaired teachers at the general schools characterized with highness, the percentage of the functional satisfaction for the males was more than the females, the level of the functional satisfaction for the visually impaired teachers at the general schools was connected with moral and material stimulation, on the light of what the results revealed, the researcher formulated the following recommendations, the care of the visually impaired teachers at the blind schools to feel functionally satisfied, allocation of financial incentives for the visually impaired teachers at the blind schools, drawing the attention of the society to the efficiency of the visually impaired teachers through the media, to raise the salaries of the visually impaired teachers at the blind schools at the basic levelItem معايير اختيار مديري المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس بمحافظة الطائف(جامعة النيلين, 2005) محمد رده محمد الحارثيabstract Title Of The Study : Criteria of selecting high school headmasters from school headmasters, perspective . - Objectives of study : This study aims at the following : 1- Recognizing personal criteria for selecting high headmasters in Saudi Arabia from headmasters perspective n Taif Province . 2- Recognizing the social criteria for selecting high headmasters in Saudi Arabia from headmasters perspective n Taif Province . 3- Recognizing the educational criteria for selecting high headmasters in Saudi Arabia from headmasters perspective n Taif Province . 4- Recognizing the occupational criteria for selecting high headmasters in Saudi Arabia from headmasters perspective n Taif Province . 5- Recognizing the statistical differences relevant for selecting high school headmasters which are attributed to ( years of service in management – years of service in education – age ) from high school headmasters in Taif Province . - Sample of study : The sample of study consist of all high school headmasters in Taif Province . High school headmasters The researcher used questionnaire from his own design as a tool for the study . -Findings : 1- It has been found that the degree of acceptance was ( very high ) for the personal criteria for selecting high headmasters .
